Response: Hi Rafal - why did'nt you call us? The people in the store don't have a clue because our service is automated and we only rent space in there. If you have trouble, we have different channels to help you 24/7. Please write or call us and give us another chance.

Thibault Jan Beyer: I drove to the station, unfortunately there was a technical problem with the rental station. Still 5 stars because the support was outstanding: no waiting time on the phone and a quick solution. In the end, the device was even brought home. From then on everything worked smoothly. The device was also in excellent condition. Cheaper, faster and easier than in the hardware store. I will happily use Toolbot again :)

Michael Gräfe: A great team that is already in a good mood at 7 a.m. They listen to the problem and also give advice to a non-professional like me. Everything is explained if necessary. Bernd Hübner: The machines are in good condition and the staff is friendly. However, you should consider which option is cheaper. The rental prices are so high and are made even more expensive by additional costs such as "wear and tear" and cleaning as well as service flat rates. Buying a new device and selling it again after use is often cheaper.
Christian Sawatzky: Very expensive and not at all customer oriented. Work is done with hidden costs. According to the website, the machine costs €50 and when the "request" is out, suddenly €170 with cleaning, accessories, etc

nancy young: Agreed by phone also by email, we can pay deposit by EC or cash, but when arrived they insisted CASH only. Also when you return the machine, they charge super high ( way more than buying a new machine) for cleaning service which to me or anyone like me is a SCAM! My advice, never again!

Norbert Heinze: Nice employees and hassle-free lending. Danger ! The deposit must be paid in cash or with an EC card. EC card must be "resilient". Return just as easy. Refund of the deposit within 2 days reliably done. I liked it, will borrow something there again.

RM I: Borrowed a circular saw for the price of a burger and was able to finish my bunk bed project in a matter of hours. The Toolbot was very easy to use, cheaper than any hardware store, within walking distance for me. The tool was in excellent condition. R. Pohl: This company provides equipment for cutting down the Hambach Forest. She has been told several times that her technology is being used to prevent environmental activists from sleeping. Despite this, the company has not yet deducted its technology, in contrast to three competitors. So if you have ethical demands on your business partners, you are in the wrong place here.
Daniel Stauffer: Bad business practices. A nearly 40€ rental device turned into almost 80€ when it was returned due to hidden extra costs. Among other things: - Attempted to charge twice for cleaning - Prices are also communicated to private customers in net terms. -Various "flat rates" for processing - The originally selected device was not on site despite the order confirmation. A price adjustment compared to the existing, more expensive device would have been expected here. This company lost a customer today. Too bad.

All costs, including the optional ones, which are only charged if necessary (e.g. in the event of soiling) are always listed on all rental contracts, which the customers sign when picking up the rental item on site. Madhlen Gebser: Disproportionately overpriced rental rates that make a loan at this company uneconomical! Not recommended ! I have several times in 12526 Berlin, tried to borrow a small construction machine there, but you wanted to cash up incredible 120.00 euro rental price per day! So I drove to the Bauhaus and paid only 100, - E deposit and min. Rent and got back my bail afterwards
