kleine SEELÖWEN - DIE Schwimmschule für Babyschwimmen & Seepferdchen in Berlin: what do users think?

Gautam Sharma: Nice facility... Clean and warm pool... My baby was scared initially but now looks forward to swimming day! The staff is polite and booking system is straightforward! If you are in south of Berlin, I highly recommend!

Srividhya Leeladharan: One thing I feel very convenient is the booking, you can book and change your lessons online so need to worry about missing a lessons incase you cant attend due to other reasons. The changing rooms are clean and the front desk is very friendly and approachable .

Tamara Peretyagina: After 4 months we are still waiting for the refund for the cancelled courses. Have a written confirmation they will reimburse us written weeks ago and still nothing. They are ignoring the emails and it is impossible to get anyone over the phone!

Miryam H: We just started lessons at kleine SEELÖWEN and our first experiences have been great so far. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for both kids and parents/caregivers from beginning to end. The pool, bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms were all clean. The pool and all areas are also warm, which is a huge plus! The instructor was attentive and provided guidance to the adults in the pool as well as was patient with the children. We look forward to future lessons!

Sascha Laufenberg: Very nice - my daughter loves it. They have varying trainer which is nice as each trainer has his/her own way of guiding the session.Another nice aspect is the booking, you can book and change your lessons online so need to worry about missing a lessons due to other priorities

Yılmaz Uğurlu: We had really nice experience with our daughter. The facility was clean and warm. Changing rooms are good and tidy. The poll and the instructor was also good. We really enjoyed from the experience. It was a really nice activity for a baby.

cyclope lightning: this is the perfect place to take your child NOT to learn how to swim. booked regular courses and private was such a horrible experience. I wonder how many kids have learnt swimming here. next time i want to through money i ll come over again!

Basel Alagha: The pool is very clean, the coaches and staff are very friendly, my son got the Seepferdchen certificate in one course

Odeta Catana: The person at the front desk is not the nicest. The class was great, child loved it.

Kristina Lange: Don’t do it!!!! They do not care at all. Once they have the payment you are forgotten. My daughter and her friend started „Seepferdchen“ on the 22nd of September. We dropped the kids for their first lesson, no hello from the trainer, no feedback after the lesson. In no way is the place COVID conform! 10 parents with kids shuffling on one side of the hallway waiting to get in and 10 parents shuffling 2ft away waiting to pick up kids. We are not sure what happened, but both children flatly refused to go back. I have since sent 3 Emails, 1 WhatsApp - which was read - , message via Facebook and called several times. The one time we got through we were advised to send an email..,, We have cancelled all remaining courses, but nobody to this day has bothered to contact me and/or the other mother. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

Swimkids Berlin - Die pädagogische Schwimmschule für Kinder in Berlin: what do users think?

Sevil E.: Hello. My daughter has completed both Seepferdchen and Bronze in the Mitte branch (Seepferdchen in August 2022 & Bronze in October 2022). The staff is friendly and nice. The place is always warm enough and clean for kids. The pool is OK. We were lucky to have the same instructor for both courses, an amazing gentleman & a great teacher who speaks English, German, Arabic and Turkish! I highly recommend!

srny möa: Very friendly nice staff. The swimming instructor Arbid is a very nice but very disciplined swimming instructor. Our daughter liked him very much. The changing rooms are completely ok. There are enough showers. There were 10 great days at swimkids. Thanks.

Jana Brämer: We completed the intensive course in Mitte this week. My 5-year-old son actually made it today and was able to happily hold his seahorse in his hands. Super nice team, great swimming instructor and really well organized. We say THANK YOU to the entire team for a great week.

Mister G.: Super good swimming school! My little one felt very comfortable! Thanks!

Dominik surray: Thank you for everything!

aquaphine: what do users think?

Désirée Crofts: The teachers (especially Leander ;) are super nice and there is always something new in every class for the babies to play with or a new game to do. Some things always stay the same, like the songs in the beginning and end to give the babies some routine. Thr teachers explain and slowly prepare your baby for the diving and make sure you as parent feel confident on how to handle your baby in the water and when diving and in case the baby does swollow some water. You do have to be a bit organized to get the logistics done but the place tries to make it as easy as possible by providing baby beds and changing tables in the changing rooms and waiting area. The water is always warm and the waiting room and changing rooms are nicely heated too so the babies dont get cold when coming out of the water. Lots of toys and nice decorarions for every occasion. It is a bit more expensive than other places but sooo worth it. We aboslutely love it and will go as long as possible to the classes.

Boris Molchanov: No personal attention , no attention to details or personal guidance. The feel is one of a factory and not of a school. Expensive for what is offered. Lessons are 20% shorter than promised. (yes 6 min shorter ! there is no time dedicated for the groups to switch and this is always a bit of a clumsy moment)

Bora Uyar: They make you wait for a year in a queue and when it is your turn, they call you. If you happen to be in a meeting and you miss the call, you lose your chance. Wait for another 3 months please!

Nir Yacob Rubin: Very nice, everything looks clean and New

Domi Izi: Great swimming place for babies

Benjamin Krüger: I just had a very nice contact on the phone with an Aquaphine employee. Although the team implicitly wants to get in touch with people on the waiting list as soon as there is space in a course, we wanted to follow up. I have rarely been treated so kindly on the phone and informed about everything. If we could give more than 5 stars right now, we would. The wait has been worth it so far and we are happy to wait even longer until the start! We are already looking forward to the swimming course for our child (seahorse). =)

aleksandra isacenko: Unfortunately, what happens in this course can only be handed over to the other parents. The changing rooms are extremely dirty, there are used diapers everywhere. The shower stalls stink of urine. If you cannot attend the course, also due to illness, no extension options are offered. And finally...keys stolen from the closet, with the statement "mixed up".Ok,but baby clothes were missing :)))probably mixed up too. Please be careful when registering!!!!

lacatiraanja: Nice course, room warmed up nicely for the babies, changing facilities available. Changing room for the women a bit cramped (depending on the number of course participants), equipped with travel cots (also not enough depending on the number).

Event Restaurant Vorwerck: The whole team at Aquaphine is just great. Very cordial and customer service is very important to you. Here the customer is still king. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team.

1. Berliner Kinder-Schwimmschule: what do users think?

Kerstin Linnartz: Unfortunately most of the time the staff seems stressed out. Not the happiest place for children to learn swimming. Some of the teachers are really nice (and good), but especially the staff on the phone/ at reception seems to hate their job. "Kundenfreundlichkeit" is simply not existing. EDIT: they seem to have read the comments and it has gotten much better or mights have left the unfriendly ones ; )

Sergio Alonso: Nice place for your kids to learn swimming

Victor Romijn: Nice cozy small swimming school. Friendly Staff. Small pool. Only kids

ELI TLI: The worst swimming pool ever we had experienced in Berlin for kids practice and learning.

Irit Chalupowicz: Very nice and clean swimming pool

Ingrid Karla Weber: My son and my 3 grandchildren learned to swim there at the age of 4/5 (1987, 2018 and 2022). The trainers acted sensitively 37 years ago, just as they do today, very dedicated and stringent to the little ones. I really recommend this swimming school.

Joanna Klodzinska: My daughter learned to swim very quickly at this swimming school! Everything was great, the swimming instructors are very dedicated! This swimming school is highly recommended!!!

Gabriele Krupa: Here small children learn to swim. Supervised by 2 people. The children of different ages have a lot of fun in small groups and are enthusiastic about it.

Aquacentrum-Britz: what do users think?

LouisasMama: We do our seahorse course for our 6 year old daughter here. Olli has a great way to deal with the children, to motivate them and without the fear or reluctance to take water beforehand. Each child is encouraged individually according to their progress. No zero eight 15 course, but with heart and individuality.

Julia Fiehöfer: Great swimming lesson for toddlers

Rebecca: We also went here on recommendation and I would do it again and again. Great swimming lesson. Clean and very nice in dealing with the children and the parents. Our daughter has a lot of fun, likes to walk and is no longer afraid of the water. I can only recommend. Many Thanks

Sabine Köpke-Schwarz: But that still exists. I went there yesterday with my granddaughter for toddler swim. I have known the swimming school for 25 years. My daughter made her seahorse there. There were about 10 children plus parents in the course. Various exercises were done in the water. The children wore Schloris. The children are playfully taken away from their fear. The trainer is determined, but very personable and competent. We are preparing for the seahorse course, which we will also take there. Just speak to the AA. You will be called back.

Jessica Hufschläger: We were very satisfied. The teacher is very child-friendly and attentive to the little ones. Can only recommend the course and would go again at any time. Sometimes the water was a little too cold, which then settled down when we splashed around.

Schwimmschule ROCHENKINDER: what do users think?

Books4 Kids (Books4Kids): Finally a safe and secure space where children can develop freely and try things out. The children learn to move in the water without pressure or coercion. I am infinitely happy to have discovered this swimming school. My daughter is now doing her first strokes. This school is different and incredibly effective and needs-based. I am so excited that I have now registered my second child.

Julia Demirdizen: Our oldest child visited ROCHENKINDER for the first time more than 5 years ago and we were totally enthusiastic about this concept. The child is given an approach to water that is non-judgmental and allows them to fully explore their body and the water within. The whole thing takes much longer than the usual swimming courses, but ultimately means that the child can move like a fish in water. The individual stages to get there are sometimes not so visible to us adults and we sometimes wait a little frustrated for something to finally happen. Now we are back in the water with Anja and her colleagues with our second child and I can enjoy these small changes much more and pay attention to them. Therefore 5 stars and actually even more for the ROCHENKINDER team and this great concept!

Mr SM: Great lesson all in one Nice big pool. Also recommended under Corona conditions - great attention is paid to hygiene and avoidance of irritation - TOP. The course is great, my son can actually work out his steps at his own pace and can on the one hand concentrate on himself and on the other hand get suggestions from the other children who are already further along - if he wants to. A completely different approach, which also surprised me as a teacher, how well it works. We continue. Hopefully you too. :-) Marc

Michael: My recession relates to the online course. When I was looking for how to teach my child to swim, I came across a free course from this swimming school. Participating in the online introductory course was very sobering. It is due to the training price of almost 400€, which is an announcement compared to a "regular" swimming course. What irritates me personally are the statements made about the classic training, it was presented (shortened) as if the children were traumatized and forced to swim against their will and only the ray children method is the only true one. The negative mindset is not acceptable to me, I would recommend leaving the advantages of the learning method to the feelings of the customer.

Karolin Knoth: A wonderful way for the children to become familiar with the water and to explore the water and gliding/diving/swimming at their own pace. The long journey is always worthwhile, even if the 45 minutes always go by far too quickly, especially for the children. We look forward to getting back in the water as soon as possible!

Schwimmschule Mina Beluga: what do users think?

Natalia D.: The pool is small, but enough for the small group (6 children). The swimming instructor is nice and tries hard. The swimming time is also suitable for working parents. My daughter learned to swim after 5 lessons. I can only recommend!

Stefan: Small, fine swimming school in Kreuzberg. Cymbals a bit small, but groups not big either (maximum six children). Not very cheap, but swimming instructors teach appreciative. Hours well located for professionals.

C M: My two children have learned to swim with great pleasure at Mina Beluga. My son was always looking forward to the next lesson and could not wait to get into the water again in a playful way with the other kids. My daughter was initially scared that she was taken by the compassionate handling of the great swimming teacher. Therefore, I can really recommend Mina Beluga!

ozden ozden: The manager is rude. Although I talked to the director about the dates months ago and received a verbal confirmation, she suggested completely different dates after the rehearsal. I tried to persuade her. She freaked out at that moment. The pool was very small. That costs 240 euros. So hands off!!!!

Anna: Great swim school. Small groups. Flexible course times. Competent swimming instructors. Very nice contact, even with reserved, anxious children who need more time.

Schwimmschule Robbi: what do users think?

Isabel Weinitschke: At first everything went smoothly, organization and contact worked without any problems. The first 2-3 baby swimming lessons were also nice. Then it got very monotonous. Each time the same exercises with a trainer who was very busy with her mobile phone and unfortunately often seemed listless and was more than 20 minutes late on one occasion. The babies still had fun but as a parent I wished for more ideas/suggestions and interaction.

Cherin: Not even worth one star!!!!! The management is the most disrespectful person I have ever seen. Children were yelled at in front of their parents, they had no behavior and needed an announcement. The old one needs a course herself on how to deal with children. My son almost drowned because they are completely overwhelmed, the main thing is pocketing money. The only time anyone spoke to me was when they were collecting the money. Absolutely no feedback, no trust, kids get yelled at. Overpriced and totally unprofessional. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sandra Decke: Never again, absolutely no response to emails, rebooked course twice after 6 weeks still no confirmation, still not got my money back. Whenever there was a reaction, it was extremely snappy and had nothing to do with the questions asked or comments. No attempts have been made to find a solution. Apparently this swimming school can afford to scare customers away.

Fadime Bingoel: Very badly organized. Overcrowded Courses. And too small premises. If you book and pay for a course there, you must ask for the receipt. Otherwise they may cause problems later. The pandemic got in the way for us, and then they really wanted to see the receipt. My children were admitted first and then it was either present the receipt or pay. So I had to deregister my children there.

Elli Erdbeer: Never again! I started a baby swimming course with my son in October 2020. The first lesson was on October 30th, 2020 - unfortunately also the last one at the same time, because of the "Corona lockdown light". All course participants were verbally informed that the swimming school will contact them as soon as the course can be resumed. This did not happen, instead I checked the website myself in July 2021 and found that our course had already resumed at the end of June 2021. Despite our cell phone number and email address, we were not informed. Until mid-August 2021 I tried in vain to reach someone from the swimming school, this was not possible either by phone or directly on site! The only information I received from the cell phone number of the physiotherapist working there (Christina Boldt) was that the swimming school would only respond to emails. Well, so I wrote an email directly on August 12th, 2021 with a request to cancel the course I had already paid in full and to transfer the remaining amount of 135€ to me. There has been no response to this email yet. Now I feel compelled to send the swimming school my request again by registered letter - if there is no reaction to this, I will go directly to the police and report it. Unfortunately, this swimming school cannot be recommended!

T M: Absolute communication catastrophe. Cannot be reached by phone, only written feedback after a legal threat. Make-up appointments despite proven illness are not offered. Never again!

Schwimmerei Schwimmschule Berlin: what do users think?

Kamilla F: The swimming course (Weissensee) With Anett was very good. She has a super calm manner and is very competent. I heartily recommend the course for beginners. Anett took the time for each student and passionately took away their fear of the water

Birgit Oberwagner: The swimmer advertises that the courses are certified and are therefore subsidized by health insurance. Unfortunately, this is not the case and you will not receive a certificate after the course! This also means no reimbursement from the health insurance company. My course ended at the beginning of October and I am always put off. The deadline for some reimbursements from the health insurance company (e.g. bonus program) has now expired. To me this is a scam!

Lucas Henni: A great swimming school. As an adult, I had trouble learning to swim for a long time. In the evening course in Weißensee I was able to learn breaststroke thanks to the loving and calm nature of the swimming teacher. The depth of the swimming pool of 1.35 m was also positive for this. I can only recommend it!

Heike Leubecher: The swimming course (Weissensee) on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. for adults is great. Anett explains everything very well. I can recommend the course for beginners. Everyone has learned to swim and the course is fun too.

eva w.: We have been swimming with our children in the Marien Hospital for 2 years now. Our big boy (5 years old) made the seahorse last year after two great classes with Benno. All the other swimming instructors we have come to know over time have been very empathetic, competent and entertaining. The little girl (3y.) Has now taken a look at her aquire shy now and is now also for toddler swimming. From the booking to the organization everything is wonderfully straightforward and ran so far always without problems. On questions was always immediately and very friendly and helpful, whether by mail or phone. We can highly recommend the float to everyone, who has the urge that his child learn to swim with a great swimming instructor / in a clear group size in a clean bath.

Happy Swim Berlin: what do users think?

Ari Baranova: As a new winter season has started I’ve continued my trainings with Dirk. I’ve been swimming with Dirk for more then 1 year and managed to fasten my speed by 30sec per 100m on a long distance swims. And my favorite part is that course is English friendly and Dirk personally is very warm and caring teacher

Sasha Palees: Joined course 1.0 and in just one month my technic improved a lot. Every training with Dirk makes a difference, so I am planning to do all the course levels.

Alexander Otte: The group training with Dirk brought me enormous progress. When I started the 1.0 course with Dirk, I was just able to stay afloat with a little breaststroke. After a year, I can now swim a full 50-meter lengths crawl style without any aids. Training with Dirk is always fun, he motivates and challenges at the same time. He responds individually to his students and has a good eye for technical subtleties. The first sense of achievement is not long in coming during training, you notice the progress week after week. At this point I would like to thank Dirk Nanni for the cooperation, Happy Swim lives up to its name!

MultiJones93: After an individual coaching unit, I was so enthusiastic about Dirk as a trainer that I have been attending the group courses ever since. In my first Olympic triathlon, I was able to get out of the water in the middle of the field, which I previously thought was impossible. I would recommend Happy Swim to anyone who wants to take their swimming to the next level.

Gülistan Willing: A friend made me aware of Happy Swimm last year and I am more than enthusiastic. Dirk is the best coach, for me :-) Looking forward to the next challenging courses. To all beginners... You are absolutely right here :-)

Silvia Petig: The swimming training with Dirk is diverse, effective and a lot of fun. You get good feedback that you can build on. In addition, a nice group atmosphere is created. After every training session, I look forward to the next time. Thanks!!!
