Kamaljeet Dhiman: Friendly and nicely decorated practice. I got an appointment within a few days and got my results within 10 minutes after the scan. The nurses are kind and speak German and English.

Yael S: Very disappointed with service of this radiology center! My name is Danyil, I am 12 years old refugee from Ukraine. Since me and my family arrived to Germany I am suffering with some orthopedic problems and had an appointment for MRI. In Berlin there are only 2 centers where MRI FOR kids are available. My first appointment was month ago ( after 3 weeks of waiting) and it was canceled day before. My next appointment was supposed to be tomorrow, and a secretary called me that they have to cancel it as well! With the words - if you don’t like it, go to some other places. After my mom asked to speak with head office or to leave a message to get a new appointment ASAP , they refused to do it! Unbelievable, unacceptable and I hope , they will find a solution after my message, because I don’t know where to complain. By the way, I am insured… Is it selective choice who’s appointment will be canceled?

Mano: Today I did my first MRI and I had no idea how scary it would be! I think I may have claustrophobia. Anyway, a very nice and perceptive nurse gave me support and helped me to go through it! Thank you so much!

Will Freedan: I had to get an MRT of my knee and chose this place, because I would only have to wait 1 week for my appointment. The bad reviews here had me worried, but the people at the reception were very nice to me. So was the medical assisstant guiding me to the machine. You get earmuffs for hearing protection, by the way. Got there at 7am and left (with my pictures) at 7:35. Strongly recommend :)

Carrie R: I have already been here twice and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! First of all, I couldn’t find any other place where one can get an appointment on such short notice. The first time I booked, I got an appointment on the same day; the second time, I had to wait one day. Second of all, I didn’t have to wait at all once I got there, they were very punctual both times (the second time I was actually 5 mins late and they had to wait for me). You also only have to wait for your CD 2-3 mins. The staff is also great, especially the woman taking the MRI, she was lovely.

Amadeus Giovani Biga: Unfriendly workers!!! They did a mistake which made me waiting for more than an hour, yet they didn't apologize at all. From the first time i went to the front desk, they treated me like they were disgusted! I think the people who work in the reception are racist. It happens also to other foreigners!!!! Such a disgrace.

Dağhan Günay: Don't go!! Totally toxic place. They don't speak English, are avoiding you and also lost my prescriptions!!!

Wendy Tai: Reception was not very friendly but the medical staff in the MRI room was great! I had a knee scan that took 10-15 minutes. Results sent to my doctor on the same day.

Rollmark Berlin: I made an appointment by phone. During the phone call, I repeated the appointment out loud several times, so I also have witnesses that this appointment was given to me. Mentioned the order on the transfer etc. I was there on time for the agreed appointment and I was told that this was not a real appointment, but an appointment so that I could make an appointment. Since when do you have to take an appointment to make an appointment and how pointless is that? Ultimately, I was turned down and sent back.

Thorsten Braun: I can NOT understand the bad reviews. Yesterday my shoulder specialist referred me to an MRI on the right. get shoulder. Get/book an appointment for today via Doctolib. That alone is worth all five stars. Friendly welcome! My MRI was even before the scheduled appointment. Nice accompaniment and instruction on how to carry out the MRI! And at the end we had a hearty laugh with the four employees at the registration desk (yes, I have a phone....) Thank you for a smooth visit to you! Best regards Thorsten Brown

Mimi Baetzing: After the MRI, I asked if I could get my findings or any documents. "No," they said, it would all go directly to my doctor. There I found out that only the written report had arrived, and for data protection reasons I could only have requested the pictures personally, either on CD or for download. So I was left without. That's all well and good, but WHY didn't anyone tell me?! I found out from a doctor that something like this happens at least once a week when patients go to the MRI here. Very frustrating as I now have to wait for an appointment again. Not recommendable!

BurgmaniaKlub: Your radiologists are actually ok, but I don't recommend the branch (Jewish Hospital) to anyone. The receptionist incompetent, arrogant and very rude. Do former hospital staff (sisters who have been fired) work there? Seems so.

It's not unusual to find people like that in the hospital, but the ones in this radiology department at the Jewish hospital are really the worst. They even laugh at you because of an illness in front of all the other patients. These people don't belong here and should be punished! Just sad what's going on.

Boris: I got an appointment for the CT online at very short notice, the ladies at the registration desk were very nice and efficient. After a very short wait, it was my turn.. the lady in the CT room was incredibly friendly, explained everything to me in detail and was very professional. It was all over in 30 minutes and I was amazed at so much professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Thanks very much!

Ivana Spasojevic: My experience with Medneo went beyond my expectations, since I am claustrophobic. The staff was very thoughtful, patient with me and my issue. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and safe. Armelle Vérité: I was there today and it was a very good experience. The place is very clean and pleasantly decorated, lovely staff. It is also very well organised with short waiting times. I appreciated that they were not harassing me to put on a mask during the procedure so I was able to breathe and relax better. The CD with the images were available nearly instantly. I would always go back to this center for an MRI, they are the best I have been to in Berlin.

Viktoria Bykava: Professional team, very careful and supportive! Clinic itself is very modern, nice and bright. Waiting time is okay, appointment also got fast enough. Disk with MPI they give right away and I got conclusion next day per email (you should ask for that). Before I was doing MRI in medneo-Mitte and want to say that both clinics are very good!

Yousuf Siddiqui: Accommodating and friendly staff. Well lit, welcoming place which helped calm my nerves. During the MRI, a loudspeaker announces how long each test would last which helped me stay calm further as I had a terrible anxiety before the test.

Zombie atomico: This is a terrible place to go. It looks fine at first sight, but the service is very rude and incompetent, even the results aren’t reliable. They canceled one of my appointments twice without telling me and don’t care about their patients but only the money they’re making.Never again!

Desmond Tse: As a foreigner who cant speak fluent German, this clinic is like a savior for me. The reception lady was super friendly and all the medical stuffs at least made an effort to communicate with me in English, for which I sincerely appreciated. (believe me this is not guaranteed for clinics in Berlin). I need a MRI scan for my Achilles tendon Rupture and I have already contacted over 15 MRT clinics in Berlin. I believe Medneo has one of the most booking slots available. I got an appointment literally for the next morning. My advice is to check their page at Doctolib if you need an appointment urgently (sometime you might end up lucky if someone cancel his appointment at last minute). The facility is really professionally and the whole MRI scan is like a 15 minutes nap for me. Remember to wear a mask without metal nose clip. You get a CD recording for your MRI scan immediately. At other clinics, the written report and analysis of your MRI scan usually could take around 3-5 days or even a week. At Medneo, it is within a day and even crazier I got mine within an hour, which allows me to go to my orthopäde immediately. Now I am wearing my leg brace. Therefore I highly recommend this place. If you are reading this review, you are probably going through some tough time, especially for those who won't be able to walk for months. Though I don't know you, I feel your pain and suffering, I would say this to you: you are never alone.

Sofia Gonzalez Araujo: I can highly recommend this place. I got an appointment fast by telephone. The person at the other end of line didn't mind switching to English to speak to me. He was nice and helpful. The day of my appointment everything went smoothly. The receptionists are also very friendly and great English speakers. The person who did the exam did not speak English but she was very nice and had lots of patience to explain things to me in a slow and easy german. Everything was perfect! Recommend this 100%

Eri E: I arrived on time, waited for 15 minutes in a q and I was told I was late, so I couldn’t do my scan. This is not only unfair but inaccurate. The lady was polite but still send me away without my very important scan. Moral of the story arrive extra early if you don’t want to be send away. If I speak German I would have argued my corner better. Very frustrating.

Upon arrival, you were already much too late and due to the no-show the next patient had been prepared for the upcoming examination. We would never send anyone away for a delay of just a few minutes. It was more like approx. 20-30 minutes. Please keep in mind, that the confirmed time is the time of the examination. It is expressly pointed out on your confirmation (Doctolib/ email and text message) that you need to be on site prior 15 min minimum before the scan starts. Our colleague tried her best to find you a free spot and talked with the medical staff inside the scan room. But the time slots for the machine were already full for the rest of the day. You declined our offer to find you another appointment for the next days and just left. We apologize, we never want to leave our patients disappointed. Arianna Tomaelo: I went there on a Tuesday to take an appointment and they were super quick and gave me one for the same week on Thursday. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the 3 stars are because the staff is impolite and unfriendly. I don’t speak a good German and I’m aware of that, but I didn’t speak English in any moment. Nevertheless they were bothered by that, even though I spend there maybe 10 minutes in total? And it was clearly because of that, as they were addressing everyone else politely and nicely. If I may say one thing: it makes no difference on the outcome of the appointment wether you try to be a bit nicer. It doesn’t take longer, it doesn’t hurt you. You made me feel stupid and unwelcome and I don’t think that I’d use your services again.

We apologize for the treatment that you described as unfriendly. Germans can be sometimes very strict with their rules. But the rules are primarily there to protect any side effects for the patients and being helpful to deliver an accurate diagnosis. Our recommendation: please bring in a German speaker for the next appointments (anywhere in the future) as a chaperone/translator. Oliver K. Schulz: MEDNEO has a strange applicant strategy. 😖 First super interested, with a quick call back, pleasant conversation and commitment for a second "round"... then lethargy! Contact only takes place via their “applicant portal”. There are no external e-mail accounts for Medneo and only "ONE" call center number! Medneo encapsulates itself completely. 🤔 For 4 weeks I tried to reach the manager(s) responsible for this management position. No success. Apparently there are enough applicants for specialist/management positions with whom you can play these “games”. At least not with me! 👎

Ronald Rüdiger: Telephone inquiry in practice: Patient: Hello, I would like an appointment for an NNH - CT. Receptionist: How old are you? patient: 47 Surgeon help: Our doctor would want to refuse. End I've never had anything that weird in my life. I would have expected at least an explanation.

During CT examinations, the radiation exposure for the patient is relatively high. Our radiologist is therefore not willing to carry out the examination on the CT in patients under a certain age, but would prefer an MRI. K Bylinska: 3 stars purely for the waiting time. Why give someone an appointment at 8:45 am only for them to sit there waiting for over an hour? I'm happy with the actual appointment.

Delphine Mousseau: Dr. Gräf and the woman running the X-rays are really warm as well as professional. The receptionist doesn't seem to like her job... She's not very sympathetic but quickly found me a new appointment nonetheless. I highly recommend this office

m. b.: Quickly got an appointment for a microdose mammography. Very nice employees both in the reception area and in the X-ray area. Very friendly and competent radiologist. Definitely to be recommended !!

annett bliesenick: Two days ago I urgently needed a mammography and sonography appointment due to a palpation finding. I was able to reserve an appointment for the day after next using the contact form. Thanks a lot for this. The practice was already full in the morning, but the staff always remained calm and friendly. The lady who did my mammogram gets an extra star for her easy-going, anxious manner. The doctor who did the sonography was also very competent and questioned my symptoms. I felt very well cared for here.

M K: For the first time to the MRT there, appointment missed by 5 minutes. The team did not understand the delay. Showed an unfriendly attitude towards patient. Appeared to have racial traits. Didn't offer an alternative appointment. Patient friendliness and communication should be improved and reflections should be carried out as the feeling of work blindness arose.

Since the MRI examinations take about 20 minutes, you can't "push something in between" so quickly. We wanted to offer you a timely replacement date - you refused. But we resolutely defend ourselves against the accusation of racism! Every patient - no matter what skin color, ethnic group or sexual orientation, no matter whether physical impairment or language barrier is treated with respect, empathy and patience - we do not speak all languages, but in English or with a google translator communication always works and we do help where we can. If patients are late - regardless of which group they belong to - you can be lucky and get a turn, or it doesn't work - but the problem is not with us. You will know how difficult it is to get appointments with the radiologist. It is often not easy to find the balance between "having a lot of time for each individual patient" and offering appointments to as many sick patients as possible. Ivan Shmilyk: 1-star rating for emergency care: I arrived at night with sever stomach pain and was not examined properly, doctor (Her Wolf) was not paying much attention, took blood tests, and said he is not sure what is wrong. Recommended me to go home and take warm bath, put warm bottle on the stomach. On the next day I arrived at another hospital (DRK) where I was diagnosed with sever appendix inflammation and had surgery right away.

Melissa E.: Very nice reception! Everything worked smoothly. The MRT itself has a very calming atmosphere. Even with my claustrophobia I felt completely at ease. We recommend!

Jennifer Weigel: Absolutely no recommendation!!!!! I have never been treated so badly by the "reception area". Ms. H. Müller Felbel would need further training in dealing with patients. When we asked her for a mask, she took €1 from us, which I usually don't have a problem with, but if it goes into my own tip box. Because I wouldn't even give this woman - 1 €! After I asked for my QR code, only a very rude one came; Surname! and when she handed me the document, she didn't say a word. Nothing came of my thanks either. This woman is an absolute disgrace! The radiologist was all the friendlier! Thank you for that🙏🏽 But because of the staff in the reception area I will never come back here!

Wolfgang Beuster: 8 days stay in vascular surgery, bypass surgery. I would like to thank all the employees of Ward 3 (I only dealt with women). Most notably Mrs. Dr. Chen and Mrs. Dr. Customs service. WOMAN POWER!!! I was in very good hands!

Danny Berlin: Unfortunately, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. Contradictory statements on site and on the phone (after repeated inquiries and a two-week wait by email) about the publication of HIS pictures on CD. Having to drive to the radiology department several times because orthopedic surgeons refuse to register online to view the images and instead want a traditional CD. Are the 17 cents for the CD really too much, and that with the health insurance contributions? Counter staff very unfriendly! The doctors forgot the summary on the report, which unfortunately does not speak for great professionalism. I'll avoid this in the future...

Dirk Roland Haupt: The admission and treatment in the radiology department in the Jewish Hospital was very competent, time-efficient and extremely friendly and patient-oriented. I highly recommend this medical facility. However, while I was waiting for the result of my examination, I could see the impudent behavior of certain patients with a migration background towards the accommodating staff of this department. During the time I was waiting, I could not see a case of patients with a migration background in which the staff in the radiology department were treated with normal courtesy and friendliness, although this is of course by no means representative. So it doesn't surprise me that the majority of the negative reviews at this point come from people who have a Turkish or Arabic migration background.

Aaron Kyle: It took me 3 weeks to get this appointment. 3 weeks with an injured shoulder, 3 weeks out of work. It took me days and other failed appointmente to find a baby sitter, and of course with a baby being difficult I arrived to this appointment 10 minutes late. 10 MINUTES LATE and they turned me away at the door. More work lost, more money and time thrown away, more baby sitters and now 6 weeks with an injury. The woman at the tresen was of no help, unfriendly and had no care for my situation and no care of my reason for being late. They offered to make me a new appointment 3 weeks later. 10 minutes late because of a baby and no parking gave me 6 weeks of waiting. Keep your appointment medneo, I've got better things to do than be jerked around by a bunch of cold robots. What a waste of time

Tree Dietrich: Really nice centre. I was helped and kept calm by a lovely member of the team who ran through everything with me and helped me through the mrt scan even though I am extremely claustrophobic. He was brilliant. Very patient and reassuring. I was seen in time and walked out with my results within 40 minutes. On a side note the MRT machine is much larger than I am used to and made the experience bearable.

Jennifer DiMascio-Donohue: They will tell you the apt time is 30 mins before the actual MRI and then have you wait another 30 minutes. (Editing to reflect owner response) - I showed up 45 minutes ahead of time, so well ahead of the 30 minutes. There was no fault on my part for showing up late. I then waited 30 extra minutes for a total of 75 minute wait.

Shaimaa Fayed: Excellent radiology center. The staff are so caring. I am claustrophobic and yet I do the MRIs at the center with no problems because the attitude of the doctors and staff is comforting, and they explain everything. I highly recommend this center.

Matheus Ribeiro Melo: Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time and was already questioned by the receptionist. Had to wait for over 2 hours to do my MRT. Misleading time forecasts, poor excuses and even a ‘kind’ offer to postpone after manifesting frustration. From beginning to end, a very bad experience. To complete a telephone call after this review implying it was my fault and that, although never having been communicated so, they made me a favor to still squeeze me in to do my exam, so the 2 hours wait was to be thanked for.

Mell Leon: Horrible experience. The people that work there are unfriendly, not kind at all. I went there by Doctolib with an appointment and They said that they do not magnetic resonance for the breast. After that I went another day and I said that I will pay I will do by private and they said me that yes, that they do. They lied to me! I did that and the doctor said that everything was fine with my breast and after that I came back to my country home Spain for a second opinion and one of my implant is almost broke. I could report them because my health was in risk if I would not ask a second opinion. Don’t go there!

Daniela Weber: So my appointment went well! I was supposed to be there 10 minutes before the appointment and was there 20 minutes beforehand (due to the bus timing). The process went very smoothly and the headphones also worked. A bit more friendliness would not be wrong. The doctor seemed very stressed. However, I also had the impression that there was a lack of staff.

Heike Schuster: I was there today and cannot agree with the negative reviews! Everything went smoothly. The staff is quick, but not unfriendly and the appointment was kept on time.

Ivan Mandzukic: I've been here several times and so far I haven't had the impression that anyone is rude, all I can say is that everyone was friendly. Today I came 25 minutes earlier and was immediately pushed into the tube 😃👋🏼.

ilonka becker-redomski: Unfriendly at reception, it is not clean, bad explanation for the MRT and the conversation afterwards takes place in the waiting room, technically not very competent, not recommended

Uwe Schulz: Seriously ill people with a mask exemption will be turned away. This is not only cheeky but also inhuman. You should be ashamed of being so cold. Karma will eventually reach you too.

Jessica: Everything went well, appointments were made quickly, friendly staff on site and things started on time.

Bettina Schönherr: It all happened very quickly, the lady at reception was very nice, but the lady who was responsible for the rest was unfriendly, snotty and downright rude! Something like that doesn't work at all!! After all, I don't go to the MRI skull out of sheer boredom. I also addressed her unfriendliness, towards the end she became a little more approachable. Again, the doctor was very friendly. I would still go to a different practice next time.

Moritz Mœller (The Ritz): Super helpful staff and great doctor. I was here to accompany my GF, as a translator, since she doesn't speak German. I was superfluous as Dr. Mäurer speaks English well. The staff were helpful too – no issues with her EHIC card, as in other clinics in Berlin. Getting an appointment was quick by phone. Once there we waited less than 10mins. Highly recommended!

Emily Hemming: I could not rate this place more highly. Staff have been so kind and friendly. They have been communicating to me in English and I was able to come in without much notice (and also without a referral if paying privately.) the whole experience was very easy and calm, and the staff are extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Thomas Rathjen: Unfortunately a very bad experience. There are probably two locations of the practice, which can neither be found on the homepage nor was it clearly explained when the appointment was made. So we were at the wrong location at the agreed time. As a patient, you are then unfortunately labeled as a scapegoat - you are denied an alternative appointment. All in all, very rude and very unprofessional.

Dajana Dedic: I had an ultrasound appointment with Dr Winter, and he was very professional, friendly and thorough. I felt relaxed in the consult, and also felt he was confident and knowledgeable with his examination and assessment. We spoke mostly in German but he offered to speak in English, which I greatly appreciated. I have to be honest and say I didn’t have a great experience with the reception staff (they hung up on me after I waited nearly 1 hour on the phone, and that is just incredibly rude), but the medical care was great, so I’m basing my review purely on this. It’s always a bit scary to seek healthcare in a foreign country (I am from Australia), but I felt very happy and relieved after my experience today, thank you!

Agnese: Just called to make an appointment for MRI. I did my best to speak in german however in the moment when I did not understand the question in german - woman was so rude and just hang up the phone. Terrible. Left me Feeling frustrated.

Brian: Generally acknowledged as one of the THE best X-Ray and scan places in Berlin. I've been there I think five times over the years, and never had problems of any kind, apparently unlike some on here. They examine results better and in more detail than anywhere else I've been, and were always, from reception to doctors and technicians, very friendly. You have to wonder about the attitude or stress, perhaps, of those leaving one-star reviews…

Marta “Marty mars”: I had a very good experience. The radiologist that did my CT exam was super friendly and explained everything super well. She spoke slow german and I managed to understand everything. I got my appointment in 2 weeks so it went all smoothly.

Ivanna D ́Alessio: Absolutely amazing group of professionals!! Since I arrived and they recognized that my german was limited immediately the whole team started to communicate in English. The fact of being a patient places one in a situation of vulnerability that requires professionals with empathy to be able to cope with that moment. I safely recommend this place and thank once again each of those for having treated me with so much humanity.

Natacha Cohen: After having heard what my poor GERMAN neighbour went through, being yelled at by the doctor who refused point blank to do the scan requested on the Überweisung, there is no way I am ever setting foot in a place with a hysterical doctor who YELLS at patients!!! When she insisted it needed to be done, Dr Lars Rödiger threw the paperwork on the desk and yelled:"If you really insist, I'm going to make you wait a looooong time!" She's a CANCER patient!!! She walked out....
Response: Dear Mrs R, I explained to you patiently why an ultrasound was not necessary, also showing you examples on the monitor and your own pictures. Than I explained that you would have to wait - the waiting room was crowded and you had just bypassed the queue because I believed an ultrasound would not be necessary in your case and that this would shorten your waiting time. I also told you that I, vice versa , would always perform an ultrasound examination when needed, even if it was not requested. Your insistence on an ultrasound had put you back in the queue, I could not be unfair to the other patients. Than I had to care about the next patient and when I was going to call you in for your ultrasound you had gone. Sincerely Rödiger

Shelley: The worst!!! They keep changing my appointment for zero good reason and I keep arranging my life around getting this MRI and then scheduling a follow up with my GP which I’ll have to reschedule again. They’ve cost me two days of work with their incompetence and totally inaccurate email instructions. So much for German efficiency :(

Ömer F. Kaplan: Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. The staff was really rude and judging. As I was 10 mins late, the front desk employee judged me by telling what time it was. And then another employee literally yelled at me when I asked a simple question like where the waiting room was. She understood she was rude so then she tried to make it up by having a look at my file. She eventually asked me to take a seat because I was late and that I had to wait. After one hour having waited I asked another one how long I would have to wait because I did not want to wait all day long. When they said they did not know how much I would have to wait, I just left. My experience says they were rude, unqualified and ignoring.

Britt Davis: As a native English speaker, I would not recommend this place for an MRI. The staff was amazing and kind with the exception of the doctor who gave me my results, Frau Beatrix Cremer. Rude, condescending, and judgmental don't fully justify the way she spoke with me as her patient. I don't trust her opinion on my situation based on this poor experience. I am left searching for a second opinion from another radiologist.

Node Center: Not a friendly place for english or non-german speakers.

Aheli Sengupta: One of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a medical facility in Berlin! - I got an appointment within a week because they gave me an earlier one via Doctolib. - Reception staff were kind and spoke to me in English when I requested it. - They printed the forms out in English too. - The medical staff that conducted the MRI made sure I was comfortable and spoke to me so kindly. - My result CD was given to me in 5 minutes. - When I emailed them to ask for my report, they replied within 15 minutes and sent it to me. This is the first place in Berlin where I wasn't treated just as an outsider whose German is weak but as a human being. 10/10 recommend!
