Hamza Faouri: this hospital is in need of serious help, it took me 7 hours to get medical care for a small issue, highly un recommended
Florian Young: I sought help in urology in this hospital about 12 years ago. The doctors examined me and when I got there for the follow-up meeting, there were 2 doctors in the room, who practically carried me out together. They gave me the hint to get some psychological treatment. If I find the time and desire, I will go there again and show the doctors my subsequent surgery list. It is an absolute cheek and also an absolute fail what these doctors have given me.
Henning Dietzel: I come from the north of Germany and after the diagnosis of prostate CA I was admitted to the clinic on recommendation. I had my surgical preparation for a radical prostate removal on the first day. Due to the routine and professional preparation, I never felt unsafe. The op was a great success, so I was released home on the 5th day. Since I myself worked in the operational area, I cannot express any criticism. I would like to thank the ward, anesthesia and OR staff. Right now, in the Corona period, I was glad to have had the operation so promptly.
E. Freigang: The unnoticed biopsy! At the end of September, Dr. Günzel with me an MRI ultra sonic fusion biopsy. The prostate was accessed through the skin without pain and without infection. I can only confirm, Senior Physician Dr. Günzel is an outspoken biopsy expert. Thanks a lot for this.

Mry B: Urban hospital urology I would not recommend it for animals. Pay close attention to this department, Rudeness, no interest in the patient. We walked out of the hospital in shock. 9 hours without eating or drinking. The bed by the window with the strong sun that was blinded without a curtain. 35 degrees in the room. Forget your op! No words .. I can only recommend that you pay attention because after a question about what medicine my husband got, the nurses could not give me an answer.

Karo Kroete: I can highly recommend the urology department at the Vivantes Klinikum Am Urban. In my opinion, the doctors are very competent, friendly and always took the time for me and my concerns during discussions and rounds. I would also like to commend the helpful nurses and the case management; I always felt that I was being taken seriously and that action was taken in a solution- and patient-oriented manner.

The treatment is very different from the standardized treatment of symptoms and I can warmly recommend it. Practice premises in a city location and easily accessible by public transport [bus, underground and S-Bahn]. - An impressive experience, highly recommended.

With my prostate cancer history i am always reminded to have a regular check up and when I have problems, Dr. Herzig and crew have helped me wonderfully. Recently when I went for my periodic blood test they offered to vaccinate me for COVID which I was very thankful for since by my family doctor I could only get an appointment in 2 months. The procedure lasted only a few minutes and was painless. After the procedure, Mr. Söffker would be available 24/7 in case of problems, but this was not necessary. Anyone toying with the idea of a vasectomy is in good hands here.

Xenia Jung: Truly excellent doctor who listens to you and tries to resolve your issues (and not just writes a prescriptions). I wish all doctors would listen as much as Dr Iankovski. We are new to Berlin and we are so happy that we found such a great urologist!

Norman Shelest: When I came to the doctor, I expected to feel support and understanding. Instead of this, I was feeling super uncomfortable. Doctor Iankovski was rude and arrogant. Always interrupted me, so I could not explain properly my issue. When I entered the room, the first thing what he said, that I should pay, because Health Insurance does not cover it. Excuse me, WHAT?! I was making an appointment, so they could provide this information on the phone earlier, so I would know it! Even, when I came, the lady on reception did not say anything to me about this. Also she made some stereotypical resist question about my second name, which made me feel stuck. I did not even know how to react on it. I asked for help. I expected to be understood and heard. But instead of this I received the worst service ever and now I should pay for it! I will contact my Insurance company and provide this information too. Also I will have a consultation with the lawyer. I an not gonna pay for sad a bad service.

sercan koray dağdeviren: The worst service ever! Just because my German is limited -surprisingly nobody is able to speak an English word including the doctor- I was all the time bullied. The receptionist was not helpful at all and the doctor didn’t even let me call a German speaker to translate some ‘significant findings’ with the excuse that he doesn’t have time for this. Avoid going there unless you have an emergency case as I had!
