Hjoni Moon: Worst customer service ever. No communication available, workers trying to avoid the responsibility to others. I ordered 900€ worth oven plus accessories, in total I paid 1200€ approx. Informed that will be delivered in 4-5 days, ordered a two weeks in advance. Until one day before the delivery date I wanted, I didn't get ANY information form Smeg. So I called to the store and only information I could get was "the delivery company will get you in touch". And couldn't get any phone calls. Of course the delivery guys came later than promised date, without accessories. And now got a phone call from "Rhenus Home Xpress" and the person who I talked to me were extremely rude, so I decided to write this here. Such a great money to invest for the worst service, now even hate the brand itself, even I was using this same oven in my country for years.
Response: Well... Our version sounds different: A gastro oven with accessories was ordered. The oven was available at short notice, the accessories were not. That's how it was stated. The information was probably not understood correctly, communication was not that easy in this case... The oven was delivered as advertised, the accessories will be delivered when they arrive. This is normally possible without major problems. After 7 years of use, something can break, so I don't understand this comment. You can reach the service in Munich on 089 92334850. 付君祎: An impudence! Stove was not assembled after delivery. The supplier said that the employees from the store would contact one for the assembly date. The inside of the fridge was filthy. After repeated requests for an assembly appointment from the stove, man is simply ignored. After each call, it is said that we will call you back in ten minutes. When trying to call again, the line is somehow busy all the time. The staff apparently always have time for all other concerns, but unfortunately not for my concerns, maybe because I have already bought and paid for it. Toasters and kettles in the store after Rabat are still much more expensive than at höffner. I would love to give everything back!

Gilda Seelke: What an interesting experience at this store, where I was looking for a new Miele Staubsauger. At the entrance, customers are asked to wear FFP-2 masks, while the customer service agents do not wear masks. A customer service agent approached me, asking what I was interested in, and I told him. Unfortunately, so he said, they did not have the product I was looking for (Miele C3 Cats&Dogs). He said I would have to settle for another one because the cat&dog vacuum cleaner was on back-order. I also realized that the prices where rather high in the store and told him so. He explained that due to the current circumstances, the prices are going up, did go up and will continue to go up even more. I left the store! FYI: I found the above mentioned vacuum cleaner online, for a good price!

Jeffrey Jones: I could not be happier with the service and working with this company. They designed the kitchen for my new flat in Berlin. We were able to do much of the work by telephone and by e-mail because I was not in Berlin during this time. The results of the design are customized to my flat and very much in line with my original vision. Also, the work crew they sent to do the installation was excellent. He was very attentive to details and made sure everything is perfect. I recommend using this team.

Yaron Goldstein: It's a trap! My mom bought the a laundry machine in 2017. She insisted on going there to buy "directly from Miele". This shop is a 3rd party who specializes on Miele, not part of Miele itself. The technician, sent by this store, didn't install the laundry machine correctly, s.t. it made mind blowing noise. Only an official Miele technician was able to fix the problem. Next time, we'll order at Amazon and part an independent expert to setup the machine

Dorothea W.: Good advice, bad support In November 2021 we ordered all kitchen and household appliances from Primus for a new, empty apartment. We felt very well advised. Shortly after ordering, we got the call that all the devices would not be available until March or April, whether we still wanted to keep our order. Since I have been very satisfied with the Miele appliances so far, we decided to wait. In March we were informed that the order was being delayed, June is now being targeted. We stayed patient. Now the news, it would be mid-August. You can't do anything about these circumstances, delivery problems, a problem at Miele. On the one hand, there are undoubtedly delivery problems, but on the other hand, we were never asked if we wanted another model that was available (you can find it on the internet), only now, after we decided not to fulfill our order, the question came up like ours daughter could have done without all the devices for so long. How can this business continue to exist if it actually doesn't sell any devices for months?

phil d.: Very great at first, very disappointing service at the end! positives: When I bought my devices several years ago, all salespeople were very competent and helpful (except for one person). Between 2016 and early 2020 a dryer, dishwasher, combination steamer, warming drawer, hob and oven were purchased. Delivery and installation was always quick, punctual and carried out by competent specialists. Small modifications to the kitchen, such as a larger section of the worktop for the hob or changing the water connection under the sink (more connections), as well as electrical work were carried out very competently and nicely! The installation team was really great! A rusted baking grate was simply replaced on site without much bureaucracy. My salesman at the time even came by shortly after the installation, when there was a small installation defect and solved it himself. negatives: In the event of defects during the warranty period, the company stays out, doesn't answer e-mails and brushes you off on the phone. Reference is always made to the Miele Repair Service. In my case, it was completely overloaded. My steamer (DGC 7845) was defective from November 2020 - February 2021. I was only able to put an end to the whole thing with a long complaint email to various departments at Miele. Even when I was not satisfied with the quality of the stainless steel front of my dishwasher for €299, no solution was sought with me, but I was simply referred to Miele support. (But small thing compared to the steamer problem). I would have wished for much more support from my contractual partner, Primus Küchen und Hausgeräte GmbH. My conclusion: I will no longer buy any products from Primus. Really a shame after my very good experience. But the lack of after-sales service is simply a NO GO for me!

yephick: Wonderful service. Been using home appliances from this store since 2017 and only had minor issue 2 times. Both times the issue was resolved quickly and permanently, no follow-ups were needed. The last occasion was recently, when my washing machine stopped pumping water. Spoke to staff that lent me a dolly to bring my machine in for testing (as an added huge benefit, to me personally, the knowledgeable and friendly staff speaks English). The issue was identified and resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction, as always. Highly recommend that place as a trusty business you can rely on.

Meita Aznira: Visited today and greeted by a lovely lady, unfortunately they do not have delivery up to my apartment area, but she gave us great tips and trick to buy secondhand Waschmaschine and Kuhlschrank in Berlin nonetheless. Would give 10/10 (if possible) for the friendliness of the service.

Taylor Lindsay Winter: Good prices and friendly, informative staff. If you buy something from them and it breaks, they help you with replacing it and moving the broken machine. They also helped me understand how to unclog my own drain and reset my washing machine functions. I have bought two machines from them and if I need another one, I'll buy it here too.

Eduardo Mena: Very bad experience. I bought three devices (fridge, stove & washing machine). The delivery took one month. They gave me a delivery date and never showed up. I needed to call them during one week for fixing a new date. Only the fridge was delivered properly. The stove was not the one that we ordered. Although, so far it works OK (Dec 2022). But the worst was the washing machine. First, they delivered it without the upper part. I needed to go till the shop to ask for it. They gave me one from another model, old and dirty. They told me to try to put it on top of the device. Otherwise, I needed to come back myself till the shop to take another one, and so on until finding the right one. Then, the washing machine stopped working after a couple of weeks. I had to wait two weeks for an employee to come and see it. He only came to scream in my own house, explaining that the washing machine was working fine. For some reason, the washing machine worked out when the employee came, so I decided to give a last chance to it. Next time that I put a cycle, the washing machine stopped in the middle of it. My clothes were stinking after that. I just decided to buy another one. The only thing to speak about this business was Mrs. Meyer. She was the only one that helped me somehow during this whole story.

Nicola W.: The guys were a bit chaotic, but in the end everything worked out well and we got a good machine for €180 with a 3-year guarantee! Installation and collection of the old device then worked well after the first date for delivery of the device was cancelled.

Elisa: HANDS OFF! Bought the washing machine online on a Friday in early December, a delivery date was set for the following Monday, for the following Monday. Even that was stressful, as I was called four times because the appointments were probably not entered correctly. Then on Friday, before the Monday on which delivery was supposed to take place, the delivery period was pushed back by a few hours. However, on that Monday, without any cancellation, the machine was not delivered until shortly before 7 p.m. So I call the number I called earlier just before closing time. Nobody answers, at some point my number is blocked. A few minutes after the shop closed, the other hotline on the Internet told me very rudely, bad luck, computer shut down, no idea why the device wasn't delivered. So I drive to the store in person the very next day. You pretend to be ignorant. According to the route planning, the machine should have been delivered. Since the whole thing finally seems strange to me in the meantime, I say that I will exercise my right of revocation/right of withdrawal due to non-compliance with the contract and want my money back. This is only possible by bank transfer. I've been chasing this referral for weeks now. I only get a confirmation of receipt for my written cancellation right after several phone calls and emails. To date I have not received my money back. Next course will be to consumer protection and lawyer. Thanks for nothing.

Margrit Kosar: I received good advice and bought a high-quality Miele washing machine at a good price. The dishwasher I bought many years ago works perfectly. It was delivered on time and quickly. Highly recommended!

Aimo Hindriks: Summary: Do not buy! Really dodgy store! I've never experienced anything like this before. I bought a washing machine model in the online shop - a different one was delivered. The suppliers did not want to sign for payment for the machine. During the first test run, the machine ran out. I was turned off on the phone, I was promised a new delivery date that was never met. It wasn't until I showed up in person at the shop that things started to move: a new delivery was made (again with a delay), and for the second time a different model than the one ordered came and the company employees took the two wrongly delivered machines away To get money back, I should come to the store three days later. They absolutely refused to put me in writing to assure them that I would receive any money and became so uncomfortable that I even called the police. I got my money back. Conclusion: never again!

Big A: Unreliable and cheeky! We bought two devices for 630 euros. A dishwasher and a washing machine. Both don't work. The dishwasher makes such a loud noise as if a car engine were running in the kitchen and only the freezer works from the fridge. The food spoils because the seller does not keep to agreements and does not exchange the devices. Already at the time of delivery, the agreed date was not met. There was no call, no information and no apology. I took an extra day off for this. When I then complained about the devices by telephone, I was flippantly answered "That can happen with used devices". That's all well and good, but maybe the devices should be tested before they are sold for several hundred euros???? It was agreed that the devices would be picked up and exchanged. Again, no one came without letting them know. Another unnecessary day of waiting. After another phone call, a new date was given. EVEN THAT WAS NOT COMPLIED WITH!!!!! I even asked in between and they said the driver was on the way. It was impossible to get an exact time, the lady in the shop said she "didn't have the driver's number". Who's believes.... We were brushed off with the fact that we were assured that the driver would call just before he got to us. that didn't happen. It seems these people are only interested in selling their junk and making more profit. Because now we were told that the driver was said to have been on site, which is why we should now pay a fee of 70 euros. Unbelievable!

Nico: Scam!!! They have now canceled several delivery dates, always with flimsy excuses. I don't think I'll get another machine. The money is gone :(:(:( Old review: They missed one delivery date and nobody came to the second. I'm anxious to get my machine, but it seems like quite a scam so far. I've never seen someone make me wait at home for 7 hours and then not show up without a notification.

joo young: cheater Renamed from technik center maxx to happy technik 24 (no trouble at all and I preferred the old name) and as a result the 3-year guarantee does not apply. they must have found a bug in german law: the son would have gone bankrupt and the father would have taken over his business ~ but are still so brave and keep their phone number. looking at the comments here, they'll soon be broke again and then the cousin will come along xx

Maud Weiß: I bought a dishwasher in March, the device that I actually meant to buy was not delivered, instead another device came. this worked until the beginning of July, then the device was defective and water ran out. It was picked up at the beginning of July and to this day I have not received it repaired and my number has been blocked so that I can no longer call there point if I use a different number to call someone there too I then had problems in four phone calls called like summer slump no technician any staff shortages and so on but I still haven't got my dishwasher back I'll probably get a lawyer involved now. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dealer. I will clarify with a lawyer to what extent I can assert claims for damages and I have now ordered a new dishwasher. I find it really very questionable and I will definitely not give up. I wrote an email today that I either want my dishwasher repaired and back in working order by next week or I will keep you updated here, by the way I have the money here via Maps a very large reach of several hundred thousand who will read this, thanks Google for that.

I was served by very aggressive and not helpful lady with dirty red hair who worked behind the desk (she didn't mention her name) who wasn't able to answer simple questions on English. I'm sorry but I'm dissatisfied and I expected more from this place. Regards

Celal Ipek: We went to the center yesterday and didn't feel welcome. We have almost everything from Miele. We were directed to the website. The consultant could not explain the products to us. I think she had no idea. We took off with a catalogue. We want to spend almost 3,000 euros on a fridge and people want to have things looked at and explained. At least have it explained. Apart from a fake smile at the end and an annoyed consultant, I don't remember anything. During the 10 minute consultation I had to say three times. That's not our question. Farzan Mohajerani: In my opinion, Saturn is one of the best electronic shops in Berlin. You can find almost anything there. There are dozens of good sellers who guide and help you and speak very good English as well as other languages. I bought a cellphone with an O2 contract during Black Friday there which had an extremely good deal. Definitely check it out if you are looking for an electric device. The first floor is mobile phones plus audio and other stuff. The second floor is home appliances, and the third floor is laptops and related.

Mikhail Mazurovskiy: A Saturn employee (a blonde guy with ear gauges and blue eyes) was talking to some random guy and laughing while I was waiting to ask for his service. When they were finally done after 10 minutes, the employee took out his phone and started talking (not work-related talk at all). I was standing just in front of him, and he was trying to escape me. After I finally talked to him while he was chatting and asked to give me a phone so I could buy it, he told me that it was already too late and they were closed (it was 20:57). This employee didn't want to do his work and was the reason I didn't buy the phone and went out dissatisfied. I won't buy the phone in this place and from now on will try to avoid the store.

Shining-Ana: I bought my second hand AEG washing machine from them and delivered to my new flat in Steglitz. They were really quick in communication and willing to be flexible for customers. Not Nyan Cat: This company only repairs machines in factory warranty apparently. I told them I needed an estimate for the repair of my machine because my extended warranty requires it before repair. I told them I would pay for all the estimated parts and labor in cash directly and they said they would not be able to help me.
Response: You said on the phone that you had hired another company for your device and that the appointment wouldn't be for a week. They just wanted us to come over to see if it was a guarantee. We honestly told them on the phone if they really had a guarantee and if we touch the device, the guarantee would automatically expire because it would then be outside interference. We wanted to avoid that in your interest and not collect any money for free. But thanks for that there was only one star ... too bad. Your Weissbär Team

Joel Hornby: I called Weissbär Waschmaschinen Reparatur-Berlin to get an appointment for someone to come and take a look at our dishwasher. My understanding was that they would come, diagnose what was wrong with the dishwasher and provide us a quote for repair. Their technician came within the agreed time, first I explained the problem and without really looking at or doing anything with the dishwasher, he claimed he knew what was wrong. I asked if he was going to take a look at it, after pressing a few buttons he said again he knew what was wrong, but refused to tell me what that was, other than repeating the phrase 'undicht', which means it leaks and obviously I knew that already. He then gave us a repair quote of around €280, I cannot remember the exact figure and he did not right it down. This figure is only a little under what it would cost to buy a replacement dishwasher, so for us it made no sense to comply with this offer. I then asked if he could tell me what what part needed replacing and he rather impolitely refused saying 'wieso sollte ich dass sagen, dann wuerde ja jeder es selbst reparieren, denkst du ich bin ein Idiot?'. I then said I find that a bit cheeky and would report this experience online, he then became even less friendly and asked where I come from and said that in Germany I am not allowed to threaten him. I feel that it was inappropriate to accuse me of threatening him, just a logical response to warn other potential customers and he should also know that I found this service unsatisfactory. In the end I still had to pay the Anfahrt service charge of €17 in cash and the receipt just said 'Swentinel Bottich undicht' as the fault. I was hoping to have a better idea of what was wrong with the dishwasher after this appointment and was also a bit insulted at the manner in which I was spoken to. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for an expert diagnosis or a reasonable quote for repair.
Response: The customer tried everything possible to repair the device himself and to localize the defect, which unfortunately he was unable to do. That's why he called us so WE could diagnose the problem and he could later fix it himself. He just wanted to take advantage of us. I would like to repeat it once again that it is of no use to us and above all to the customer to tinker around with a device for 30 minutes so that the customer is satisfied, this job is also very much based on work experience, we repair about 10 similar devices with the same symptoms every day and same mistakes. The customer threatened us that if we didn't show him the defective part, he would give us a bad rating. Honestly, why do you threaten someone who wants to help you? Despite everything, the defect was shown by the technician and he pointed out the vat (swamp) where the leak is. He can't say anything other than that it's leaking because that's the fault. Trell!: Staff were lovely despite me not speaking German and found me a cheaper adapter alternative! Huge store with massive variety.

Christakis Psyllides: This place has virtually everything electronic. Great selection and decent prices as well. Knowledge of the staff can sometimes be a little varied but overall pretty good as well. They do not sell any Apple products including all associated brands such as Beats etc. Recommended.

Daniel Cutter: Saturn ist a chain of stores that sell electronics. Period. They are everywhere. Prices are usually acceptable. Often lower than Amazon. It's always worth comparing. Saturn and media Markt are owned by the same company. Prices and special offers are often identical.

Mbong Gilys: I paid more than a £1000 for an hp laptop with guarantee and it wont turn just after 2 weeks. They will not give me a new laptop and will have to service the laptop I just bought which means they will open it up. Hence the laptop automatically becomes seçond hand after two weeks . Its been more than a month waiting and I cant work because of this . This is so fustrating , and won't advise anyone to buy gadgets from here even with guarantee unless you don't care about time and money

Jonas Andrén: Nice store, helpful personell, HOWEVER i had an issue 3 months later with the phone, i have tried to email and call Saturn without any help so i will now reduce my rating to one star until this is resolved. (except for that everything was fine and clean, but lets hope you will not have any problems with the stuff bought here)

Oz Oid: A shop with everything from Washing Machines to small plastic horses. More electricals than you could ever wish for, except musical instruments or keyboards.

Szymon Zaucha: Same as every other Saturn. Great for electronics. Wide selection

Fabiha Mahmood: An old man from Mobilcom debitel counter was so rude. We were there to buy IPhone 13pro max. First we went to the O2 counter to know the details about phone contract, the O2 employee said we should ask his colleague. Then we went to the counter of mobilcom debitel where the old man said we cannot have a contract in anywhere in Germany if we don’t speak deutsche. It was really hurtful the way he treated us.

T. L.: I got an appointment straight away, the problem was identified at the first sighting, the spare part was installed in the afternoon - it works. The fixed price for the inspection (without receipt) is fair, so that you can then decide whether a repair is worthwhile. In this case, the invoice amount estimated in advance remained the same. The lady on the phone and the fitter were very friendly, I have a recommendation. Thanks very much!

Sandra Kreisler: Arrived quickly, were friendly, explained things well, and the appliance came back quickly - unfortunately the dishwasher had dents on the side in two places from the transport when it came back (hence 1 star deduction) but my complaint immediately got a nice answer and I got compensation too.
