David F: For the purpose of an international audience I’ll write my review in English, which Simone speaks fluently! I had a small tattoo on my wrist which I wanted removed. Simone explained to me professionally and honestly that the therapy could take longer than I expected due to the ink that was used and the placement and size of the tattoo (sometimes smaller tattoos take longer to remove because of the density and quality of the ink!). I really appreciated all the advice I was given and I am very pleased with the results! After around 1 year the tattoo is now completely gone and I can therefore only recommend the service I received. Thanks!

julie roland sorensen: Simone from Pure & Beautiful have helped me remove a black line tattoo from my arm that I was not happy with. It was my first tattoo removal and I was very sceptical about if it would work when we started but Simone have been great at giving information and supporting through the process. I am still missing a session but the tattoo is almost gone and there are only a few faded lines visible. My skin have healed completely after each session and there is no scares after the treatment. The treatment is painfull but since a session takes very little time it is okay. I am very happy with the result.

The clinic was so kind to give me a last minute appointment, which left me utterly impressed since such thing is almost impossible in other clinics. Due to my age and an illness, I can no longer do my own make-up and certainly not draw an eyeliner. Celine responded to my needs and calmed me down and explained everything, even during the treatment. Since Celine not only has permanent make-up treatment but also tattoo... I request you all please don’t go to this salon there are many good salon in berlin which clients are treated so well. They just want money only and they try to force you to write a good review they don’t care that you receive good treatment or not they only care money and review. Lucie: Critical: ValueI was there for whiting teeth. It costs 99 euros and at the end you can’t see a difference or just a few. For this result, you can use a whiting kit at home as I do. So It’s better to go to a dentist for this if you want an efficient result.

Vienna SturmundDrang: unfortunately i had a very bad experience and cannot recommend this place. I went in today for pedicure and wanted to have my nails painted with regular black nail polish but it was not possible because they dont have a basic color such as black, so i had to opt for an other color. on top of that, not only they hurt me and cut me, but the employee recommended me to do shellac (because of shorter drying time) instead of regular nail polish because i did not have open shoes with me. So i asked her if it was suitable for vegans and she told me yes without really consulting me on the product in a professional and comprehensive way. While she was putting it on i checked online to read about the product and it turned out it´s tested on animals. So i brought it up and she replied to me by asking if that was such a big deal and very important to me. I never had such a bad experience in a beauty salon, with so much unprofessionalism and lack of empathy and care. i am beyond shocked that still today in a high end beauty salon employees do not know about the products they use and ignore what animal testing implies. how can you be a beauty salon if you use non cruelty free product? there is nothing beautiful in what you do. i won´t go back.
