Park-Klinik GmbH Sophie-Charlotte: what do users think?

Andreas Roeder: I felt very comfortable and was able to completely fight my depression. The staff was approachable for all problems and always open for helpful conversations. The food was prepared very lovingly. The I point was the beautiful castle park. Thank you all!
Response: :-) We wish you all the best!

Alexander Pirk: Excellent private clinic, the first choice for my patients when inpatient treatment is necessary. Alexander Pirk Specialist in psychotherapeutic medicine

André Tag: Absolute incompetence! Based on my experience, treatment and perspective, I cannot recommend this "clinic". An effective care component as well as an adequate medication setting were not offered or offered to me. This essentially necessary medication in the form of a psychotropic drug, which, as mentioned, was deliberately not used, led shortly after this "psychiatric" stay to a long-term psychiatric phase that followed shortly after, which after my seventh attempt at suicide put me on the correct medication for life. Despite repeated and intensive requests, the topic of a medication that was definitely necessary was absolutely denied or rejected, which in the short term afterwards led to a (above) problematic situation! (I must add, however, that a correct drug was administered for an extremely short period of time at a dose that was absolutely too low, but was discontinued inadequately for no reason.) Such medical incompetence has definitely never happened to me from previous psychiatric stays!!!

Merit Neuhaus: Dubious and insecure doctors! It depends who you end up with. I was not prescribed an antidepressant despite severe depression. I was very much on my own. The therapy talks, only one session a week, come up far too short. The exact cause of my illness has not been sufficiently researched and so my suffering has been postponed even further, which means: despite a three-month stay, no cure!! It wasn't until months later, when I dragged myself back to outpatient therapy, that there was a gradual gradual improvement.

joerg tagesrandzeit: could report in detail, in short: not recommended for severe depression. maybe ok for people with mild disorder.

Marlies Saddey: A very good clinic with very good doctors, nurses, just the whole team, staff, food and accommodation very good, anytime again. Was here several times, always friendly. MRS. Saddey.
Response: Thank you for the praise, which we are happy to pass on to the team! We also wish you all the best! That of the Park Clinic Sophie Charlotte

BIJAN BIJAN: Absolutely incompetent in a particular dimension that any kind of description is an understatement. AWFUL!!!!!!

Ute Friedrich: After attempting suicide, my husband was taken from the Virchow intensive care unit to the Schlossparkklinik. The psychologist in the emergency room sent him straight home because she didn't think there was any immediate danger. On the advice of our family doctor, we contacted the private clinic, which refused treatment. He should first get his addiction to painkillers treated before they can address his depression. According to the website, both addiction therapy and depression are part of the treatment spectrum. Apparently, the doctors at the private clinic and the affiliated Schloßparkklinik don't take their profession or the hypocratic oath seriously. Our family doctor was just as appalled as we were, who were left alone with the acute problems. This is the last!
Response: Dear Ute Friedrich, Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you did not have a good experience in the exchange with our colleagues. After consultation with the medical team, we can confirm that an initial conversation took place with your husband, in which the next possible treatment steps were discussed. You can be sure that all our colleagues care about the recovery of our patients and that we are always available for advice and treatment. We would therefore like to encourage you to get in touch with the doctors at Park-Klinik Sophie Charlotte again or to contact our quality management to get in touch. You can reach us at: beschwerdemanagement@schlosspark-klinik.de. Many Thanks. The team at Park Clinic Sophie Charlotte

Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum St. Hedwig-Krankenhaus Berlin (Psychiatrie und: what do users think?

Jenny D: Not recommendable. dr Bloch doesn't take his time and treats you down. He can prescribe medication, nothing more. It is unsuitable for treating people with mental health problems.
Response: Dear JennyD, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our MVZ for Psychiatry. Sometimes it can be good to switch to another doctor within the MVZ. If you want this and need support, you are welcome to contact me - either by phone on 2311 2553 or by mail a.steinfort@alexianer.de Kind regards A Steinfort Quality and Complaints Management

Maximilian Kratz: A doctor disappeared without notice and nobody else came forward so that the patients could get a replacement. Mr. Bloch could not be reached or was available for an appointment. Irresponsible in psychiatry and not correct either. Doctors and practices have to take care of replacements. You show up there because you can't reach anyone on the phone for weeks and you need antidepressants. You are then turned away and Mr. Bloch was not available in a timely manner. The result was an involuntary discontinuation of the medication without any supervision. We will report it.
Response: Dear Mr Kratz, I am sorry that you had such a negative impression. The registration in our MVZ is available during the known opening times. Unfortunately, it is not possible to spontaneously get an appointment with our doctors, but it is possible to make an appointment at any time or to issue prescriptions to patients we know. Kind regards A.Steinfort Quality and Complaints Management

Belle Lotta: I feel with Dr. Bloch is in very good hands and can only partially understand the negative comment here. His open and quick manner gives me a lot of support. I consider his professional decisions to be justified. The rest of the staff is neutral to friendly, just like I know from other medical facilities. Thank you at this point!
Response: Dear Belle Lotta, Thank you for your feedback, which I would also like to forward to Dr. pass on bloch. Kind regards A.Steinfort Quality and complaint management

M L.: Not recommendable! dr Bloch is the most haughty and unempathetic doctor I have encountered in 5 years of mental illness. The MVZ was recommended to me in the day clinic where I was previously. dr However, Bloch is new to the MVZ. If I hadn't been so stable after 3 months of day clinic, I would have had the admission interview with Dr. Bloch probably didn't last. Even before the actual conversation, he questioned my medication and dragged the day clinic (which helped me a lot) through the mud, although he didn't know either the day clinic or the staff there (the TK belongs to the same hospital, mind you). During the interview, he asked me the usual questions. But instead of listening to the answers, he prefers to hold long monologues until there is no more time and he changes the subject. He wanted to sell me one drug after the next. When I pointed out that the suggested medication was not compatible with the rest of my medication, I got the comment: "They write all sorts of things in the leaflet". He also took off his mask several times while speaking to scratch his nose. After the interview, I felt as if a train had just run over me. The accessibility by phone is catastrophic and the rest of the staff isn't exactly friendly either. I've been scolded for calling the open office for a prescription. Since then I don't dare to call them anymore. The office hours on the Internet are also wrong. Thank god I found a new psychiatrist.
Response: Dear ML I am sorry that you were not satisfied overall with the treatment in our MVZ and that you had a negative impression of our doctor. For factual clarification, feel free to contact me at 2311-2553. Kind regards A.Steinfort Quality and Complaints Management

Barbara Jerschkewitz: I work there often as a seat guard and feeling me there at ease the staff are despite a lot stress friendly.

Fliedner Klinik Berlin Ambulanz/Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie & Psychosomatik: what do users think?

Amelie Danckwerts: Very caring, lovely atmosphere
Response: Dear patient, thank you very much for your positive feedback. We truly appreciate it and wish you all the best. Warm wishes, team Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Ola Nasrat: Worst experience, not worth the money
Response: Dear patient, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our services. We always welcome feedback, either positive or negative, and take it very seriously. Therefore, we would like to suggest you to contact us directly (030 20 45 970 / info.berlin@fliedner.de) in order to discuss your criticism more into detail. Warm wishes from the Fliedner Klinik Berlin team

Sarah Müller: You are very well taken care of there. And forwarded very quickly, but that's not a criticism. They only consider the costs when those with statutory health insurance visit their sanctuary. They are more helpful than the telephone counseling service, which still insults you on the phone. The only point of criticism is the waiting time, which I always include in my parking ticket in front of the door. I understand emergencies. I arrived 5 minutes late yesterday and was greeted unfriendly in the anteroom. This is extremely unprofessional when you know the patient will have to wait anyway. The anteroom has always been very unfriendly with my 5-minute delays. Nevertheless, I sat around for an hour. My extremely competent psychologist received me very friendly like 2 years ago. She recognized my situation very quickly. Write down phone numbers for me and I'll put myself on a waiting list there. She gave me a private prescription, but I personally value it. Sometimes you have to invest money first if you get prescriptions from educated private doctors. Drugs are worth a lot when you're on the brink. This can be used to bridge bad phases. So that was very helpful. Point deduction because of the reception. Train your people at reception. You are a private clinic. 5 minutes wasn't bad, because emergencies intervened anyway. Overwhelm the depressed with stress? You have a bad feeling anyway.
Response: Dear user, thank you for your rating. We are very happy that we could help you! Unfortunately, since we do not know any patient by your name, we cannot classify your points of criticism. We attach great importance to a friendly welcome and short waiting times and have been able to implement this in our clinic as far as possible so far. If you contact us personally, we can investigate your points of criticism. Then feel free to contact us on 0302045970 or at info.berlin@fliedner.de. Kind regards, your team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Finn Gin: Today I was at an appointment (report) 2 part 2 appointment At the beginning I was very very skeptical because I was Dr.b. from back then I knew from a clinic where I became the victim of a doctor's mistake! Not from him! But the fear behind it that you will be prejudiced was there from the beginning. I was able to defeat it. Today I went to Dr.B. You shouldn't mix the past with the present It was about an expert opinion for the court, a sympathetic doctor, I can only recommend it, unfortunately I am not a private patient, I would have come back immediately as a patient, but unfortunately I am a public health patient! In the markgrafenstrasse it is clean! The wisag security porter downstairs was very strict because I was in a private clinic for the 2nd time and it's always exciting to keep his words, yes you have to ring the bell outside before you come in here !! He does his job well 👍 then I took the elevator up to the 4th floor and was briefly at the reception and the ladies were very friendly from there we went to Dr.b doesn't even look like a clinic just carpet drinks important conversations wow that was super awesome in my words! Very positive there! I recommend anyone who has the money to go there!!!!
Response: Dear Mr. Hoxsha, thank you very much for the wonderful feedback, which we are very happy about. We wish you all the best. Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Mandy Wesser: The clinic is easy to reach, very centrally located, discreet entrance. I have been coming here regularly for at least five years to see Dr. nobility Very professional, also flexible in terms of deadlines in the event of acute problems, otherwise you sometimes have to wait two weeks. I feel in good hands.
Response: Dear Ms Wesser, Thank you for your positive feedback. We are very pleased that you feel that you are in good hands with us! Your Fliedner Clinic Berlin

Yellow Flower: I was lucky enough to meet the best trauma therapist I can imagine in Ms. Blöink! It is too private for me to describe the course of the therapy here, but I can only say that I am Dr. Blöink can recommend one hundred percent. She is competent, warm, smart and dedicated. And helped me a lot. A special star for eye level!
Response: Dear: r patient: in, thank you very much for your great feedback. We were very happy about it and wish you all the best for the future. Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Andreas: Well organized processes - appointments are kept very punctually, which saves waiting times. The therapist took his time, listened very carefully and referred to what had been said in the previous appointment in the next appointment. That seemed very professional without missing the necessary empathy and a little humor. Although the clinic, due to the equipment and the premium location, could give the impression of functioning as a money machine, the length of therapy was not "overtreated" but determined by success and even shortened. Absolute recommendation - thank you
Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are really pleased that you are satisfied with your therapeutic contact and that you have found the therapy to be suitable for your needs. This joint and individual planning of the procedure is particularly important to us. Of course we are still happy to be there for you. With kind regards Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Sabrina Engels: Due to a burnout I was looking for a psychiatrist. I got an appointment at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin within 2 days. The reception, both on the phone and in the practice, was very friendly and courteous. They took a lot of time for me and suggested several treatment options, including admission to the day clinic.
Response: Dear Ms. Engels, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very pleased that you were so satisfied with your visit to our outpatient clinic and wish you all the best! Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Buddel Flink: I finally got the help I needed here, I can always reach out with my problems. I also feel really well looked after in therapy and am making progress that I never thought would be possible. Many thanks to all employees!
Response: Dear patient, thank you very much for the nice feedback, which we were very happy about. We wish you all the best. Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Julian Bartowitz: I have been in outpatient treatment at the Fliedner Clinic for two years. From the start, my problems were taken seriously here. The therapy helps me a lot and I still feel supported here! Thanks very much!
Response: Dear Mr. Bartowitz, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write a review! We are happy that we can help and are happy to continue to be there and reachable for you.

Thomas Günthner: OA Dr. Stoppel wanted my mother to die 14 months ago on Ward 19 with delirium from dementia. Our resistance was able to prevent this at the last second. She was put back "to die" with a palliative care team in her dementia flat share. Shortly thereafter, our mother was well again, until today. Such misjudgments seem to be no exception and remain in our constitutional state (?) Apparently without any consequences. The question arises as to how many lives in this department have already ended prematurely.

Fliedner Klinik Berlin Tagesklinik - Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie & Psychosomatik: what do users think?

Justynsien Kozak: Hlife
Response: Thank you very much for the postive feedback! Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

H R: Many thanks to the entire team at Station 1. The time in the day clinic was really very helpful and the therapists always came up with something new and showed and communicated many therapeutic approaches. Each station has a focus, so that you can learn a lot from other patients in the group and push each other. If a patient needs professional support, a therapist is always available. The basic offer includes individual and group discussions; art therapy; sports therapy; exercise therapy; Yoga; scent and sound therapy; mindfulness exercises; concentration training. Optionally, social skills training, dialectic behavior training, accompanying meals and many other therapeutic approaches are offered. I would like to give special thanks to my therapist Ms. M. and the ward doctor Ms. J. pronounce. I have one improvement suggestion. A smartboard for the seminar room would be contemporary.
Response: Dear patient, thank you very much for your positive feedback! We - in particular, of course, the ward team - are very pleased with your words and that the treatment helped you. Kind regards, your team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Mareike J. S. (M.J.S.): I was a patient in the day clinic last winter after I found out about the clinic through internet research. I had been suffering from an anxiety problem for several years, which then got worse in the last year. I went through many clinics and therapists, but unfortunately no one could help me and my symptoms worsened until I went to the day clinic. The whole team there is wonderful, you feel seen as a person and don't have the feeling that you're just being fobbed off with an ICD diagnosis, but that the problems are being looked at in much more depth. The stay there helped me so much that I am able to lead a "normal" life again, in which I can study and work! In particular, the group therapy and the individual therapies with the two best therapists that I have had the privilege of meeting in my life have helped me tremendously. I'm still very(!!) thankful for the help I received! It's just a pity that such a service is not paid for by the statutory health insurance companies,...
Response: Dear patient, Thank you for this wonderful feedback. We are very pleased that the treatment at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin has helped you so much and wish you all the best for the future! Kind regards, your team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin

B. S.: The Fliedner Clinic was recommended to me by my circle of friends. I was admitted to the clinic with a diagnosis of moderate overload depression. For me it was the first stay in such a clinical facility. When I think of how badly I felt when I spent my first few days there and compare that to the day I was discharged, I can only thank the entire team (doctors, therapists and nursing staff) from the bottom of my heart. All components of the holistic treatment really helped me a lot and did me good. The treatment approach of the day clinic format was just right for me. I have seldom experienced that you are treated so friendly, courteously and almost cautiously, that was really good for me. I am glad that I decided to go to this clinic and it reassures me that I now know where I am can also find very good help in the future. Many thanks to the entire clinic team!
Response: Dear patient, Thank you very much for this wonderful feedback and we are pleased that we were able to help you so well. The team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin wishes you all the best

Tim Taler: The concept of the day clinic was just right for me, as it allowed me to continue my private life as normally as possible. It was important for me that the day clinic offered a protected space, which ultimately made it easier for me to work on my "construction sites". The range of therapies is very diverse and all therapists are careful, competent, trustworthy and patient-oriented. After my release, I felt much better in health and relieved. I can unreservedly recommend Fliedner's day clinic and would visit them again myself if circumstances should arise that make this necessary in the future.
Response: Dear user, Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that you have taken the time to write in more detail about our work. This is very valuable for us and other patients. We are also pleased that you recommend the Fliedner Klinik Berlin! We are of course happy to continue to be there for you. With kind regards the team of the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

D R: I deliberately let some time pass to write a recession. Since the Fliedner Clinic should receive a fair rating. I came to the Fliedner Clinic with moderate depression and PTSD. I attended the clinic about 5 months. When I got to Ward 3, everything was a bit strange. But this was more due to my illness than to the facility itself. After a short adjustment period of about 2 weeks, I finally arrived. The other patients were always very friendly, which resulted in one or two friendships. The psychologists were always helpful and tried to make the transition to a day clinic as pleasant as possible. The therapy consisted of individual talks, group talks, sports, art and music. I especially liked the art and music groups. Creative work was done to ensure that the session does not always run the same way. The group was also asked what we are doing today. What wasn't really my thing were the group discussions. It was difficult for me to open up, but I was able to apply many solutions to other people's problems to my own later life. Special thanks go to Mr. Z. and Mr. J., both of whom asked how I was doing every day. In addition, one could also have conversations that had nothing to do with the therapy, which was also very pleasant. However, there is also criticism, in the social area there is a lot of room for improvement. I came to the local social worker with 2 problems. She referred to Google or the responsible office for every question. If I had more in-depth questions, she would shrug my shoulders. I told my fellow patients about it, three of them said you didn't need to go. We only got googel. But the problems had to be resolved, so I called my social worker at my company. 1 hour later the applications came in PDF format, instructions on how to fill them out and an invitation to fill them out together. I still have the feeling that she was just very demotivated, I have no idea why. In the end I would like to thank you for the stay. The stay helped me through a severe crisis. Best regards DR
Response: Dear patient, thank you very much for your sincere and comprehensive report on your experience. We are very pleased that we were able to help you so well, but we also take your criticism very seriously. In order to be able to respond to this better, we would like to offer you the opportunity to contact us by email (info.berlin@fliedner.de) or by telephone (030 20 45 970). We wish you all the best, your team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin

H. L.: A post-traumatic stress disorder and the associated depression forced me to seek professional support in 2020. On the recommendation of my outpatient therapist, who otherwise only knew psychiatric institutions from films such as "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", I had my first experience with such an institution with a great deal of skepticism and nervousness. But after the end of my treatment, I can draw the following conclusion about Ward 2 of the Fliedner Day Clinic with a clear conscience: - Expertise TOP, - Patient orientation TOP, - offered therapies TOP, - support for time after clinic TOP, - cushioning of CORONA problems VERY GOOD, - PATIENT COMMUNITY VERY GOOD, - Ambiance GOOD. What brings me to such reviews? The therapists not only have immense specialist knowledge - every therapist was able to convey the psychological background to every point of the treatment not only in a generally understandable way, but also in a humanely appropriate way, taking into account my current situation. In addition, there is an excellent exchange of information between the therapists, so that issues that arose in one treatment could be followed up in other treatments at short notice for the benefit of my treatment success. The patient orientation enables an extraordinarily high degree of attention from the entire staff with careful and cordial treatment without fake friendliness. Despite my personality disorder and the “oddities” associated with it, I always felt humanly accepted, in good hands and humorously cared for. This applies in particular to the care and administration area. I was treated under the ACT approach. For this I received psychological group and individual therapies (in particular trauma therapy - IRRT - Dr. Blöink). These were supplemented by art, music and movement therapy as well as relaxation and yoga. In addition, I had individual treatments for movement therapy and relaxation. It was essential that I was the focus as an individual patient and not a clinical procedure, a rigid schedule or a standardized therapy plan. As part of various individual and group discussions, I was honestly prepared for my time after the day clinic and received a toolbox that was as diverse as it was practical to be able to successfully (hopefully) resist the problem of a relapse. The risks of the CORONA problem are reduced to a minimum in the day clinic through comprehensive hygiene and test concepts as well as CORONA-compliant treatment processes and group sizes. Of course, the "cosiness" sometimes suffers, but in the months of my treatment there was not a single CORONA case in the clinic. During my stay, the patient community treated each other with great care and, despite or perhaps because of the diverse mix of patients, made it possible for everyone to be what they needed with the necessary decency or to find the opportunity for a stimulating or very personal conversation. I can "only" rate the ambience as GOOD, since the clinic was planned very generously for non-CORONA times, but the necessities associated with CORONA led to recognizable restrictions on comfort and "cosiness", especially in quiet and other retreat areas. Outside of CORONA, I could also rate the Fliedner Clinic TOP on this point.
Response: Dear patient, Thank you for your positive and detailed review, which we were very pleased about. We wish you all the best and greet you warmly, your team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Andreas Schmidt: Since the report could be a bit longer, here are my conclusions about the clinic and the outpatient clinic: All the staff I came into contact with were always friendly and were always concerned when things went badly . At no point could I see that this friendliness... yes even cordiality was only played or put on. The first meetings in the outpatient clinic, like the first weeks in the clinic, were hell for me personally. But that only had to do with me. Nervousness and fear were initial companions. It was all the more nice to have been treated so pleasantly and "carefully". That made it a lot easier. The ACT concept took a lot of getting used to, but I hadn't had any contact with psychotherapeutic treatment before. But during my stay (approx. 11 weeks) I understood what the core idea of this concept is: people carry many different feelings with them. We classify some as "good feelings" and others as "bad" feelings. The concept conveys that no feelings should be ignored or rejected, since they are part of life. Feelings should be accepted as they are. It's hard to describe. Ultimately, it is also about the associated thoughts and actions. The stay revealed an awful lot about myself that I wasn't even aware of before. Thanks!
Response: Dear Mr. Schmidt, thank you very much for this extremely positive and honest evaluation! We are very pleased that you were satisfied with your stay with us and wish you all the best. Kind regards, your team at Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Daniel Hirte: My stay in the day clinic was positive right from the start. Even if you are a bit disorientated in the first few days, every team member gave you immediate support and help. The therapists all appear to be highly competent and loving. I'm glad to have been here.
Response: Dear Mr Shepherd, thank you very much for your feedback! We appreciate your feedback. Of course we are also happy to continue to be there for you. With kind regards Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Marion Stesen: The Fliedner day clinic is not comparable to other psychiatric clinics. Here, as a patient, I received the best possible medical and therapeutic support during the most difficult phase of my life. I was helped out of a deep valley and shown new ways. I also know a few other institutions because I've been ill for years - the Fliedner Klinik is an institution that stands out more than positively. If you're feeling bad, go here.
Response: Dear Mrs. Stesen, Thank you for your feedback and for recommending our clinic. We are happy to read that you are doing better and that we were able to accompany you on your way. We are happy to continue to be there for you! With kind regards Your team at the Fliedner Klinik Berlin

Tagesklinik Pacelliallee: what do users think?

Sven: top

Gina Lindemann: I am very grateful to the entire team at the Pacelliallee Day Clinic. I found myself in very professional and empathetic hands. There is a very good relationship with all patients and due to the "size" of the clinic, there was a very personal relationship. The therapy offered helped me a lot and the group sizes were appropriate. I am still grateful that I found my way to the day clinic. Because I felt safe within the facility, I was able to get help.

Paula A: It was not an easy decision for me to be treated in a clinic. I thought it was my absolute low point. But it was quite the opposite! During this time I learned so much about myself and my illness and, above all, understood it. It has brought me so much further in my life and I have been able to regain so much freedom and joy. I can recommend it to everyone! It's a place where you can try everything, where it's okay to be yourself and where you can also practice dealing with your illness. The team is very nice and the wishes of the individual are addressed. The therapists are competent and adapt the therapy to the wishes of the patients (there were some patients who brought their dogs with them every day). It is possible to carry out exposures outside the clinic. During the time I was there, I felt very safe and understood. I would like to thank the entire team. Stay healthy!

Diana: The clinic is very well suited for the treatment of depression and burn-out. The doctors and psychotherapists are nice and competent and you feel that you are in good hands right from the start. The ambience is nice and the program is varied and helpful (individual and group therapy, relaxation techniques, psychoeducation, art therapy, sports, etc.). Appointments can be made at very short notice and admission to the clinic can usually take place relatively quickly. I can recommend the clinic unreservedly.

S. K.: I got an appointment straight away. I felt understood from the very first contact. After the admission, there was wonderful, very individual support from the entire Pacelli family. Not only did the reference therapists coordinate with each other, but I felt included and understood for the entire 13 weeks. The group therapies and offers are comprehensive and inspiring. Everything together helped me a lot on my way to a new attitude towards life and to continue with further outpatient care after the clinic. I am infinitely grateful for this experience. Please continue like this !!!

Gizem Cetin: So that was a letdown... I called Pacelliallee for my husband as I had seen one of your therapists on Doctolib and I wanted to ask if she spoke English, I was then told that she does not have appointments even though it says so on Doctolib but someone else has an appointment . Shortly before the appointment I am called and it is canceled but the reception does not know why I wanted this appointment either. I had to explain to the other person that I needed another appointment. Then I was passed on to another therapist who then also no longer speaks English and had to cancel this appointment and then I was called again today and I was asked where I was because the appointment was not cancelled. Honestly, what are these people doing in the reception!!! In such a difficult time for me and my family, these problems were honestly useless, thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!

T. Z.: The therapists and employees are incredibly kind and help the affected patients with all conceivable measures and great conversations. The very nice environment and the furnishings of this clinic do the rest, so that you get the best help and support here in difficult phases of life.

C C: I felt very comfortable and secure here. Competent and emphatic therapists, a sensibly structured range of therapies that enable access to the improvement of psychological problems on a cognitive, creative, musical and sporting level and pleasant fellow patients.

Reisender 777: I still remember my first and my last day in this clinic very clearly. My stay lasted 4.5 months. As I like to say, it was a journey, a journey back to myself. I came here with a deep depression. But I didn't know that beforehand. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I only know how I felt when I got there. Because I didn't know what to do anymore. Taking this step was an admission for me. An admission that I did a lot wrong in the past when it came to my person. The decision to seek help was not an easy one. Above all, however, to allow such a thought in this direction at all…. It took a while for me to even accept the diagnosis. I think that only happened after 6 weeks. The symptoms are more than clear. But accepting it yourself is another matter. The clinic helped me to accept the illness, but above all to understand it, to understand myself. This enabled me to enjoy life again. to have power. Being able to take part in everyday life again, just like it used to be. To sleep properly again. I learned a lot about myself. I got to know new sides and what is important and what is not. There was catering lunch there, but also the teaching kitchen, where the patients, or as I prefer to call them: “fellow travelers” were allowed to cook for everyone else. I say allowed because it wasn't a must. No compulsion. The staff also ate this meal. That was great. There was group therapy twice a week with a fixed group of fellow travelers. Like a school class, where you exchanged ideas, respected each other, but also helped each other. Twice a week also one-on-one talks with a regular therapist. Art and music therapy, where people exchanged ideas, drew pictures or just improvised with instruments. There were also sports offers. In groups, but also on request private sport. Mindfulness, Sound Meditation, Movement Therapy, Pilates, Creative Expression (theatre, acting), Perceptual Therapy and the Writing Workshop. I hope I did not forget anything. If it got too much for you, etc., you were allowed to leave the room in all therapies. As I said, there was no compulsion. That would also have been counterproductive. The therapists and staff were very professional and empathetic. But in a very honest way. You weren't let down. The fellow travelers I got to know were just great. Very special people. Some have become real friends. In the groups, but also in general, there was a lot of mutual trust. I was able to take a lot with me from all therapies. I have continued to do sound meditation since my release because I know that it offers me balance. But I also discovered writing for myself. I've been writing almost every day since I was released. I never thought how much this would help me. I haven't been in the clinic for 2.5 months and everything that has changed in a positive way in that time...is really unbelievable for me. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. Thanks to the entire team.

H. Günther: The clinic is highly recommended in every way. The concept is very well thought out, the implementation very well organized. The entire staff exudes a lot of warmth, care and warmth. In acute crisis situations, help is provided at very short notice.

Friedrich von Bodelschwingh Klinik: what do users think?

Gina 101: I have never written a review on the internet, but I would really advise against this clinic. I wish I could give this clinic no stars. I came to the emergency room of the psychiatric outpatient clinic with the hope that they would help me with my situation. In conversations with the doctor, it was made clear to me several times that they couldn't help me here and that I should go somewhere else or go home again. Very advisable when you are in a crisis situation. When I often told the doctor that I came to the clinic for a reason and I can no longer be alone. When he understood that, he called Ward 2 and I got a bed. I thought that was great again, because I thought I could talk to someone... But it was all just illusions. The station doctor Dr. Rusin really isn't a professional psychologist, doesn't listen and almost falls asleep while talking. Of course they have a lot to do, but you should take your patients seriously and not treat them as objects. The nurses were also super unfriendly and if you asked for a contact person, the door was slammed in your face. When I passed out, I was just lying there and left alone. None of the staff takes care of you, they prefer to sit in their room and drink tea/coffee. I don't understand why there are such institutions at all, if you don't get any support, you'd rather be stuffed full of medicines so that the doctors and nurses don't have to do anything. That was my 3rd try in a clinic, but never again!!! I can only advise against this clinic, seek help elsewhere, but not there.

Muray Ayba: In the words of Sigmund Freud, "The oppressed appropriate the ideals of their oppressors". Forced psychotherapy is a form of oppression. Let's look at this clinic from the side that our society ensures its preservation by causing parts of society psychodynamic pain.

Ullrich von Lichtenstein: Why is there an initial contact, then a detailed telephone interview, where it is said that the therapists will then exchange information and you may be invited to a personal interview, if you are then told after almost 10 minutes that you are here doesn't fit in, although after the phone call it was said that it could work very well?! You get your hopes up completely in vain, get all the documents, only to be turned away after 10 minutes? Beyond unprofessional and disappointing!!!!

U Wizzle: I was accompanied and supported here in the hardest hours of my life. The medical and especially the nursing staff helped me very competently and caring at a time when I was very vulnerable. Glad I'm feeling so much better now. Thanks!

Manuela von Holten: I was lucky enough to get a trauma therapy place in TK 3 at very short notice. In the first two weeks I felt out of place, but you should accept it. The intensive approach in the individual talks and the elaboration in the group therapies open up a broader perspective. Through exposures and many exercises, as well as the solutions of other affected people, I have the opportunity to move freely in life again. Even after the end of the therapy, you are not simply left standing, there is always the possibility of contacting one of the competent and humane therapists. Thanks to the TK 3 team

Kai Haehnel: Because of my recurring depression, I was a patient in Day Clinic 1 of the Bodelschwingh Clinic from the end of October to the end of December 2021. I deliberately turned to this clinic because I had received a lot of help here in 2016. This time, too, I have only had the best experiences there. Doctors, psychologists and the entire nursing team are highly motivated and act very sensitively. The stay is not a Sunday stroll but hard work, which I was able to master well with the help of this great team. Especially in times of staff shortages, the commitment shown by the team cannot be overestimated. I would trustingly turn to the Bodelschwingh Clinic again and again.

David Ricken: You should avoid this clinic. I was physically attacked 3 times within 10 days by a fellow patient. Nothing was done by the hospital staff afterwards. The patient could continue to attack me as he pleased and hit me the first time. After 10 days with no exit and just being locked up in the ward, I don't get any information on how to proceed. The beating patient can continue to do what he wants. It's so easy to give you a court order to lock you up for weeks. It doesn't matter whether you obediently follow the rules or show good will. Who wants something like that?!

Norbert 1956: Ward 2 is designed to treat depression. From my point of view as a relative, I can only report that the doctor Neumann (or something similar) did not listen to me as a relative. She completely negated the topic of alcohol, so that only 14 days after her release, my wife, at her own request, was placed in delirium on Ward 4 with the fire brigade and police. Again, no doctor spoke to me and wanted to listen. I wanted to help my wife, but when doctors walk around deaf to relatives, the patient has a bad hand, especially if a language barrier is supposed to be an obstacle to behavioral therapy. This hospital is sick and makes sick. Woe to the patients who seek help here.

M K: This clinic is one of the best in Berlin! Both the medical care and the other infrastructure are of a very high standard! Absolutely and unreservedly recommended!

Heiner Beyer: dear people, For 10 weeks I had the chance to be in day clinic 1!! Diagnose OCD! This diagnosis was based, on a highly professional level, on the skills and abilities of Day Clinic 1 staff! Many thanks to everyone who contributed to it!!! If you're reading this review, it's worth making a big difference in your health or finding out why you're feeling so miserable, right? The answer is go to day clinic 1!!! I wish you all the best of health!!!

MHI | Psychiatrische Tagesklinik Berlin: what do users think?

N: I had an appointment booked with Dr. Anghelescu on Doctolib which got cancelled because I have no intention of staying in the day clinic. I received an email two days before my appointment asking me when I’m planning on staying there. When I asked them if it’s possible to just have the one to one assessment they told me that it’s impossible and that there are no slots available anymore (which if you go on doctolib it states otherwise). It would be good to provide that information on doctolib so that people who don’t want to enter the day clinic, don’t wait a month to get their appointment cancelled last minute.

Raik Laub: I was at the MHI in Spring 21 for an eight week treatment. Previously in outpatient treatment with a doctor and therapy with a psychologist and years ago an inpatient stay in a clinic in Hamburg. I am enthusiastic about the stay, everything was well coordinated, all therapy offers were also carried out, wide range of offers. All employees (doctors, psychologists, nurses, other therapists) work at the highest level, are very friendly and approachable. Definitely recommended from my point of view.

Chris: I was a patient in the day clinic and am still receiving outpatient treatment from Prof. Dr. Anghelescu. Like everyone else, I came to the MHI because I urgently needed help. I received help here: professional, fast, warm-hearted and uncomplicated. The treatment approach is interdisciplinary, under the leadership of an extremely experienced and friendly team. This is combined with a beautiful villa in which I always feel comfortable and at home. The MHI describes itself as a "place of recovery and self-development" - that's exactly what I as a patient can confirm 100%. Personally, I could not have wished for a better treatment and encounter. Thanks to the whole team!

Berlin x.: Cool guy who Dr. Anghelescu. Takes my verbal diarrhea like nobody else, and doesn't even seem bored. He's also the first psychiatrist I really feel is taken seriously and not stigmatized. dr Anghelescu is extremely empathetic and competent. I'm glad to have found him.

Martin Schlesinger: Mr. Anghelescu took a lot of time for me and my complaints. He is very friendly, interested, motivating and does not criticize the patient but encourages him. With his help, I was able to overcome my ailments.

Thomas Knaepper: I have been in treatment with Prof. Dettling since February of this year. Nothing better could have happened to me in my depressive phase. I got an appointment through doctorlib very quickly and the clinic is unique in the greater Berlin area. Everything is just right here. The team works at the highest level, is really super nice and empathetic. The patient and their needs come first. It really doesn't get any better than this! A very clear recommendation from me ..... thank you, dear MHI team .... without you I would not have been able to cope with my life crisis.

ValerieJosefine: I've been a patient of Professor Dettling and Ms. Neumann since last year and can only say the best about them. The whole team is incredibly nice and courteous and you feel very cared for. The day clinic has a very extensive and varied program and in my time here since the end of January, my condition has not only improved significantly, I have also learned an incredible amount about myself. The therapists are all super nice and the one-on-one sessions with Ms. Kuipers, as well as the group therapies with the other therapists, definitely helped me out of a deep hole. I highly recommend the MHI to anyone going through a difficult time.

Balthasar Egger: Prof. Dr. Anghelescu helped me out of a serious crisis last year. He is a very empathetic and experienced psychiatrist and therapist. I am still in treatment with him on an outpatient basis. So I'm all the more pleased that he has now opened his own day clinic. I am there now regularly for my outpatient therapy and I can only recommend this place. A great team, a great atmosphere and, above all, highly professional. I am being treated by him for a severe anxiety disorder and I am doing very well again. Many thanks for your help!!!

Max Gustavo: Since the end of last year I have been in treatment with Prof. Dr. medical Anghelescu and for some time also in the day clinic of the MHI Berlin. I got to know the entire team as highly motivated, friendly, courteous and helpful. Unbureaucratic and fast help with all formalities and other questions are also a matter of course here. Anyone expecting a miracle cure is definitely wrong here. However, if you, like me, urgently need and are looking for professional and individual help, you are definitely in the right place at the MHI Berlin. In fact, the focus here is still on the human being. Centrally located, easily accessible, tastefully furnished and a beautiful old building with a garden complete the overall picture for me. My personal and very special thanks go to Prof. Anghelescu, Ms. Neumann and Ms. Birchall. You supported me from day one during the most difficult phase of my life so far and my hopeless future and have been at my side ever since with everything that is possible. I owe it to you and of course to all other employees that I am still able to write these lines today. I say THANK YOU and wish you all a lot of strength and perseverance in your very important work!

ch jadam: I don't know the day clinic, but I do know Professor Dettling as a reviewer from his time at the Charité. I am convinced that you will hardly find anyone who combines so much professional competence and an understanding nature in one person.

Marco Heer: Thank you for my recovery. I'm finally happy

galab07 galab07: Report from Pain Psychosomatics Group 2020 Nice and competent social pedagogue, physiotherapy, pain therapy but I wasn't that enthusiastic about psychotherapy, nice but in my opinion not enough competence and not very helpful

Peter Hoenow: All employees are friendly to the patients, competent and very empathetic.

Eric Gielow: Very bad mental care, nothing for alcohol sufferers with private mental problems, better to drk they are 100 times better

Monad Loire: The day clinic is equipped with a wonderfully committed team.
