Nicht unerwähnt sollte auch Frau Dr. Laavanja bleiben, die ein professionelles Entlassungsgespräch nach bereits erfolgter Visite mit mir führte. Ich bin Unternehmer, mitten in der Hochsaison und dankbar für die zügige Heilung und Entlassung. Ich hatte zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl einer kommerziellen Herangehensweise der Helios-Privatklinik. Onkel Sam: My father had a referral for inpatient treatment. From registration to receiving a room it took 10 !!! Hours. When we arrived at the assigned ward in the evening, we immediately heard from a ward nurse "I was just about to go for a smoke." She and her friend, who also works there as a nurse, would not have had time to smoke a cigarette together. That is not how it works. I will not recommend this hospital

Jacqueline Holz: In January 2022, I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with Dr. Kremer-Thum had. Before the first visit, I was excited and when I was greeted, the excitement almost disappeared. dr Kremer-Thum is a very friendly and pleasant doctor whom women need not be afraid of. From the beginning to the last examination I felt that I was in good hands. The operation went very well and I should have a look at it the very next day. Everything was looking great and it got better and better week by week. After 4 weeks I was allowed to do everything again. Now, after 8 weeks and diligent scar care, the scars are getting lighter and lighter. I am so excited about my result and happy that I took this step. thank you dr Kremer-Thum and also many thanks to the wonderful team that looked after me during the operation. St. Ich: Was on July 14th, 2021, 2 p.m. after making an appointment in Leipzig with Prof. P. I waited in vain for a promised surgery appointment. Telephone inquiries in Berlin were not answered. The negative rating is then reported to Google, as this clinic feels its rights have been violated and claims that I have never been there. I saved the appointment confirmation email as proof. Oh, and of course I can also prove that I paid the requested fee to this clinic. Well, you and your lawyer were rebuffed with your complaint and request for deletion against Google. You only have 4, 8 because only 5 star ratings are tolerated. Negative reviewers are probably intimidated by a lawyer. Your complaint about your lawyer at Google was dismissed. Sue me but I will not let my freedom of expression be taken away.
Ines: The ability to criticize and the culture of error are zero there. It is better to hire a lawyer to remove negative reviews from Google, who then brazenly claims that the reviewer was never a customer and that there was never a business relationship. No one is obliged to name their clear personal details on the Internet, but someone who was a customer of this "clinic" can be proven on the basis of saved email traffic and fee transfers. So run back to your "lawyer" and cry your heart out. The request for deletion from Google is immediately contradicted by presenting the evidence.
A. S.: The care by Dr. From the consultation to the treatment (May to October 2018), Kremer-Thum was very courteous and professional. The practice team is always very friendly and reliable. All requests and questions were dealt with sensitively and competently. I felt completely at ease and in extremely good hands. The entire team enjoys my absolute trust, so I can recommend Medical One Klinik Berlin without reservation.
Sylvia Baum: I felt very well cared for at Medical One in Berlin. From the preliminary examination to the day of discharge, everything went smoothly, Dr. Kremer-Thum is a very competent person for me, the clarification, the operation, the aftercare are very good. The whole team from sisters to the reception are very friendly and helpful. I had an upper-lower eyelid plastic and I am looking forward to seeing positive results on the day of discharge. The receptionists always answered my emails very quickly regarding appointments and payment. The operation took place in the MeoClinic & I have nothing to complain about there either. The day / night when the operation took place, the nurses checked my vital values at short regular intervals and felt that I was in good hands. The aftercare and the appointments also went smoothly. During the initial consultation and after the operation, the doctor took a lot of time to answer my questions and requests. I am very, very satisfied with the overall result and the entire process and would definitely recommend the practice and Dr Kremer-Thum to others. And thank you to the entire team. Flavia: My name is Ana Flavia Annechini Moreira. I had an appointment since mid February booked for today with dermatologist Dr. Lieps. Last week I called to confirm it and it was all ok. Today I arrived at 10.15am at the clinic to find out that there’s no appointment at all. I have a severe hayfever and not only have you wasted my time and money, you wasted my health. Also, your imbecile of a receptionist challenged me because I missed 2 appointments months ago, despite having called to cancel them. Honestly, where do you train these people that work with the public? In a farm? Seems like it. This is an excuse of a health clinic and no wonder your reviews are an absolute disgrace. Dr. Lieps: you’re a great doctor, perhaps get out of this clinic. Your patients deserve better.

N: I had an appointment booked with Dr. Anghelescu on Doctolib which got cancelled because I have no intention of staying in the day clinic. I received an email two days before my appointment asking me when I’m planning on staying there. When I asked them if it’s possible to just have the one to one assessment they told me that it’s impossible and that there are no slots available anymore (which if you go on doctolib it states otherwise). It would be good to provide that information on doctolib so that people who don’t want to enter the day clinic, don’t wait a month to get their appointment cancelled last minute.
Raik Laub: I was at the MHI in Spring 21 for an eight week treatment. Previously in outpatient treatment with a doctor and therapy with a psychologist and years ago an inpatient stay in a clinic in Hamburg. I am enthusiastic about the stay, everything was well coordinated, all therapy offers were also carried out, wide range of offers. All employees (doctors, psychologists, nurses, other therapists) work at the highest level, are very friendly and approachable. Definitely recommended from my point of view.
Martin Schlesinger: Mr. Anghelescu took a lot of time for me and my complaints. He is very friendly, interested, motivating and does not criticize the patient but encourages him. With his help, I was able to overcome my ailments.
Max Gustavo: Since the end of last year I have been in treatment with Prof. Dr. medical Anghelescu and for some time also in the day clinic of the MHI Berlin. I got to know the entire team as highly motivated, friendly, courteous and helpful. Unbureaucratic and fast help with all formalities and other questions are also a matter of course here. Anyone expecting a miracle cure is definitely wrong here. However, if you, like me, urgently need and are looking for professional and individual help, you are definitely in the right place at the MHI Berlin. In fact, the focus here is still on the human being. Centrally located, easily accessible, tastefully furnished and a beautiful old building with a garden complete the overall picture for me. My personal and very special thanks go to Prof. Anghelescu, Ms. Neumann and Ms. Birchall. You supported me from day one during the most difficult phase of my life so far and my hopeless future and have been at my side ever since with everything that is possible. I owe it to you and of course to all other employees that I am still able to write these lines today. I say THANK YOU and wish you all a lot of strength and perseverance in your very important work!

Stefan S.: ATTENTION DATA PRIVACY VIOLATION? Privacy is not taken seriously here. I sent an email asking for my personal data to be deleted. The email was delivered and read. According to the law, the company has to respond within a month, up to now about 3 months no response.
Katrin Pries: A very nice place, great location and perfect team. The stay in the clinic stabilized me considerably and gave me hope for a new life. From the kitchen staff to the head doctor, all the clinic staff are friendly, friendly and always willing to help. The range of therapies is tailored to personal problems and is very intensive. Here, the focus is really on the individual. Anytime again, if it should be necessary!

Carlo Baruzzi: Wonderful course to study, they really helped me improve my scientific knowledge. However, after we finished our lectures our last exam was in 3 days time which felt very spartanic, I would suggest at least giving the students a week to revise. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience

It has enhanced my knowledge growth in the subjects that we are going to take in medical school. The inherent content of the respective subjects is the most suitable towards the success in the medicine admission exams. The classes’ schedule is also very accommodating to the time we need to put into studying. The school facilities are student-friendly, comfortable and close to city center. The professors are competent and professional and make use of various teaching techniques to keep the student engaged in the topics discussed. This is also achieved by easy-going communication and approachability as the teachers are very keen on the student’s success. Furthermore, the environment created among students is very positive, taken into account the fact that the students are far from home but driven by one common goal. Despite it being intensive, I think this course is an unique opportunity for anyone pursuing the medicine career.
Emiles Kennedy: The teachers were all very good. They made it easier to understand by giving us simple examples. I personally think that this course prepares you for future studies at University level because you learn how to organize yourself and study on your own. The homework and exams during the course that were assigned to us helped us get more familiar with multiple choice questions and prepared us for the entrance exams of the medical universities. The Pre-med course opened us an opportunity to study in many Medical Universities in Europe which is a great advantage .
Giovanni Fontana: Great experience in which I develop my knowledge in biology, chemistry and physics which helped me to be accepted in universities abroad. I really loved my stay in Berlin thanks to my wonderful classmates and teachers who were very helpful and supportive as the Dean and the office were. They helped us to choose which universities we wanted and they helped us also in the application period. The classes were always very interesting and the teachers were amazing. One of the thing I loved the most about it was that we could do the tests with the Academy in Berlin instead of going to far cities such as Warsaw or Kaunas.
