Leonie Kellner: If you want to book a flight, a hotel, a cruise or everything all at once. This is THE place to go!!! The staff is professional and caters to your needs and wants for your travels. They accommodate you like old friends, care for you like family. They really do want your best and for you to fully enjoy your journey, from booking to returning home. The whole nine yards. The office itself is sleek, open and modern and the whole establishment gives you the "vacation feel".
Amadeu Tasca: Great and attentive service! Staff really listens to your wishes and don't simply try to push packages and add-ons for the sake of getting more commission on the sale. We booked an all-inclusive holiday with them at a very attractive price. Everything went smooth and easy.
Ilja Korneckis: Just had an amazing vacation in Egypt! The lovely people at World of TUI - Sibylle Georgi in particular - were super helpful in helping us choose a location, time frame, contact the hotel for reservations and make it all as affordable as possible. Super pleasant experience altogether!
Iuliia Polizhai: I had a very bad customer expirience at this place. If you didn't buy a tour from them directly they will not provide you any help. The lady wasn't even willing to translate me a letter from Tui which was in German. She has also emphasized that next time I should come and buy from them, like they don't work for the same company. I would never go there after it.

Milla Maus: I can't understand the good reviews! Very unfriendly arrogant customer advisor! We felt "out of place" from the start! We probably didn't belong to the right clientele! First of all, he said we had to have an appointment (there was only 1 consultant and only one customer present!) and our budget of 2000 per person for 10 days would be the lowest category....! And then suddenly the internet didn't work! We're not "stupid"...! This is equivalent to being kicked out! I also work in customer service and have worked and lived abroad a lot! My husband and I felt like second class people! Shame about the 6 euros we threw in the parking machine!

Senya Mueller: You will always receive very good and individual advice here. The employee tries very hard, even if you have already rejected an offer several times. If you don't buy anything because it doesn't fit (it actually only happened to me once there, because I've always gotten great and suitable offers), he remains friendly and competent and I will keep coming back. Shane was great with communication when booking the trip and the tour itself was incredible. We stayed at hotels that had clearly been carefully selected in terms of location and authenticity, and every detail of the tour had been well thought out with comfort and security in mind. Syria itself is a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, but our guide Rami was professional, thoughtful and able to bring a lot of fun to the experience. If you're looking for an authentic travel experience that's a bit off the beaten track, but still want to feel safe and in good hands, this is 100% the company to use. Our tour ended 3 days ago and I'm already hoping to book my next one!

Lance Goddard: Our family of four did the full Iraq tour in December 2021/January 2022. The trip was fantastic, and since it was low season - we had most of the historic sites to ourselves! Shane customized the tour for us (we booked it as a private tour) and the additions were perfect. The itinerary was extensive and we had very full days that took in many historic sites, important religious shrines, and a nice taste of Iraqi culture. The hotels were better than expected (most were 3-4 star establishments) and wifi was readily available at all of them. Our guides were very good, and the sites were awesome. Favourite places? Uruk, Babylon, Ur, Hatra, Mosul, Acre...too many to list. What a great opportunity to see Iraq in the early days of its tourism industry! If historic sites are your interest, you cannot select a better destination. Rocky Road Travel/Shane arranged everything and was highly responsive to all of my questions ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Kok Shee Mun: My husband and I just came back recently from a private tour in Socotra booked with Shane and it was 1 of the best trips we've undertaken! Being the outdoor enthusiasts that we are, Socotra was just amazing. Pre trip admin was a hassle free process and Shane was nothing but friendly, professional and prompt to respond to all our queries. The Socotra FAQ and packing list provided was also very helpful. We also appreciate that Rocky Rock strives to be eco-friendly and sustainable in it's practices. During the trip, we were very well taken care of by our wonderful crew. Our guide Adnan was especially knowledgeable, and he made our trip so much more enriching and insightful with his sharing about the island, people, culture, flora and fauna. His extensive network also meant that we had access to places that other tour groups didn't seem to have ie. chilling out with the locals at their hideouts, and spending a night at a local's home when wind was too strong to set up camp etc, while being warmly received by the hosts and sharing a community meal with them. The beauty of some of the wild pristine places on the island is just unparalleled, and made all the more special when we had the places to just ourselves most of the time! From stunning beaches with clear blue waters, to breathtaking vista of a valley filled with Dragon blood trees, and swimming in a pool in a canyon, seeing the resident pod of dolphins in action and snorkeling and seeing a wide variety of sea creatures just offshore, everyday in Socotra was an adventure. Will strongly recommend a trip to Socotra with Rocky Road for those up for a dose of sun, sand, sea and nature and with an adventurous spirit!

Alex Kostich: I just returned from a 2-week trip throughout all of Iraq/Kurdistan (south and north, respectively) and I was so pleased with the entire nature of the tour, from guides to hotels to the variety of sights, ruins, shrines, restaurants, cafes, landscapes and museums we visited. I had heard great things about Rocky Road travel before, but had never used them for a trip of my own...but I am certainly intending to work with them again in planning future trips. Shane was always responsive and patient with my many questions and emails leading up to the trip, and answered them quickly with all the information I needed. An additional bonus was going from 3-star hotels to 4-star accommodations, a slight difference but one that can really impact your restful nights which are important (e.g. reliable power, consistent hot water in the showers, cleanliness, security). I would make sure to specify you would like the 4-star hotels if you're planning a trip to Iraq, it may not be a huge price increase and Shane will work with your budget to accommodate if possible. The guides in both Iraq and Kurdistan were terrific. Madhi and Balin were knowledgeable, patient, full of information and most importantly, well connected in making sure our journey ran smoothly and efficiently without incident (it helps to have well known guides when navigating the multiple checkpoints on the road, or having access to a museum which might be closed for a national holiday!). I am really pleased with the economy of the tour too--the overall quality and service (the experience altogether) seemed like a great 'bang for your buck' deal-and I have traveled extensively. Will definitely be going back to Rocky Road Travel and I appreciate their commitment to impactful travel too!

Markus Maly: Unfortunately, I am now of mixed opinion: Some bookings between 2017 and 2019 were actually done great and promptly. Service (also for unusual requests and outside of business hours) was excellent. The bookings were always made either by the manager or a friendly staff member. In the meantime, however, I am disappointed whether it is because of new employees who answered my last inquiries, I cannot say. 2 examples: 1. An inquiry in mid-2019 (for an admittedly very complex routing, whereby I specified the specific flights with the date and flight number in the inquiry) unfortunately remained completely unanswered. Was then booked through another RB, more expensive but 1A. 2. Since I was originally very satisfied with cube: travel, I wanted to give you another chance at the end of 2019, since it was possibly a "slip"; unfortunately I was disappointed here too. Answers were usually only given after several queries, sometimes with errors. Can happen, but a later date change on my part: again the same error in the same offer. In contrast to the first inquiries, the final price was unfortunately not shown transparently. When asked whether certain fees (A, B, C) were included, only a partial answer was given (A: yes, B: no, C: no answer). A renewed request for fee C was unfortunately unanswered. I also find it a shame that there is no clarification in the offer about fee B and that this was only available on request. Too bad cube: travel, at first I really recommended you with a clear conscience in my private and professional environment, but now I unfortunately can't. I love to pay a (justified) fee for reliable and fast service. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my last inquiries. You can do better!
Alexander Ivkin: I can only recommend Cube Travel to anyone who wants to go on a special vacation. As a partner of travel topia, mileage optimization and other travel blogs an absolutely reliable partner. You can book a special holiday with Cube Travel. Only those who spend a lot of money can get benefits worth several hundred euros. Cube Travel has access to special booking rates of the big hotel chains (Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton etc.). If you already book Ritz-Carlton or similar hotels and put the money down, then please also with $ 100 hotel credit, free breakfast for two and room upgrade. I booked 2 stays through Cube Travel myself in 2019. It was fantastic, all the advantages were granted, there was even a double room upgrade at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf 😊 and all at the price of the flexible standard rate. So if you like to vacation in 5 star hotels, like to pay a little more, you get really good additional services for free thanks to Cube Travel and you can also use the hotel restaurant / bar without calling Peter Zwegat.

So we can't do it for free and we also informed all of our clients before ticketing that first change always could be 35€ to 50€ (if no fare difference). Khandaker Tanveer Hossain: Provide very good service. They are courteous and work with patients. Also very helpful to their customers. Recently all on a sudden I planned for a trip from Munich to Dhaka and was worried about the ticket price but with their support it was too easy to buy a cheap ticket. From the very beginning of the deal they offered me a low price and they were fixed on that which is something good and different from other agencies. As other agencies start with a very high price and come to low depending on the attitude of customers. If you do not believe me just approach a deal with them and compare with others. Steven Turner: Unfortunately you were treated absolutely unfriendly. The lady at the counter told you from the start that she didn't feel like giving us proper advice. She probably prefers to serve pensioners who like to spend twice as much on a trip because they have no idea. The prices that were presented there are absolutely exaggerated. After you have named your desired destination, you only get one: "Well, you're late there, you have to take what's available." listen. In the end, we put the trip together ourselves on the Internet. We got everything we wanted and paid as much for it (accommodation...flights...rental car) as what the lady picked out the flight would have cost.

Richu Joseph George: Be careful. There is a huge chance they will rip you off. Most of your visa stuff can be done online. only go there if you absolutely need to. Double check the rates before proceeding. Ask for a receipt. There is a chance that they will keep asking for more documents that are not listed anywhere. Avoid going there if possible.

fsyvret: I would say to avoid this place at all costs, but unfortunately if you are in Berlin and need a visa for India you have no choice. They took important documents for the application and failed to return them to me. When I asked why, I was condescendingly told that I should have provided copies instead of originals. But I was not made aware of this on the application - the staff could so easily have taken a copy or at least warned me that they wouldn't be returned. Given how expensive the fees are, the quality of service is appalling. My advice: do not give them anything important (except your passport) and do not expect to be treated with any respect at all. I hope the Indian embassy soon decides to end their relationship with this agent.

Another customer advised me to ctc your office in Neukölln, I went there and a very nice, even if reluctantly, helped me to admit my form for a e Visa. I paid ( the most important for Indians) was promised to get my E Visa by today (6.Jan) by e mail. Today I got the message via WhatsApp that my visa is ready, but there is no way to print out, as required by Indian Immigration Authorities. Now the tell me to COME BACK TO THE BOLLYWOOD travel office € 40,00 one way travel! I have full understanding why people so much rather travel to Thailand or Sri Lanka, with this arrogance towards your "guests" India obviously don't want any tourists. Otherwise not even the Indian Embassy answers there telephones and their gate keeper is the rudest man in Berlin. - Also it ought to be brought to your attention that the ladies at Türkenstrasse handed me a Passport of a German national, that I since have handed over to the lady in Neukölln. Your emplyees a unkind, unknowledgeable. Also, for your info: I have worked for Lufthansa for 47Years so I am not a novice in getting visas ( an i travel yearly since 1985 to India) but since you change your procedures yearly and have no UNDERSTANDABLE Internet page. And speaking to my friends within EU , US and UK I know the fault is not with me. I wonder if you dare show this to the Indian Consul General, but I feel I deserve a proper answer. Michael Knettenbrech: We had booked a trip with Puraventura in October 2021 with an early bird discount of 100 euros. If you assume that you are booking here at the best price, you are completely wrong! 4 weeks later you could book the same trip for about 400 euros cheaper per person. We then complained to the organizer because we felt fooled. Puraventura did not respond to emails. Only after a telephone inquiry was it succinctly said that this was a marketing campaign. In general, communication here is very tough. We therefore decided to fully support Puraventura's marketing campaign and canceled everything immediately. We don't want to have anything to do with such companies and will book again with our travel specialist in Berlin. Oddly enough, the cancellation bill came immediately. Our change requests in advance (omission of additional travel days) were not processed at all, but were billed for when we canceled. Also the booking tariffs (Standard/Flexi ect.) are constantly changing. It is also unclear to us whether the owner actually knows what his employees are up to or whether everything has slipped away from him.

Peter Zerbst: To put it in a nutshell: It was a dream trip! The entire trip was very well organized and, in our opinion, the process was perfect. We found the accommodation and food excellent. Our tour guide Erika and our bus driver Alfredo made a decisive contribution to this. Erika taught us so much about the country, nature and people. Alfredo always spread good humor and surprised us with spontaneous actions (sudden stops for special events, unexpected welcome with delicious refreshments...). The two nights with the host family were a very interesting experience. We got a good insight into the lives of the people and actually felt very comfortable there. Cooking together with the locals was also a highlight of this trip, which was certainly a lot of fun for everyone involved. The trip can be recommended to everyone who wants to get to know the country and its people. And puraventura is definitely a great tour operator!
Pierre Plais: This trip of 8 participants masterfully supervised by Hermes, our guide, enchanted us in more ways than one: the good atmosphere he was able to create, his professionalism and his perfect mastery of French, the kindness of the welcoming families, the almost daily surprises of Hermes. We were particularly impressed by the music on every street corner. What an atmosphere!! Advice before departure was appreciated and quickly given.
Hubert Voyer: We particularly appreciated: the Ossa peninsula, the authenticity of the stay at Betty's, with the discovery of her farm and her fight as a free woman, the setting of the Rio Celeste (despite the not very good weather that day), then Totuguero with the morning discovery by canoe on the river and the mangroves, of this wild nature (fauna and flora). Finally the discovery of the way of life of the Bribris, and their environment. In addition, we enjoyed the meals with local food, rich, varied and at a very reasonable price during the meals not included, thanks in particular to the judicious choices of our guide. We also appreciated the choice of accommodation in often very pleasant settings (with magnificent parks: trees, flowers, etc.), even if we were a little disappointed in one of them (La Fortuna, Hotel Lavas de Arenal: poorly supervised staff) despite a calm and pleasant environment. In summary, a trip perfectly prepared upstream, so that we left confident, and we were not disappointed to have trusted Puraventura (not to mention Elodie). We will recommend this group (Puraventura, Viventura, etc...) to anyone who would like to discover South and Central America (or other more eastern destinations)
Armelle Klipfel: We really enjoyed this trip, very balanced between city visits and nature hikes. Marion answered all the questions prior to the trip, the booklet is impeccable. On site, Rosa, our guide was efficient and available. In addition, she has a very good knowledge of her country, of the French language and is looking for improvement. We don't forget Pedro who was a remarkable driver, especially when you know the state of the roads… For us, the best part of this trip to Cuba is the accommodation in casas particulares. We were able to talk with our hosts who did everything to please us, this allowed us to appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the Cubans. Too bad that, contrary to the program, we were accommodated in hotels (we had 5 nights in total) in the second part of the circuit. We also really enjoyed meeting the children of the La Camorra community and the various "surprises". Cuba is a country where life is not easy, but despite the poverty, smiles and joie de vivre are a true philosophy. A trip out of time!

Some highlights: the Irazu volcano, the quetzal in Dota, the Osa peninsula and its lodge, Betty's welcome in Zapotal, the Rio Celeste, the suspended footbridges, Rodolfo and his pineapples, Tortuguero and his charming hotel, the Bri-Bri community. We were able to discover this amazing country in the best conditions: a balanced and well-organized stay, a very friendly group, and above all our guide Lucas: very professional, competent, available, attentive, as exciting as he is passionate. Let's not forget José, who drove us safely and in a good mood.

sumeet b: Its a long story but to make it short : Got my travel inventory changed due to Corona and then again due to injury. Then travel plans changed and agency started calling for a date to confirm, and I was hesitant as every time I changed I was charged 100 euros , this time hesitant and not wanting to confirm, I was completely compelled to give a date, which I hesitantly agreed on a assumed date but again was forced into extortion yet again. Needless to when I wanted to fly I asked about status of my ticket I was told by a Very rude guy working at thus agency's office that my ticket had expired , due to No show on flight. Then when I asked for phone number of the airlines I was given the wrong number 3 times . Yes ita all on my what's apps. Then after contacting Airline's I was to see if something can be done, I was informed by Lufthansa that my ticket is valid. Since then I have been trying to get hold of someone at the agency only to get no answer.

They have guided me with all travel information regarding covid 19 and also provided me with the addresses of authorised testing lab's for covid 19 in Pakistan. Very friendly customers dealing.
