Einkaufsbahnhof Berlin Alexanderplatz: what do users think?

Ralf Khayal: Large variety of food shops, other shops selling tobacco, magazines, cigarettes and newspapers. Shops selling event tickets, the German train company is selling there its own tickets. Unfortunately there are no public toilets. A lot of beggars can also be seen there, the police as well different trains and subways arrive there. I consider it a vital station. Compared to the train station in Doha, it is very dirty.

Maurice “Monoxide” Schermelleh: You can find pretty much anything here. From drugstore to just coffee. The place is safe and watched by police around the clock. There are toilets in the station that you can use for just 1€. Even showers you can find. Trains however, only for the long distance ones, have some late arrivals sometimes.

keith Dias: Take care here.. Lots of homeless people and luck pockets. However I did see a few police around all times.. Train are most of the time on time. Could use some cleaning, and I mean deep cleaning.. Looks very old and dirty..

M S: Good

D G: How dare you germans to support WAR CRIMINAL again?

Karen O.: There is a bit of everything, very useful for ppl who are on the go. There is a drugstore, newsstand, florist, money exchange, ATM, bathroom, and lots of options to eat or grab a cup of coffee.

ZAZA ZAAAAA: Very nice place

Nansubuga Martha: Station where you call access trains to most places. It's more like the center. One of my favorite stations in Berlin

JIGARBHAI DOBARIYA: Alexanderplatz is 💓 heart of berlin , there are many market and shopping centre and there are good transportation like u-bahn, s-bahn , tram and bus

Chike ayalogu: Nice shop.Really friendly staff.

Prager Passage: what do users think?

Ezequiel Carrera: Passage with multiple stores inside, including two supermarkets, a bakery and a DM store. Locals often buy here.

Тыгрык Паласаты: Passage as passage. Two groceries, one with lower prices whole second is bigger and less crowded. Cafes outside, shops inside. Nice fountain in the front. Subway is a few minutes walking distance.

Mahgol Motalebi: Local shopping center. There is a really big Edeka, Aldi, Dm, a nice gym and some other shops!

Roy In Berlin: Prager passage has the basic things one needs. Supermarket, one expensive and with grumpy/slow cashiers (edeka) and one with affordable prices and a friendly staff (Aldi) that recently also had a face lift and looks great. Pharmacy, post service, Gym (top floor, top price), DM, hair salon etc.. The place is unfortunately not always clean and the big ashtray right in the entrance is somehow inviting people (including workers from the restaurant and deli) to smoke at the door, making the entrance a very unpleasant area to walk through.

lokesh agarwal: It has several stores including Edeka, Aldi, DM, Apotheke, Gym and multiple restaurants. So you can kind of get every thing at a single place. Just outside, there is a small park with a fountain where you can relax.

Luana Ma.Be.: I did not know before yesterday evening, and honestly i have just gone to the Edeka because with two friends of mine, we "need" to buy some food. The huge foodstore is in the passage and opened until 22:00 on saturday. Workers are very kind, even working on saturday evening. But on this time maybe its better and intelligent to work than doing nothing or going to buy food. ;)

Jamie Smith: A great little mall. Two main food supermarkets, retail and restaurants. Off the main road, but everything you need. Just outside the entrance is a large fountain and green with plenty of seating and cycle spaces. A place to come for a short stop or a chance to make your weekly food shop.

Debrasso Magazin: one can shop for groceries there are plenty of choices, Edeka, Aldi, and smaller Imbiss for a take out. A Pharmacy is in this (smaller) Mall as well. Now in corona times one can sit in the green area outside this mall and eat the takeout food on a park bench

Andreas Sebayang: Nice place to shop for food. Tourists beware though. Don‘t eat in the restaurant in front of the mall. It‘s just not good. You can see the staff buying the cheapest orange juice at Edeka and sell it at a premium. Locals do not eat there, there a plenty of other options around the hotel.

What’s Up: Nice and quite place. There is two supermarket (Edeka and Aldi) where someone can get easily buy their groceries. Also there are some other shops like DM, Apotheke(pharmacy), some coffee shops and so on.

Hackesche Höfe: what do users think?

Kapil Bali: Must say, quite a refreshing place to visit as it reminded me few of the places back home. Its a series of connected courtyards with historical vintage, full of art, linked with some cafes. Walking distance public transport and surrounded with a many eating outlets. Weekends could be crowded, especially on a sunny day!

Praveen Mehrotra: Very close to the Hackersher Markt station is this mall. It is a must visit place in Berlin for two reasons; one great food and restaurants in area and two the street art of Berlin. The lanes and Sub lanes depict a a good culture of Berlin. A very good place to spend time and enjoy some good food.
Response: Hi Praveen, We are so glad to hear that you had an enjoyable experience at Die Hackeschen Höfe. We’re thrilled to know you found our restaurants and street art intriguing!. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

FEED FURAIJI: I love this place sooo much but not in winter i personally like it during Sommer
Response: Thank you for the great review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit to the farms so much. Thank you for your recommendation. We look forward to you visiting us again in summer!

Rene de Bruijn: Very interesting place with all these small shops in the different squares. I loved the entrance with all the graffiti and stickers on the walls.
Response: Thank you for your nice review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit and that you found the entrance so beautiful with all the graffiti and stickers. We always strive to make our home a welcoming and interesting destination for our visitors, and your feedback helps us to continue our good work. We look forward to welcoming you again soon!

Natalia Filvarova: A must see gem of Berlin! Unique and lovely courtyards, lots of pics to be taken :) Usually packed with people though so be ready

Angela Wall: wonderful to walk through the Höfe and discover things such as shops restaurants and the Otto Wildly Werkstatt for the blind.

Rudi Jenkins: Quiet, peaceful little inner courtyards that house some handcraft stores for jewelry, art and handmade candy. Not too full of people at the time of visit. Has a small sandbox for the kids to play in and plenty of benches to sit at and breathe in the peace and quiet around this usually quite busy part of town. Apparently this style of buildings is quite accurate of what Berlin used to be before the bombing and gives a good idea of how the city used to be.
Response: Thank you for your kind words about our farms! We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit and that you were able to discover the various shops. It's always nice to hear that our courtyards give visitors an impression of what Berlin used to be like. Please come visit us again soon!

Sakshi Awasare: Old architecture style pre-GDR times building. Lovely atmosphere and shops all round.

Aleksandra Mikata: Very nice part of Berlin you should visit. Very close to the Museum island and a very good place for coffee or lounch.

Trang Gmünder: The building architecture and the arrangement of shop houses around this building are very special. The windows with rose hips turning yellow and red are really charming and enchanting. Real virtual living place for autumn photos
Response: Thank you for the great review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your visit to us in the heart of Berlin. The architecture of the Hackesche Höfe is really something very special! Please come back soon.

Berlin Central Station shopping mall: what do users think?

Ebun Oluwole: If your hotel/hostel is close to the train station, you’ll find decent meals here to sustain you for a short trip. It’s soo convenient and better than going all the way to the city centre.

Andrzej Zatoń: Huge building in the heart ❤️ of Berlin. A lot of connections not only within Germany 🇩🇪 also to Poland 🇵🇱, Czech Republic’s 🇨🇿 or Netherlands 🇳🇱 During the day all shops and coffee’s are opened but at night no place to sit down. Waiting room doesn’t exist also for 1st class passengers. All shops and gastronomy points are closed. At winter ❄️ time staying more one hour is not to nice experience.

Allen Lin: Best central station I’ve ever been to. It’s big and it has about 3-4 floors worth of shopping and food. It is basically a mini mall on top of the train station which i have never seen before.

Khalid Hussaini: One of the most busiest station in Germany. You can get trains from here for all the cities of Germany and also to many European countries.

Saodat Khaitova: Very conveniently organized space of the station. Very top level is for S Bahn with services within AB and C areas of Berlin. Lower lever is for trains within regions. The lowest level of the station is for EC and all other long distance trains.

Lilly jose: Berlin Central Railway station is situated in the heart of the city.❤️ Berlin central station is well maintained with surprising railway station in the world.❤️❤️ Intercity express station, is Amaizing, At the of the roof its marvelous. It's the metrostation and local train station are top of it. Very big so many lift facilities are there. people moving with bycile in the train. ❤️❤️❤️ Shopping mall is good.. surprising for visitors. All the things we need, All items are there. Quality food and vegetables.. Always crowd...

Harshita Tiwari: One of the fancy and cleanest hbf I have seen in Germany. The whole station is located inside a glass mall like structure with plethora of shopping and eating options. The scenery just outside is also pretty. Definitely looks like the capital city.

rOhiT rAJPaL: This place is well known for the grand railway station, with a number of food and shop joints, that sits right next to the river front of Spree, from where one can take the metro rails S & U-Bahn of Berlin and also inter-rail services of Germany. The station is a stop for most of the Hop-On Hop-Off city tour bus services and also the river cruise rides are conducted from this point only.

Abhinav Mittal: Whenever someone ask me how is Berlin, I always end up saying Berlin is Best. This mall is one of the reasons for this statement. Having such a cool mall for central station makes Berlin really stand out from the moment you enter the city. Although the place can be easily crowded which is expected from the capital city yet, it is very well organised. Long distance trains on the lower section, regional/local trains on the upper section, and mall in the middle. You can find most of the famous shops/supermarkets in this mall including Decathlon, Rewe, Douglas, Mediamarkt, and others which makes travelling so much easier. Forgot something to pack that you remember on your way to the train, this mall got you covered. Love this city.

Dhanashree Awadhani: Beautiful structure and will never cease to amuse you by its busy nature. Always fun to be at Hauptbahnhof.

Einkaufsbahnhof Berlin Ostbahnhof: what do users think?

Vedran Delost: So much drunk people and junkies....somebody should clean this place

K. Selemenakis: Kinda complicated area there in front of Ostbahnhof where the busses come but they is a large variation of shops. Something for everyone and they're open until midnight if u need some food or something else in the night

Alan Addison: Centrally located swish shopping mall. Spotlessly clean and tidy and buses, trams and trains just around the corner. The staff I spoke with had typically good English and were friendly and helpful. There are quite a few shops, all looked we'll presented and I was directed to a toilet in a department store which was spotless. I got a couple of souvenirs and this is a quality shopping facility with prices to match.

Martin Korn: Well, it's not extraordinary beautiful or has perfect shops. Nevertheless a few. The major aspect this place deserves five stars for is that the most shops, especially the supermarkets, are opened on sunday! A charme for everyone being too busy the week over or those suddenly on sunday morning facing the impact of a great dish to cook but not having all the ingredients needed (like me)... And that's a huge thing!

Hoda Mahmoud: One of the best stations in Berlin. There is a lot of stores, food places and services within the station. It has one of the few locations where supermarkets are open on weekends.

Myka Ktrell: Post office, pharmacy, supermarket, shoe store, snacks and flower shop, the Ostbahnhof caters to a commuter's or traveller's (almost) every need. Can be crowded in the late afternoon / early evenings and on weekends. Offers lots of to-go places

snuseren: This S Bahn station in Berlin has 2 supermarkets that are open on Sundays + holidays. Basically every day. The rewe is open until midnight the Pennymarkt closes before that. The bahnhof also has a McDonalds, pastrie shops, a money exchange store, a restaurant a police station and a drugstore.

Uwe Hauck: All you need when traveling and more

Felix Salmon: Heaps of boutiques, sports stores and everything else, also has a slide that goes down 2 levels. Definitely recommend shopping here and using the slide 😁

Bartosz Furtak: It's a nice place for shopping. Especially when it's Sunday, there are two supermarkets open

CityQuartier DomAquarée: what do users think?

Kristian Luebke: Went to the DDR Museum here and also a very tasty Currywürst and beer. 👍

philip mitchell: Amazing something for all rich or poor amazing food from lobster to curry wurst. Loved it

Lorraine A: Good choice of food and random everyday items but the staff were not really helpful or polite.A simple thankyou or a smile at the end of paying goes a long way

Ioannis Aslanidis: Very nice to see fish swimming above your head in the different domes.

Trym Nyheim: The food was ok, staff could have been friendlier. This is a place that caters to tourists and so the prices are a bit high.

Kelvin Chibuye: Beautiful views..amazing atmosphere..just lovely

Royce Raizen: Kind of disappointing, not much to see. The coolest thing for me was the replica of the prison cells.

Kharmencita Brueckner: It is a convenient place to stroll or seat and wait for one of the many delicious foods offered by the many Restaurants Bistros and Bars as you can see in this area. Souvenir and other interesting shopping centres are concentrated in this Quartier :-)

Clifford Walzar: The food is top class...the 👌🏾 italian wines 🍷 are great and the workers very friendly

Paul Brocklehurst: Lots of restaurants and outdoor seating. Good area to get some lunch and do some shopping. Perfect for tourists.
