Somya Rathore: I was referred here by my gynaecologist (22 week scan) and it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was professional and courteous. I had Dr. Andreas Schröer do our scan and we were very satisfied with the process and highly recommend him.

Everything was smooth. We only waited 20 minutes longer than our appointment which is totally normal and didn’t bother us :)

Muhammad Asif Nawaz: My experience was outstanding. I went with my wife to check the pregnancy. The woman at the reception is very nice and gentle. She assisted us to fill up the forms and so on. Frau Dr. Lange did the sonography. She was also so nice. She described to us everything she is doing and showing us everything about the baby. We got some pictures including a 3D color photo and video of the baby afterward. Everyone we came in touch there speaks very good English.

Kiri Milburn: Incredibly rude (even when you speak German and try your very best!). To think that these people deal with concerned expectant mothers in such an unfriendly way is shocking. If you get this recommendation from your Frauenarzt ask for another - it’s not worth it.

I appreciated that they were not harassing me to put on a mask during the procedure so I was able to breathe and relax better. The CD with the images were available nearly instantly. I would always go back to this center for an MRI, they are the best I have been to in Berlin.

Disk with MPI they give right away and I got conclusion next day per email (you should ask for that). Before I was doing MRI in medneo-Mitte and want to say that both clinics are very good!

Yousuf Siddiqui: Accommodating and friendly staff. Well lit, welcoming place which helped calm my nerves. During the MRI, a loudspeaker announces how long each test would last which helped me stay calm further as I had a terrible anxiety before the test.

Zombie atomico: This is a terrible place to go. It looks fine at first sight, but the service is very rude and incompetent, even the results aren’t reliable. They canceled one of my appointments twice without telling me and don’t care about their patients but only the money they’re making.Never again!

Ute Bear: It is just incredibly beautiful and exciting to be able to see your little baby in the womb. And the surprise effect at birth is still big enough ;-) The atmosphere at 3D-Baby is totally pleasant, you can just feel good, enjoy, everything you see is explained very well and you can also feel that you are looking forward to the baby. Great experience, always happy.

I am aware that the chosen appointment is no guarantee that the little one shows in me. Finally, other factors are crucial. For me it was u.a. difficult to get some nice shots because the little one slept and because of tightness he had an awkward position with his hands or legs in front of his face. Nevertheless, I have to say that I did not get the hopeful feel-good feeling. Starting with the fact that the choice of appointments was limited to two days a month, which makes it difficult for me and my working partner and father of child to find their time. In addition, the "welcome" was a hectic moment and we were lacking in education about the upcoming procedure. Very disappointing, however, we found the scant information about what was happening during the ultrasound. Too bad that the positive impression of your website does not match the advertised price / performance offer. Therefore we can not recommend it. The doctor may be overwhelmed with the deadline pressure and for you not to be a positive Willkomenskraft, but we value professionalism and on the pictures and must unfortunately on the terms and conditions on the welcome greetings drawbacks. You could like to use services that cost well over 150 euros, if the "welcome" plays such a big role for you, unfortunately we can not afford and have to satisfy just 100 people in 3 days, some of which will be dissatisfied who do not get good pictures. Iryna Zhovtobryukh: Fast queue, easy to access place and an attentive doctor, who really took time to answer all my questions and gave clear recommendations. For papers, wating, doctor time and blood test I needed 30 min all together. One may need to wait to get an appointment, but the place seems to be quite popular, so that’s ok.

Alan Martin: In summary = very efficient! I was informed beforehand about the sequence and duration of my PSMA/PET and MRT-Becken scans and everything ran smoothly to that plan. All of the ladies I came in contact with were professional and mostly very friendly, even if at times I had a little trouble with the Berliner accent and the high speed it is spoken with :-). The Doctor (Peschel) was very friendly and took time to explain the (good) results of my scans.

Saeko Goto: Dr. Peet was possibly the least professinal doctor I have ever known. Fertility doctors should not be rated based on whether or not the treatment was successful, but whether the experience helped the couple emotionally, in other words to be hopeful as well as realistic while getting due knowledge on the process. Every time we saw Dr. Peet he started off by asking what we were there for that day, as if he had never seen us before, meaning he never even bothered to look at the record before seeing the patient. He went on holiday twice in the 6 months we were seeing him, and one time while he was away, I saw the other doctor at the clinic, Dr. Wilkenning (who was nice), who noticed that Dr. Peet did not even make a note of the size of the follicle during the previous treatment on the file so she was unable to give appropriate advice to me. When we started IVF process, the medication we got from the pharmacy was in a different format from the way Dr. Peet instructed us, and when we asked for a better explanation he just sent us a link to his YouTube video which demonstrates the same process, thus did not answer our question (it goes without saying how scary it is to inject medications to your own body without feeling 100% sure of the process). Now after seeing another doctor and blessed with a child, we are ready to put all of this behind but hopefully other couples do not have to go through the same stress which certainly will not help in this challenging journey. One star given to the politeness of the staff and for the convenient location.

Tree Dietrich: Really nice centre. I was helped and kept calm by a lovely member of the team who ran through everything with me and helped me through the mrt scan even though I am extremely claustrophobic. He was brilliant. Very patient and reassuring. I was seen in time and walked out with my results within 40 minutes. On a side note the MRT machine is much larger than I am used to and made the experience bearable.

Jennifer DiMascio-Donohue: They will tell you the apt time is 30 mins before the actual MRI and then have you wait another 30 minutes. (Editing to reflect owner response) - I showed up 45 minutes ahead of time, so well ahead of the 30 minutes. There was no fault on my part for showing up late. I then waited 30 extra minutes for a total of 75 minute wait.

Shaimaa Fayed: Excellent radiology center. The staff are so caring. I am claustrophobic and yet I do the MRIs at the center with no problems because the attitude of the doctors and staff is comforting, and they explain everything. I highly recommend this center.

Peter: Had a scheduled appointment today at 13:45 on a Saturday. The door is locked, no way of contacting anyone. Website says open until 4pm. Thank you for wasting my time and delaying my recovery.

Matheus Ribeiro Melo: Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time and was already questioned by the receptionist. Had to wait for over 2 hours to do my MRT. Misleading time forecasts, poor excuses and even a ‘kind’ offer to postpone after manifesting frustration. From beginning to end, a very bad experience. To complete a telephone call after this review implying it was my fault and that, although never having been communicated so, they made me a favor to still squeeze me in to do my exam, so the 2 hours wait was to be thanked for.

Mell Leon: Horrible experience. The people that work there are unfriendly, not kind at all. I went there by Doctolib with an appointment and They said that they do not magnetic resonance for the breast. After that I went another day and I said that I will pay I will do by private and they said me that yes, that they do. They lied to me! I did that and the doctor said that everything was fine with my breast and after that I came back to my country home Spain for a second opinion and one of my implant is almost broke. I could report them because my health was in risk if I would not ask a second opinion. Don’t go there!

Artem Polishchuk: Quick and easy, very friendly staff. All in all took an hour - waiting, CT and then results. They got new equipment, sense of humor and speak English.

Xuezhen Wang: Made a appointment at 15:45, and saw the doctor at 16:20. I went to the room 3/4, before I saw the doctor, there is a small changing room. The doctor was patient and can speak well English. He also read the previous report I uploaded. At the End he printed the pictures of Color Doppler and diagnostic result, which was detailed enough so that I dont need to go back to my frauarzt. Btw I speak german to the front desk cuz I saw a lot of comments said the front desk is rude to people who speaks English.

Benan Bal: I had an Ultrasound appointment. Dr talked english all through the session. He tried his best to read my previous reports which were in another language.

Olena Husak: Great place to do ultrasound. The doctor (Dr. Weiner) took time and explained everything. I am molecular biologist, so I had a lot of questions. Did the ultrasound here already twice:-)

Lu Cingolani: As an expat I have felt very VERY poorly treated in this place. I do not recommend it to the 21% of Berliners who are international. I also recommend basic diversity training for the staff.

Katrin: I made my appointment online, it was quick and easy. I was able to upload the existing findings in advance. The on-site staff were very friendly, patient and competent. I got to my appointment with no waiting. The details of the examination were explained well and I felt that I was in good hands. So all in all a great practice.

At first I was a bit afraid because they won’t let my husband join me (COVID-19) but the the team at the reception were really nice and helpful (highly appreciated- especially if you don’t speak any German). Dr. Weichert is one of the most kind and professional doctor I have ever met. He was super patient and explained me every step. I felt very comfortable during the US. All the equipment was very good and I was able to see my baby very clear. Highly recommended:)

Yael S: Very disappointed with service of this radiology center! My name is Danyil, I am 12 years old refugee from Ukraine. Since me and my family arrived to Germany I am suffering with some orthopedic problems and had an appointment for MRI. In Berlin there are only 2 centers where MRI FOR kids are available. My first appointment was month ago ( after 3 weeks of waiting) and it was canceled day before. My next appointment was supposed to be tomorrow, and a secretary called me that they have to cancel it as well! With the words - if you don’t like it, go to some other places. After my mom asked to speak with head office or to leave a message to get a new appointment ASAP , they refused to do it! Unbelievable, unacceptable and I hope , they will find a solution after my message, because I don’t know where to complain. By the way, I am insured… Is it selective choice who’s appointment will be canceled?

Will Freedan: I had to get an MRT of my knee and chose this place, because I would only have to wait 1 week for my appointment. The bad reviews here had me worried, but the people at the reception were very nice to me. So was the medical assisstant guiding me to the machine. You get earmuffs for hearing protection, by the way. Got there at 7am and left (with my pictures) at 7:35. Strongly recommend :)

Carrie R: I have already been here twice and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! First of all, I couldn’t find any other place where one can get an appointment on such short notice. The first time I booked, I got an appointment on the same day; the second time, I had to wait one day. Second of all, I didn’t have to wait at all once I got there, they were very punctual both times (the second time I was actually 5 mins late and they had to wait for me). You also only have to wait for your CD 2-3 mins. The staff is also great, especially the woman taking the MRI, she was lovely.

BLUEPRINT: After a brutal broken heel injury my foot became badly infected. If it was not for the doctors, surgeons and nursing staff at Vivantes Auguste Viktoria Clinic, I could very well have lost my foot due to the infection. Very grateful to all at the hospital for saving my foot!!! Bless you all who work there!!

Cosmo Valentine: I see many bad reviews for the hospital but this review is for the Kreißsaal (baby delivery rooms) and and recovery area for after birth. These facilities are in Haus 35. We were there for around 3 days. All the staff were amazing, very caring, extremely helpful, 24/7 support for us in this crazy process. The facilities and rooms were nice, all with a good view out into the surrounding trees. All round a great experience 💜

Sally Underwood: Absolutely excellent. From the treatment I received as an emergency patient to the surgery, to the care on station B2-12 and the physiotherapy. I was impressed with, and had complete confidence in, all the staff I met. Even the food was fine. I have a Trimalleolar fracture - it looked like nothing - hardly any pain or swelling after the accident, but the CT and X-Rays showed multiple fractures which had to be pinned together. In my case, they used a protocol of immediate weight-bearing after surgery, which felt very scary, but there is a lot of research to say that this leads to a quicker and more complete recovery. The physio team inspired the confidence and strength I needed to start healing as fast as possible. Huge thank you to everyone on B2-12 (Accident-, hand-, and aesthetic- surgery ward) who took care of me.

Dylan Castillo: They kept me waiting for over 6 hours. At times the ER waiting room was pretty much empty, yet they would take over 2 hours (you could see the time they took on the screens) to call the next patient.

Mohammed Safwan Al Hasan: I had a slipping femur 12 years ago , had my surgery done in this wonderful hospital , the surgeon was really cheerful and helpful , the staff in general , the nurses and my physiotherapist they all made my 1 month stay there better. Thankful !!

Marc Bauer: unimaginable on how many levels the aftertreatment for surgery is bad in this facility. Starting with grumpy workers and as a nose surgery patient I got almost only milk products for eat which are known to be bad with respiratory issues. Also I didnt get the medication I needed for the night but instead a pain medicine that caused allergic reaction. Im not talking about the surgery itself but If you wanna heal don’t go here or just leave as fast as you can

Hassan Ghasemzadeh: I performed a parotidectomy operation in the "HNO" section and stayed there 5 days to recover. The staff were very kind and care about patients. Most of them are able to speak english too which helped me a lot. The Klinikum have a nice environment. Free high-speed Wifi is also available. The quality of foods were good as well.

Agnese: Just called to make an appointment for MRI. I did my best to speak in german however in the moment when I did not understand the question in german - woman was so rude and just hang up the phone. Terrible. Left me Feeling frustrated.

The fact of being a patient places one in a situation of vulnerability that requires professionals with empathy to be able to cope with that moment. I safely recommend this place and thank once again each of those for having treated me with so much humanity.

Shelley: The worst!!! They keep changing my appointment for zero good reason and I keep arranging my life around getting this MRI and then scheduling a follow up with my GP which I’ll have to reschedule again. They’ve cost me two days of work with their incompetence and totally inaccurate email instructions. So much for German efficiency :(

Ömer F. Kaplan: Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. The staff was really rude and judging. As I was 10 mins late, the front desk employee judged me by telling what time it was. And then another employee literally yelled at me when I asked a simple question like where the waiting room was. She understood she was rude so then she tried to make it up by having a look at my file. She eventually asked me to take a seat because I was late and that I had to wait. After one hour having waited I asked another one how long I would have to wait because I did not want to wait all day long. When they said they did not know how much I would have to wait, I just left. My experience says they were rude, unqualified and ignoring.

Node Center: Not a friendly place for english or non-german speakers.

Hanady Mousa: I had to wait more than one hour although i have already an appointment. People came after me and they went in first and i was the last !

Denisa Ruçaj: Made me wait for a very long time though I had an appointment and though they postponed my initial appointment. Had to wait for the results for more than 5 days. They did not send it directly to my Orthopedic doctor, which I took the prescription from, but to the other Radiologie doctor that the prescription was written for. This was very confusing, complicated and time consuming.

Thomas Rathjen: Unfortunately a very bad experience. There are probably two locations of the practice, which can neither be found on the homepage nor was it clearly explained when the appointment was made. So we were at the wrong location at the agreed time. As a patient, you are then unfortunately labeled as a scapegoat - you are denied an alternative appointment. All in all, very rude and very unprofessional.
