Eduardo Peña: Absolutely wonderful candles! I can’t remember the last time I was so excited to give the gifts I’ve bought. Made with all natural scents and soy wax, they promise to make any home cozier. They offer delivery in Berlin as well as store pick-up from the shop which during the (seemingly-endless) lockdown restrictions has been a relief for last minute shopping. Def. recommend!

You will find this amazing dried flower bar, where you can create your own special and personalized bouquets, and so many other beautiful products. Yaakov Rabinowitz: Awesome store I went for a candle making workshop and the owners were kind helpful and creative and helped us make really amazing candles. In Addition theirs Store with a wide variety of candles in all shapes colors designs and sizes is quite spectacular and unique. I highly recommend.
Edwin Montoya Zorrilla: What a unique and diverse collection of candles. I went in and met the friendly Claudia, who manages the store, and she recommended some candles to suit my tastes. She also showed me her workshop, where I got an insight into how many of them are made. I would highly recommend this store to anyone aiming to keep a warm atmosphere this winter.

Eliza Karmasalo: Candles make great present, but even more so they are unique way to appreciate the fire. Light up your own imagination and let the wax form the moment. Huge fan of anything hand made, this place is a treasure and here you can also learnt he process.
Andreas Cohrssen: Lots of fun. Great guidance on how to make candles by host Claudia. Also nice to meet locals and have a good time together.
Celina Yanilmaz: A very nice experience to grow candles yourself. The owner was very patient and explained everything very well. The kids had a lot of fun. There were beautiful colors. The kids loved it. Definitely something different.
Louisa Schwarz: The candle making was great! The lady took a lot of time for us and discussed all the possibilities and variants at the beginning. We were also happy about the tea offer. Gladly again :)
Tine Daimler: Nice selection of unique candles, lots of creative ideas. The perfect address for gifts. Always find something.
Tehee Kobelinchen: Not recommendable after the change of ownership. The lady was unprepared, looked annoyed (voice, pitch and choice of words), did not know the prices of the candles. No advice on candle making, no advice on what options are available (in terms of shape or decoration) and how many "rounds" you can dip the candles into. I had drawn a pink candle and then wanted to change from poison green to dark green (always from light to dark - that was what she explained to us on request). Well, unfortunately it was determined that the candles are now finished and then the pots with the wax also got cold. So I had to conjure something up out of the green candles I wanted to give away for Christmas. Now they have a light "tree bark look" and can be given away. There was also a drama when we cashed in (there were three of us). I will not write down anything else that went wrong, the text is long enough anyway. All in all, unstructured and disorganized. If the lady does not change, the otherwise fully booked shop will remain empty for Christmas.

Christian Schae: I quite enjoy the nice fragrances of Diptyque, but was truly shocked when the below candle basically exploded under certain conditions, which are: burning down and in use for several hours. Gladly no one got hurt. I was not aware of these conditions and did not expect it at price diptyque. Customer service war certainly not helpful at all. Seems I am responsible for burning the candle for too long....

Bettina Bruemmer: Absolute joke. Received a candle that was completely detached from the glass. Apparently this is "completely normal". I was paid a whopping €2.73 in damages. thanks for nothing First and last purchase.
Response: Candle wax contracts when it is cold, so that in rare cases it can detach from the edge. This has absolutely no influence on the burning behavior and the great scent. As soon as the candle has become completely liquid, it sits firmly in the candle glass again. I explained this factually on the phone and accommodatingly offered a 10% discount. The customer waived the return and agreed to this discount on the phone. This was transferred to you on the same day. Because of your approval, we cannot understand the subsequent evaluation at all.
