Stefan Radaković: The events here are worth your while. Upon arrival the owners created a comfortable atmosphere to cook together, create masterpiece recipes easily and then have a wonderful dining evening. The variety of recipes is plentiful and there is an enormous amount of drink choices. The owners have some good tips in handy and do their job with passion. 10/10 would recommend for family evenings, group activities and company events

Jonathon Bell: Super cosy, intimate sushi experience. Succinct menu offering a comprehensive selection of sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi etc.) all served on moat of rotating wooden boats. What more could one ask for….
Flick Rick: Loved this sushi bar. Service, food and location was excellent. Was easy to walk in and sit. They make the sushi fresh and to order, or you can choose an item to cook in the kitchen. The “train” is a canal with small wooden boats holding various sushi - a unique and exciting take on the traditional sushi train conveyor belt. Would recommend!

Sam Sigut: I don’t have that much experience with sushi but this was possibly the best and freshest that I’ve ever had. Special mention to the samurai sushi with its sauces which was particularily tasty.
Carlos Holguera: Authentic Japanese food in Charlottenburg. The miso soup was full of flavor and the sushi very well made. Loved the spicy edamame, they recall "al ajillo" but extremely spicy in comparison.
Shelby Joe: I love the convenience and casual ease of kaiten sushi. And Sachiko is even more unique because their “kaiten” is a lazy river! Quality was very good and not at all like a typical Sushi Circle or cheap all you can eat place. I loved the cozy feeling of the establishment and the neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the much more commercial Kudam.

Ti Ktok: Our "vegan crossover through Asia" was a complete success. Very tasty and very educational on how to make individual foods vegan at home. What is particularly great is that with all the feasting, care is taken to prepare healthy food! The atmosphere in the cooking class is very pleasant and Michael is a good host who cares about the well-being of his guests. The photo box, for photographing the dishes conjured up together, is a very fun extra. If you fancy a cooking class, you should definitely try RunningPapaya!

Cassandra Teo: Great place! Phone call was answered immediately, so we got a reservation easily. Food was great - Kombination 1 and especially the Tempura! Prawns were well battered and huge. Service was friendly and polite — a young man explained dishes well, attended quickly to us, and once had pointed out that we dropped something on the floor. Drinks (kombucha and warmed carafe sake) were good! Overall great experience.

zandie: One of the best dining & drinking experience we’ve had in Berlin. There is no menu, they serve what they have for the day but what they do serve is really good. The staff explains what the food is and if you do the sake pairing, they’ll explain which sake goes well with what course. For some sake, they’ll ask you to choose your own cup and I was like “girl, just give me a straw and the bottle” because their sake are so good. 10/10 would return each season
C H: 5/5 for service, tableware and the ambiance; 3/5 for the food itself - definitely high quality and well presented, however I feel like there is a lack of surprise… nothing particularly memorable… the sake pairing was good too, but the price (95€ pp) to value is only medium to low due to the amount (1-2 sips) of sake we got per serving. If you would like to try out the sake, I would probably recommend to get it by glass/bottle instead of the pairing.
Thuy Mi Yang: BEST EXPERIENCE!!! We went for our 2 years wedding anniversary and we were not dissappointed. It was perfect. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. The sake pairing was also well selected and a perfect fit for each course.
Sergiu Foca: An absolutely wonderful dining experience (might be one of the best, definitely the best one in Berlin). The tasting menu, sake selection, interior, & service are all on point. One recommendation - if you plan to taste more sakes, go for the sake tasting menu from Shiori, as if ordered separately, it does get quite pricey. So, while quite pricey, I definitely recommend Shiori for a special occasion.
Tomás Fonseca: Great meal with fresh ingredients and tasty flavors. The dinner takes around 3 hours and this time we had a menu version with 13 courses and all of them were good. The staff was nice and explained each dish. The price is a bit steep but again it is an omakase menu with fresh fish. Try their Yuzu sake because it is very good

Benjaluck Fai Yuttisee: Soooooooo gooooooood! Every. Single. Course. Very delicious! Excellent quality of everything. Proper amount of time between courses. The cook carefully prepares the meals in front of you and explain what each of the dish was, as well as matching drinks for each.
Sary Sehnaoui: This is by far one of the best restaurants i tasted in Berlin & perhaps ranks worldwide!! Top culinary experience with a chef that knows what he is doing!! You get introduced to every meal during this 10 course. Highly recommended!!
Shanaz Mahmood: A little bit of Japan in Berlin. More than just a gastronomic experience; it felt like seeing an art piece unfolding in front of our eyes. Incredible experience at Shiori. The staff were kind, authentic, and took their time to explain every detail of each dish to us and gave great recommendations for drinks. The sashimi was divine but the matcha ice cream for dessert was the real winner.

Homer Dong: Had a cooking workshop here and I loved the place since the first second entering the venue! A great option for team building and corporate event.
Alice Marshall: Super fun team event with a group of 20 of us. We started with an aperitif in the garden, and slowly made our way into the cookery school, where we talked, cooked and then ate together. Really good way to bond with your team, or enjoy a fun few hours with friends. Would recommend!
Regina Karl: I had the most wonderful time at Ratatouille. Super friendly and welcoming team, really good conversations and excellent cooking workshop. Despite catchy preliminary agreements, making concessions and asking for a consensus, we were always treated very unfriendly, which got worse and worse over the course of the day. it culminated in a short-term cancellation, 7 days before the date of the event (company event), of the bindingly booked services. I have never experienced such an unprofessional manner and I am stunned. ***Supplement*** Unfortunately you stopped communicating with us, I think the evaluation is valuable. The briefing was clearly communicated and you had already promised us the date, within the parameters, so there is no room for interpretation, except that it was unprofessional. Too bad.

Lisa Beuter (Lola-Berlin): As starters we had the Goyza with vegetables und Salomon sushi. As main dish I had the teriyaki tofu don and my friend had the udon with chicken, for dessert we had the soft cheese cake and matcha ice cream. The home made lemonade is absolute delicious. The restaurant is really pretty and booking a table online is comfortable, the service is good and the food and drinks are great. Please bring cash the don’t take cards. And there is a time limit of two hours. If you like sushi and great home made ice tea this place is great!

Lucas Liebe: Although this place can be a bit pricey if you get the fancy plate, it makes up for it in Instagramability. The big plate can be adjusted in size to your group and the one we had for two was definitely enough to get us full. It is filled with daily recommendations of the chef who looked seriously professional. The rest of the staff also was very kind and welcoming. The overall atmosphere and decoration is also really inviting to look around during your wait time. I can easily recommend this to everyone that is into asian culture or food!

Attila: Very nice place. We took the kids and ate on a sunny Friday around 7pm so the sidewalk is packed which somehow makes sitting on the outside tables less fun (people having to push through continuously). Service was a bit slow but super friends, the food is really tasty and for the location not actually priced unreasonably. We will certainly be back and that time order one of those shared place which look awesome!

Blaue Katze: Had a great spontaneous dinner night here. Really liked the super nice service, the drinks and the food. Especially recommending the Yaki Sake main menu. We sat outside in the back patio. Also the place really is very dog friendly ❤️🐾. Our little one got a little dog treat upon arrival and we got an extra Lage table that had room for him too Highly recommended.
Ugam Kumar: This place has a great selection of sushi. They have a spacious outdoor sitting area at the back which is ideal for sunny days. The staff here was very polite and helpful. Would recommend. Kid-friendliness: There is enough space to put your stroller if you are with kids. The place is generally quiet.
Gary Morris: I had the Beef Ramen (under Udon Noodles in the menu) where one could swap out the Udon noodles with Ramen noodles. We had a sliced beef starter which was medium rare, well balanced spice-wise and quite tasty. The Ramen was tasty but could have been better ! It lacked Oomph !! The Service is Exceptional and the atmosphere is great !! Good place for a date or a meal with family/friends... Decently priced as well !

Located in Mitte and food is incredible, FRESH, Authentic and Unique. All the flavors are incredible and you can tell that the owners and people here care about their guest. Aiko is an absolute staple in Berlin. Try have the most unique take on Takoyaki. It baked! Wow and they are absolutely delicious. Great Japanese food, FRESH! Everything is Fresh! The drinks are great, blueberry Calpico is a must try!!! Staff is friendly and very attentive, food is fast for having everything prepared fresh. Also, you have To try a few piece of butter-fish! 😋 I always enjoy going to Aiko with my best friend, she introduced me here and I always enjoy going with her. There is a back patio and it’s got bamboo, great vibes all around the interior decor is also very immersive! I really like the attention to the details. It speaks to the food itself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well deserved! Thank you!

Christian t: I had dinner with a friend of mine at the vox restaurant on the evening of August 26, 2022. I was simply amazed by the professionalism of the restaurant manager, by the super kind and helpful waiters. Quality food and it feels in the mouth. At the bar, however, we met a Spanish waiter, I would like him to be given a raise for the great availability and professionalism he has dedicated to us. Really satisfied.

J. Renx: Due to Corona, some of dishes seem missing. Very friendly and professional service. Beef tartare and Truffle puree were the best of all. The rest of dishes are quite ordinary to me though.

Christian Kmiotek: It is difficult to find a decent restaurant in the neighbourhood of Potsdamer Platz, the cinemas and the Philharmonie, meaning one that is not a touristic one or a fast food chain. Vox is decent but far from cheap as it is situated inside a 5-star hotel. We go there for the really fresh and tasty Sushi.

Leitha Matz: A minimalist, casual, comfortable restaurant with unbelievable fish quality. Really the best sushi and sashimi I’ve had since my last trip to Japan. And I would eat their kombu-eggplant-ginger appetizer every day if I could. Really dreamy. No complaints at all. I will definitely be back.
Aja Jane: All around, an excellent experience. The sushi is the best quality I have ever had in Berlin. It is expensive, but worth the price. Everything from the fish quality to their special wasabi is absolutely perfect. The service was really fantastic. Friendly, quick, and helpful. They were also easily able to accommodate my gluten intolerance. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
Wooyong: Five Stars 🔥🔥recommended You can’t find another Japanese restaurant with the same quality sashimi and nigiri at the same cost. I will not come here unless it closes. ▪️About food - Their sashimi are thicker than other restaurants. All of them are super fresh and great, especially scallops. - The nigiri also impressed me. You can’t imagine that soft, slightly sour and sweet rice which covered with sashimi can directly slide into my throat. - Yellow Tail with yuzi pozu also tastes great. I can feel the sweetness from Yellow Tail and freshness from yuzi at the same time. - Karaage is very crispy and not greasy. ▪️About Price It’s totally cost-effective. High quality with rational price.
L P: By far the best sushi in Berlin .. excellent vibe and service, chefs prepare with passion. Most flavourful fish, the yuzu sauce is incredible. Also the chocolate cake?! to die for.
sori kim: I’m so picky with sushi since i grown up with it but this place was awesome. Service might not be the best if you compared with Michelin but he explained well about each sushi and gave recommendations how to eat it. I think that a huge plus since some people might not know the sushi well. I would recommend if you could guide people how to eat sushi, which order, And some sake recommendations, if would be very nice for the people who are not so familiar with. Everything was great, except hotate(scallops) sashimi cause it was bit stinky but they are using real wasabi, right temperature and amount of rice and sashimi. I def come here agAin. And i can even bring my father in here.
Yi Rong: Quality of sushi is good among its peers in Berlin. Still space to improve for the freshness and quality of the fish. For the price, it’s satisfying though. I saw some comments complaining about the service, yes, it wasn’t the most pleasant experience, although I appreciate the way they present each dish.
Ol: Fish quality is way above and beyond what you can find in Berlin. Scallops sushi and blue fin tuna sashimi are something special. Homemade wasabi. Organic wine as a cherry on top.
TING YEUNG: Amazing!! Amazing!!! Amazing!!!!! Finally found the real authentic Japanese restaurant with real Japanese chefs and staffs which made us super happy and satisfied. No matter you go for Grilled yellowtail or Yellow tail with ponzu sauce or the yellow tail sashimi, you won’t be regretted if you are a fish lover :) It seems a bit pricey but totally absolutely fair and reasonable !!!!!! Their Sushi, sashimi or maki are all on the another level. great presentation for every single dishes! Appreciated their respect for foods as all real Japanese do! And the most important is their nice Service !

alisan Barca: I am currently at Sprachenatelier coming from Turkey . I got my A1 and A2 from here. Really good school. In a very nice neighborhood, old style historic building and just behind the u-bahn. Always quick respond to our questions not only on mail and phone also on school . The teachers are very experienced and friendly. They are always motivated to teach and we are able to reach them and ask our questions, not only at school but also outside of school. Practitioners are also very friendly and positive, we learned a lot from them, teachers and practitioners are kind of puzzle pieces. There are also speaking clubs every week and a cultural trip every Wednesday. I enrolled in the school for 6 months, but I am planning to extend my course and finish in 1 year. Thanks to Sprachenatelier for creating such a beautiful environment. I highly recommend this place.

Carol: I did my A1 here. The teachers were amazing. I’ve bin in different schools around Berlin but this one is the school that I recommend to people the most. The teachers used games and we spoke constantly in the class. Very good professionals.

Angelika: I have been attending the DaF evening course for over a year at the time of writing this review. I met a few different German teachers and every one of them had something valuable to teach. During the pandemic, the school swiftly switched to a remote teaching model which allowed me to continue learning from home. I can wholeheartedly recommend the school for learning German, it offers good quality for a reasonable price.
Lori Kreuzberg: A relaxed bar with a diverse and international clientele- especially popular with students from the language school Sprachenatelier as a venue for Stammtisch- a language exchange. We offer friendly staff and service, good food and even a new weekend Brunch Menu!
