Stefan Naujokat: Very very competent. Yes, an animal costs a lot more here than in the pet shop. But, the animals are at least one year old when you can buy them. They are then tame and healthy. Here you get advice from a specialist who takes a lot of time for his customers. Yes, also for customer satisfaction, but first and foremost for his animals. He decides exactly whether he sells one of his animals to someone . Great guy and great store.
Tobias Dombrowski: For me so far the most professional contact person in Berlin for terraristics. Although the shop is not huge, there is a lot to discover. You can see that the beautiful terrariums were built with love and in-depth knowledge of species-appropriate husbandry. The owner takes a lot of time to explain everything necessary for the animal and how to keep it down to the smallest detail, to choose the right crawler, and always helps you with every visit. Thanks to his personal commitment to any problem with the animal, we now only come here. The prices are very fair for all the service and the magnificent, high-quality terrariums. Reptiles just need more than guinea pigs... :-)

Dirk Voigtländer: We bought a leopard gecko and terrarium here six months ago. Johnny is a real expert and gave us excellent advice before and after the purchase. This means that even reptile beginners like us can keep them without any problems. We have rarely seen such lively reptiles in a pet shop as here. This is certainly a bit more expensive than in the hardware store, but worth every cent from our point of view! If you are looking for reptiles, you should definitely stop by here!

Robert Bergemann: You are in the right place when it comes to draft horses and their nutrition. Good advice from a reptile specialist. Prices are cheap! Only the opening hours are kept short.

chabo classic: I was at the fair in Houten on February 27th. Was first advised by a lady, then all of a sudden the "boss" came and made me very humiliating from the side. I wanted to know the prices for certain specimens and got extremely outrageous answers and was just extremely yelled at there as well. Just totally unprofessional! Never again !!!!
Response: Unfortunately, the "customer" is not known to me and will probably have asked anonymously without a finished setup, so no offer is possible in accordance with our philosophy for the good husbandry of our animals! If there is serious interest, please contact us again when the appropriate preparations have been made. We are not price info!
Jan Karcher: After some research I decided to get a Varanus acanthurus. I approached the breeder and was greeted very helpfully. Whatever question I still had was answered in detail. I can only recommend this breeder. And Akies too ;)

Sigute: Great aquarium section! Anything you might need for your fish tank, from decorations including driftwood pieces and rocks as well as castles etc to large selection of fish and plants. You can also buy aquariums here.

Burak Atsu: If you are a cat owner avoid this place. For a flagship store the selection is ridiculously small. Cant even get a proper leash or items of quality. Everything is china produced low quality stuff. I didnt want to order stuff from internet but I have now no other choice. Do your pet a favor and go somewhere else.

Pan Piotr: The best shrimp shop in the area (I went there from Stettin). Although at first sight it may seem inconspicuous, when you enter it reveals its rich and professional side. The variety of shrimp is overwhelming and they all look healthy and well cared for. The man working there was very helpful and answered all questions. It looks like he is really passionate about the thing he does. The prices were affordable. I can surely recommend this place for shrimp enthusiasts :)

Elza Silić Zakęś: Great place for online ordering! We ordered shrimps on Friday evening and the order was sent already on Monday afternoon.The delivery to Austria took 1,5 day. The packaging was done very professionally and shrimps arrived healthy and well colored (19 Taiwan bees). I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone as I will also use it for my further orders.

Lara: Good shop with a variety of products for the pets. When I bought a scratching pole for our cat and he did not use it, the shop accepted it back without any problems. People who work there were friendly and helpful, overall. Minus one star for the location, as it is quite hard to reach without a car/ bike.

Samuel Stork: A good enough place to acquire most of what your pet needs. There are a number of faults which hold it back from being my preferred petshop. The selection is somewhat limited additionally it is fairly disorganized with nonsensical arrangements of aisles. I also have had some less than stellar experiences with the staff a couple of times.

It is a small Fressnapf but to be honest the cat selection, which is what I needed isnt much smaller than the Fressnapf XL that I have been to in the past. The staff were friendly. I will go again if I want to buy something in person rather than doing a big online shop.

Natalia Filvarova: Excellent pet store that has everyone you might need! They have a huge cat and dog selection as well as a bit of stuff for rodents and birds. You can also donate things to local animal shelters. It’s of course welcoming to your four legged friends so you can come together and choose the best treats and toys :)

Pointed metal spikes are life-threatening for pigeons and, by the way, violate the Animal Welfare Act!
