Stefan S: Went there for my first pair of running shoes (everyone has to start somewhere), very friendly staff, showed me a great pair for my feet (which are a bit wider than normal), let me run a bit outside with them to check out the posture and offered an alternative pair (similar good fit, but somehow not the right feel for me). Left happy with the first pair. Good store, nice service, good staff.
Vladimir Esipov: Extremely unfriendly. Just stunning. I entered the store with a simple question if I may just try a new running shoes without obligation to buy them on the spot (and I mean, is it not normal to try first and decide afterwards whether to buy or not?), but the sales person had a very clear answer: "Better no". So I left, impressed by the the level of hostility towards me as a customer. Can not remember to have experienced such kind of service anywhere in the Western world.
Noureldin Saleh: Very competent staff. You might pay few bucks more than amazon, but the service is so much worth it. They listened to details about my running preferences and got me trying several options for a run out and looked at my landing. They have a great collection and they don’t push a choice on you, just giving advice and giving feedback about how you run in the shoes. I am really glad those kind of shops exist.

Hafi R: My dream running store! I wish they would open a store in London like this. A great range of shoes, from entry level to elite premium race shoes across all major brands. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, many who have impressive running achievements to advise you on which shoes are appropriate for your needs. I was there on the Friday before 2021 Berlin Marathon and was offered a free gait analysis which was much more - a 5D Motion Metrics analysis - you run on a treadmill in front of several cameras that digitally interpet your running style into insights into your running style. This enables the advisor to recommend the right shoe for you and you can see how your running motion is improved. Lukas M, who advised me helped confirm the choice of my race day shoe for my first Marathon in two days & I can say that thanks to his insights & advise I was able to run confidently that I had made the right choice - I got through it without my usual calf injuries. So I am delighted & will definitely be back. Real trusted staff! A top notch running retail experience that I recommend highly!! Like talking to a trusted friend!
Jerry Sun: I had a pleasure to visit Top4Running store during the Berlin Marathon 2021. I have been following the development of running shoes for years but I have never seen a place like T4R where you can LITERALLY see all range of running shoes within one place! That actually blew my mind! The store is well organised with different scores and purposes of different running shoes. You aren’t stuck with one brand. The best part is their running analysis machine and their knowledgeable staff. The machine is able to work out what shoe would fit you the best so you won’t end up spending tons of money to find the right shoe on your own. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable! And the running analysis is FREE!! That also blew my mind! In the U.K., this will cost me around £250. If you are visiting Berlin or living in Berlin, Top4Running store definitely worth a visit!
Hermione Plumptre: This store really is the best place for any runner in Berlin, it brings all the best brands together along with unique equipment/ clothing that is really hard to get anywhere normally eg: track spikes. If you’re a keen runner, recreational runner, competitive athlete this store is a must! Staff are super helpful and really knowledgeable more so then any other running shop I’ve been to in Germany. Loved it! Will be back.
María Martín: Prices are competitive within the running business and they have a great variety of brands. The service in-shop is very helpful and they really sell what you actually need. You can get running a running test done there to help find your right shoes. Definitely recommended!
Josh Slatem: Wow, wow, wow! What a awesome shop! So many options and different colours. Better selection than the actual Nike and Adidas stores. We were helped by Christopher, he was great! Took his time with us, and made us try on as many as needed to find the perfect fit. I vote Christopher for Mayor!

Ricarda Remmerbach: finally a cool AND competent running shop! There is every carbon shoe that is otherwise so hard to come by - Adios Pro, Vaporfly, Metaspeed and co. I have never seen such a detailed running analysis tool anywhere. The employees had a plan from Laufen, the analysis tool and gave me great advice. I will definitely come back.

Nadja Wohlleben: The best running shoe counseling I ever had. I finally found my perfect running shoe. The woman who works here is a true pro, super friendly, with lots of knowledge and a great eye for your running style. She takes her time to answer your questions and explains everything you need to know. Full recommendation!
Juan Rubio: Selection is small but curated. With the owner, I had a weird experience: first time I walked in, he was chatty, helpful, advised me (and other 2 customers at the same time) in the best possible way. 5 stars service, and I spent 70€. Then I walked into the shop 1 week later, and the man was extremely rude. It was mid morning, no other customer, and after me browsing through clothing for 3 minutes, he snapped “are you planning on writing a thesis on that? Just choose the color and go, I don’t have all day”. And kept going with a few of those pleasantries. I’m honestly confused. Venture into the shop at your own risk and cross fingers you will get Dr Jekyll instead of Mr Hide!
Chloe Heskett: I never leave reviews but this running store is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable staff did gait analysis, asked about my running habits, gave me the opportunity to test the shoes outside (essential) and had a variety of suggestions for shoes that would fit my needs. I ended up with a pair that are fast becoming my fav pair of road running shoes I’ve had in years. Extra thanks for working with me in a mix of English and German as I’m still learning :)
Owen Schelenz: Sad to have to report the disappointing customer focus and service. Due to COVID we wait in line outside and 30 minutes to closing time they tell the two of us that we should go home as they still have a customer inside. I was the next in line and had been waiting for 20 minutes. Instead of letting me know that they would try to accommodate me before closing time, just telling me to go home wasn’t even trying to be customer focused. Must not need the business, I’m sure I can get running shoes elsewhere.
Thomas Coombes: Really good, old-school (in a good way!) customer service that really focuses on finding the right shoe for your needs! It had been so long since I had had such attention to detail that I didnt realise I had been wearing too-small shoes for years!

Really good out of the box thinking. I sadly don’t remember the names of the two staff members I talked with, both were women and behind the information desk/checkouts on the ground floor. Heba Khalifa: I had a very bad experience in this store today, the staff is very rude and very unhelpful! I stayed for more than 15 min in the 3rd looking for someone to help me get a shoe size I want to purchase, and the employee in this floor completely ignored me and was very rude and told me she is doing other things, so I went down to the 2nd floor to get some help, her colleague told me to go the 3rd floor again as she is busy too and alone in this floor. I left the shoe and went out feeling very upset. I took a photo of this place to remember to never visit it again

Adam Tabachnikoff: Big and clean store. Lots of variety, from football to hiking, shoes to UV t-shirts for summer fun at the Berlin lakes. Friendly staff can help you find almost anything imaginable. Very close to the Sports Authority type of store I grew up with back in the U.S.
Salman Lashkarara: The store is nice and big and there are good items there, however the security guard does not trust the customers. The security of the store spy on me and chased me even out of the store and finally asked for the receipts of the items on my bags, just because he was suspicious to us. I found his behavior stupid. This is really awful and i will never buy anything from this store again.

Udi Ofir: Wanted to share how good was my experience in this great shop. Come in looking for a certain shoe, and eventually got a different shoe that matches better. Christoph had me running on the treadmill and than analyzed the video together with me very patiently. I wish everyone would be so professional. Kudos to this shop.
Federico Ranucci: Went today to buy my first running shoes to start running. The service was hands down outstanding. The person that helped me dedicated me all the time I needed, explained and listened and every pair she brought was indeed better than the previous one (tried 8 pairs in total). Will definitely be back when these wear out! Kudos to the team!

The staff were very helpful and patient, giving me advice regarding the shoes and the gait analysis. I finally bought a shoe with mild support (Brookes Adrenaline 21) + extra insoles. The staff even helped me check whether the insoles could work with my old trekking shoes, which I had brought along with that purpose in mind. Excellent service!

Gabriel Garcia Bustos: While product quality and prices are amazing, the amount of options can be overwhelming if you just want to explore are aren’t sure of what are you looking for. I also bought online with pick up in store option: the package was delayed a few days (4) from the original pick up date. The staff was always kind and willing to help.

: -D: The first years has been a good store and a cheap option, lately the staff has no time for costumers, probably trained to be arrogant, at checkout the staff does not help and try to stress and put pressure on costumers to be "extremely fast". I know there is an excuse for everything but in order to keep some self respect I have to return to smaller stores again.

Jamie Matthews: Massive sportware, tools and equipment for hiking, swimming, camping, running, biking, yoga and fitness store with endless aisles. Basically, they have clothing and gear for every sport. The prices are very good especially on discount items and the staff is very useful. Selection is huge for all ages. Highly recommended.

Nike Store Berlin Mitte: what do users think?
Marine Batsch: Kind and helpful staff (a man downstairs kindly helped me with my questions and guided me to the woman section, and a girl helped me try all the shoes I wanted to try and gave me advices on the shoes). I found what I wanted. Various models, limited in the color variety (as every stores to be fair), here you find the classical and trendy shoes. For fashion purposes, it is best to find a suitable shoes store that will sell maybe more special colors.
Alvaro Valdovinos: Good and friendly staff. Good place to get you Nike stuff. Thry usually onky carry the cureent collections fir Nike. It fills up on the weekends...also located in the best shopping area in Berlin. It is youthfull and modern.
Steve A: Their written policy states (in English at least) that they will provide returns for unworn items within 28 days. This is a lie, and they do not honor this unilateral agreement with their customers. Complete scam. Goto a real Nike store because this franchisee is a complete scam.
Biel Carpenter: I bought 3 pieces on Saturday, Monday I went to exchange an item that did not fit. Even with the original tag and bag and invoice/receipt, the staff did not want to make the exchange saying that the top had a (weird smell) I never used the piece and it has exactly the same smell as the other clothes in the store. Extremely rude and just a waste of my time. I`m a regular customer but won`t be coming back here.
Julian Maximilian Fischer: They market themselves as official Nike store but are actually just a franchise with completely different policies to Nike. Staff has not been helpful but just said we should talk to Nike (?! why does the store then even carry the logo?!). I cannot recommend buying here.
