Very friendly conversation and pleasant atmosphere with the obvious effort to solve the problem. Multiple telephone and email contact until delivery of the goods. Credible assurance that the problem arose on the part of the partner based in southern Germany, who then delivered the drug on Wednesday instead of Saturday. I certainly cannot recommend this courier service, which I do not know by name. Messenger Transport will certainly, as mentioned in the conversation, consider further cooperation here and I wish the company and Mr. Buhle personally all the best and continued professional success. Worst service I have ever encountered.....(delivering courier service in southern Germany) Stunned…. Astronomical prices, no compliance with promised delivery dates and that with medicines. Have medicines sent via Zietenapotheke, promise of delivery the next day by 12:00 p.m. Delivery not made. On call (20 min queue, you are always in position 1 😦) no competent information, no possibility of tracing, no possibility to check the progress or whereabouts of the delivery according to the service employee. Stay away from this courier service!!!! Complaint to the Zietenapotheke is already out.

Matti & Sami: Messenger Transport + Logistik is a company that employs terribly brazen and fraudulent couriers. These individuals enter homes without the consent of the owners or property owners. Still others suffer from blatant lapses in memory and help immoral clients in the creation of written lies, namely by the courier confirming something that cannot arise or have materialized based on the specific terms and conditions. This is taking on almost criminal traits and I can only advise any halfway reasonable person not to commission anything there. Since the fish always stinks from the head, the management level is responsible for this antisocial behavior. Edit, to Mr. Buhle's answer: Expressing critical words has nothing to do with frustration. If you don't have your people under control, you should offer training or classic idiot tests.
Philipp Wachenfeld: We have previously worked with Intertrex for trade fair transport, business shipments, etc., which were then (unfortunately!) taken over by messenger. Unfortunately, EVERYTHING got worse: customer service, commitment, accessibility, processing. The best example: the rollers of an aluminum box were lost during transport. Messenger refuses to settle this "damage" because the box and rolls were not packed. Unfortunately, absolutely incomprehensible... We will now look for another logistician.

Jo Ana: I use this company on a number of occasions for private deliveries and have never had a bad experience. I recently had a problem with my delivery. The delivery should not be delivered to another location as ordered according to the order but should remain in the location where it was picked up. This problem was solved quickly and easily by a member of staff. I have to say that this problem was caused by myself. I was really happy that everything went smoothly. The employees do a great job. The price-performance ratio and above all the service, even with possible complications, is very good. Keep it up I would hire you again and again

Oliver Jung: I was busy there. As a BT driver, the BVG only assigns you ancient buses and is treated badly. It is a 2 class company as a driver. The BT boardroom does NOT support drivers. After my employment ended, € 500 was deducted from my last salary and thus stolen because the former employees were paid in advance !! assumes that they will not give back any of the items (clothes, keys, cash register, etc.) !!!! The bad thing is that even before I paid my last salary, I had given EVERYTHING directly to the BT in the office for a signature! It will be easy for everyone !! Driver withheld 500 € as an accusation of wanting to omit something. I now let a judge decide whether the BT can continue to do this in order to protect other drivers from it in the future. A friend of mine has been waiting for 4 months !!! On the payment of the withheld money !!

Dominik Bräscher: I have already received a grand piano (after purchase) and an upright piano (transport to a higher floor) from KM Express. Scheduling the appointments was very professional. In advance I sent pictures and measurements of the conditions here on site. After checking, I received the confirmation and the transport week. The exact day and time then on the Friday before the scheduled week, as agreed. Both times the same friendly team was at the start. The performance delivered was impeccable. Nothing was damaged, although very tight. The two worked concentrated and harmonized perfectly. You could have made an educational film about piano transport. We are thrilled and can definitely make a recommendation here.

Heinz Masmeier: After the strong gentlemen had shipped a digital piano (approx. 180kg) to the attic a few years ago and it worked very well (without any flaws on the instrument and on the stairwell), I now had the special order to bring a sliding table saw with 330kg to the basement. The preliminary communication was very nice and personable, the offered price very good. For various reasons, the shipment did not work last year, but now it does. After initial skepticism and a first unsuccessful attempt (the staircase is hardly wider than the machine), it worked the second time around, the machine is in the basement. My greatest respect for the physical performance (2 men = 330kg!!). A third person secured and gave instructions because the gentlemen carrying the load had no view. With the exception of a small blemish in the wallpaper, everything has remained intact. Given the weight and size of the machine, this is a remarkable achievement combined with a big thank you. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company!
Sarah Ma: The contact was uncomplicated. The date was set quickly and my piano was transported within four days. The times were adhered to exactly and the piano was loaded very professionally within a few minutes. The transporters were very nice and patiently answered all my questions. Unloading was just as quick as loading and was carried out very professionally (despite the fact that the construction site was still there). Within an hour my piano had arrived in my new apartment undamaged and stress-free for me. The price was also exactly as discussed in advance. Steffen Dargatz: The transport of my YAMAHA short wing was the biggest worry for half a year when I thought about our move in November. That's why I tried to make an appointment early in the spring. Ms. Gärtner on the phone was very friendly and gave me very good advice. She informed me that it would be enough if I got in touch again in the fall, as the Berlin company handles orders in my area (East Hesse) every 2-3 weeks. And that's exactly what happened: I called at the end of October and got an appointment immediately 10 days later. On the day of transport everything went exactly as agreed. The forwarders Nico and Egzon were punctually at the agreed place and very carefully disassembled and packed my wing. At the destination, the wing was also carefully and professionally brought to the agreed location through a very narrow hallway and narrow staircase and then rebuilt. We also had an old piano in the garage, which the two of them maneuvered upright through an even narrower cellar entrance into the cellar with absolute precision. I can only recommend Nico and Egzon. The two are very personable, friendly and know a lot about their job. Payment went exactly as agreed and at the price that Ms. Gärtner had promised me six months ago. Luisa Tews: I had a piano that had to be transported about 3.5 km. The guys who did it on site were really really nice and accommodating. The transport went wonderfully. Everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately not anything else! As I was told, the company always planned tours. Unfortunately, the planning didn't work out at all. I was promised a certain week. But then nobody got in touch. Not by phone or by email. Only when I followed up myself was the date given to me. Unfortunately, the first one was canceled due to illness, that can happen. But then just to let you sit and not to report again, I found bold. When I checked again, they said I had been called. But no call was received on my devices. No mail either. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I would have contacted another company. Then I was given a 2 hour window from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Since I also work, it was not that easy for me to organize this time. At seven I asked the drivers when they might be arriving. The driver was very nice and said they started in Berlin at four o'clock. The distance between Berlin and our place of residence is at least 4 hours, if not even more if there are traffic jams. The drivers could never have been with us at seven! And I wait!!! At seven in the morning I could have done other things instead of waiting in the cold for the shipping company. Why do you plan a tour so unprofessionally? This company has apparently been around for so many years !! When I asked that I be called back so that this matter could be settled unofficially, nothing happened. No call, no mail. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted this post at all. There was no interest in resolving this matter. Sad. I can, except the drivers do not recommend this company at all !!!! I paid € 239 for this service. Quite a sum for 3.5 km and for the fact that it was a tour and not an individual assignment. But that was what was agreed, and I don't want to criticize that either.

poepoet8685: We used their service to move within Germany. In the beginning the communication with the owner was nice. He was friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions. But the problems occurred during the moving with the movers which are father and son. They added one extra person to help during the loading, without even consulting it with us. At the end, the company charged us for one extra mover. In the contract, it stated that the company will wrap some of fragile furnitures with bubble wrap. We have some glass doors from our wardrobe which was supposed to be their responsibility to disassemble and pack. At the end, no bubble wrap was used. Not only that, we have been waiting for them for 2 weeks to give us the replacement of wardrobe handle that was broken during the moving. The movers have promised that they would buy the handle themselves and install it for us. But until now, no news regarding that. Having experienced all of these, I would say that the service is really disappointing.

Davor Mijatovic: Great guys to work with. They are easy to talk to and give fast answers. The only real problem is their subcontractor who operats the trains. In logistics you get to know who sucks when things go wrong. Fixemer dosen't hide it when things go bad, they allways work on a solution and we allways get fast answers. I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the trains. I think they should do more road based transports.
