Plant Base: what do users think?

Rebecca ter Borg: Amazing vegan cafe and restaurant in Berlin. My friend took me here for brunch and we over ordered to try everything we wanted. The porridge is amazing and super delicious, same goes for the tofu scramble and mixed platter. I would highly recommend this place to all vegans and non-vegans. :)Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Yisrael Shalom Rappaport: Probably one of the best vegan breakfasts in the world. We had the plate for two which included many amazing dishes (the carrot smoked salmon was incredible), the egg salad bagle, and all three kinds of delicious croissants. Highly recommended! Vegetarian options: All Vegan menu.

ceckalinka: Today was our second time having breakfast here and it was amazing again. I love everything about the is place, the staff, the food, the ambience. You get charged with so much positive energy. I highly recommend paying a visit, you won’t regret it! I know for sure it’s one of my absolute favorite places in Berlin! ☺️ 🏻

Amina ELMO: Nice cafe with outdoor sitting on a quiet street. Big portion with sweet and savoury options. The only down side was that the granola was a bit overtoasted. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. All payments accepted

Diana Špoljar: Apsolutely amazing vegan food! We had a ‘plate for two’ - 3 dips, carrot salmon, kimchi, bread, tofu scramble, granola. Loved it! The cakes look amazing, too. The one we tried was great. You have to order at the counter and take some plates with you, a waiter brings it to the table, and you take the dirty dishes back to a designated area when you’re done.

Полина Винихина: Love this place! I’m a frequent customer here and every time they have a variety of delicious vegan cakes 😋 The place is very chill and there is wi-if. The only thing is that they are not very friendly with laptops.

Nadhilah Alamanda: A really lovely vegan brunch place! me and my friends went for a brunch on sunday, it was pretty packed but we managed to get a table without waiting even though we’re 5 people. The place is pretty and I really love the atmosphere. We ordered the scrambled tofu, apple cinnamon porridge and the menu for 2, all of them were amazing, especially the spreads, they were delicious. It’s also really nice that they have gluten free options. I highly recommend getting their kimchi, it’s so delicious, spicy and fresh. Not only nice food, they also have variety workshops and events like kimchi workshop, dumpling class and so on. Love it!❤️

Organic Cooking School Jens Friedrich & Moringa business Berlin: what do users think?

thanya schenk: My boyfriend and I decided to take a cooking class for our anniversary. We had a super nice evening with Jens. We are both beginners when it comes to cooking. Jens was able to teach us a lot, as well as the delicious and beautifully prepared food. We had lots of fun. Many thanks for this experience and the nice evening!

Dennis Aber: Studio is nice, but the owner does not stick to agreements. Had to be made aware of his duties and compensation in court. I recommend looking for other business partners.

Sabrina Carroll: Was there two years ago and ended my fasting there after cooking. Great vegan and organic cuisine! It was a very nice experience! Thanks again!

Marc R.: Cooking class with colleagues there. Great team in the cooking school, quickly had a friendly atmosphere. And the food was delicious too

Peter Schröter: Cooking together as part of a fasting training at Dfa. We recommend.

Lenhle Fakudze: Positive: Quality

Thore Hildebrandt - Nachhaltige Kocherlebnisse: what do users think?

Elena Goncharik: I had my first ever cooking class experience together with Thore Hildebrandt 👩🏽‍🍳 Simply - wow! All vegan, but so delicious! Can highly recommend it!

guy dimenstein: I have spent a day with Thore and made with him a film. In this film we took on a challenge. We asked strangers to cook for them in their own home. Thore was amazing. He created for us a wonderful meal from rescued food and made it to an unforgettable evening.

Addison Hoffman: An indulgent vegan meal on Thanksgiving Day is hard to find. We were blessed to have Thore’s exceptional talent in our home on Thanksgiving this year; he prepared an unparalleled meal for our party of 12, beyond our guests’ expectations. Both wildly indulgent and evidently healthy, the vegan meal was more than we could have asked for. The four course meal included a warm beetroot soup with vegan sour cream and fresh dill; glazed crispy umami tofu with pea guacamole, sweet and sour cranberry sauce and yellow krauts; fresh seasonal herb salad; crispy Oyster mushrooms with potato au gratin, walnut and jackfruit stuffing, green beans, and gravy. We can’t wait to work with Thore again for the next dinner party!

Ivo Litzenberg: It’s not only a delicious & culinary delight but a wonderful event for friends, colleagues or family presented by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable person creating little works of art out of food what would have otherwise landed in the garbage… it makes one think of our current non-sustainable (food) behaviour. Throwing totally unnecessary millions tons of food every year into the garbage …

Bao Huynh: Amazing guide and great vegan and zero waste food! Loved the experience!

Ina Richter: Two of my favourite fermented foods kimchi and kombucha! Handcrafted by chef Thore Hildebrandt, highly recommended ;-)

Linda Lezius: Amazing creative chef with a lot of energy and passion for food!

Jack Cosson: Beautiful food served by a beautiful human.

Ratatouille Berlin: what do users think?

Homer Dong: Had a cooking workshop here and I loved the place since the first second entering the venue! A great option for team building and corporate event.

Alice Marshall: Super fun team event with a group of 20 of us. We started with an aperitif in the garden, and slowly made our way into the cookery school, where we talked, cooked and then ate together. Really good way to bond with your team, or enjoy a fun few hours with friends. Would recommend!

Regina Karl: I had the most wonderful time at Ratatouille. Super friendly and welcoming team, really good conversations and excellent cooking workshop. I am not the biggest chef, I have to admit, but with Moïra‘s instructions and support you quickly realize how much fun cooking can be. Will definitely come back! Thank you for this great experience.

Allison Faber: Fantastic experience, cute place, tasty food. I can highly recommend!

Bernd Kopin: Amazing cooking class!

Juan Diaz-Morales: Great place! I loved ot

LOOK NICE: When it is time say you live it

Christina Conte: 0 stars - very disappointing. Despite catchy preliminary agreements, making concessions and asking for a consensus, we were always treated very unfriendly, which got worse and worse over the course of the day. it culminated in a short-term cancellation, 7 days before the date of the event (company event), of the bindingly booked services. I have never experienced such an unprofessional manner and I am stunned. ***Supplement*** Unfortunately you stopped communicating with us, I think the evaluation is valuable. The briefing was clearly communicated and you had already promised us the date, within the parameters, so there is no room for interpretation, except that it was unprofessional. Too bad.

RESTLOS GLÜCKLICH: what do users think?

Greca Manuzzi: Amazing experience. I went with my company, 4flow AG for a team event with 30 colleagues. It was so much fun and so well organized. A big thank you to Kerstin and the rest of team that follow us in our cooking preparation :) Definitely recommended!

Filip Van damme: As a team, we had the most amazing time getting creative by cooking with leftover food. Kerstin and Paula are amazing hosts and inspiring subject matter experts. Recommended!

Camila Munhoz: It was the most delicious vegetarian food I have ever tried in my life. The colleagues who work there are very lovely and with a positive energy which makes the experience even greater. They explained me everything about their initiatives and their projects are very inspiring, helping a lot of children and adults get familiar with the topic of waste of food. The restaurant is located in a peaceful area, making the perfect match with the proposal of the dinner. Going in this restaurant is a must for all those who go to Berlin :)! I loved the experience and I am looking forward to going there again. I wish a lot of success for the team and keep doing this amazing job!! Thank you very much, herzlichen Dank!!!

Boris Lauser: Very very tasty food and the service is just so so nice. They had a full house on Friday night and were very busy. So I walked up to the bar a couple of times myself to order another wine or something and they just always gave me such a beautiful smile. You can always look into the kitchen which i always like very much and even the cook comes out sometimes and checks if everything is alright. This place has a true soul. Highly recommended.

Tatjana Mönch: Love the concept, and loved the food! All vegetarian, but really really rich in taste. All ingredients were combined in such an amazing way that it was pure joy to eat. I was very positively surprised.

Berta Luise Heide: Every year German trash more than 11 million tons of food, each household more than 82 kilos. The RESTLOS GLÜCKLICH wants to change this. For my travel guide #BertaBerlin I eat in many restaurants, but this one really impressed me. Their menu offers only dishes prepared by food, which would have been thrown away, although it is still fresh. I felt very comfortable in the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. As it is a non profit project you can boundless options for every budget. #BertaBerlin

Anna: This was the most delicious food and the kindest staff since I can remember. I am really impressed by the creativity of the cooks, the friendliness the team and the great idea for good purpose. Good location and a cosy place with a very friendly atmosphere. Danke! Ich bin restlos glücklich!

Kochwerk.Berlin: what do users think?

Marek: High quality dishes, great waiters.

Jüπ407: Top Service

Gabi Heinze: Went to the BBQ course. Right at the beginning we were greeted very friendly and with a drink. We felt like we were at home in the kitchen. Then it was prepared, chopped, pickled, baked bread, seasoned and provided with drinks. We had a lot of fun and got a lot of information and kitchen tips. It was a nice fun evening for us. Everything tasted good and we were full. Guys many thanks to you. We will definitely be back and we can recommend everyone to go there. Olaf, Wolfgang, Marlies and Gabi

Bentley T: Thank you for the wonderful evening with you! It was great fun to work according to your instructions and the results could be seen and tasted!

Anke R.: An evening with colleagues in a really nice location. We cooked and ate together. We had a lot of fun and everything was delicious. Thumbs up... but a proud price.

Robert Osch: Instead of celebrating our birthday at home, we cooked and celebrated together with our guests in the Kochwerk! I can only recommend it. It was a great party and all guests loved it. The joint planning with Kochwerk was completely relaxed and uncomplicated. Thanks to the whole team.

Tobias Thele: Christmas whole for pick up. We ordered the Christmas whole including dumplings, red cabbage, green cabbage and sauce. Everything worked wonderfully and tasted great. Thank you, we will do it again next year. Warm greetings

Chris Stürmer: We had a super great evening! Great location, great kitchen, great cook/course leader/entertainer. the course size with 12 people was optimal and we had a lot of fun for 4 hours and learned a lot. Completely fed up and satisfied, we decided to come back!

Antonia Schubert: We went to the cooking class "The Perfect Advent Menu" for the Christmas party and it was awesome! André is a super likeable chef who has so much to tell from his own experience that you sometimes forget to keep stirring the pot because of all the input. 🙈 The whole togetherness was wonderful and the food at the end was perfect! I have by far never eaten such incredibly delicious food! All the better when you can say that you even made a part yourself. Thank you thank you to the two great guys who harmonize great as a team with their little funny taunts 😁 keep it up!

Dr & Dr Middle Eastern Culture and Food Lab: what do users think?

Sabrina K.: Booked a cooking class for our team and we had the best time we could’ve wished for. We had so much fun, learned a lot about Persian food and it’s culture and enjoyed the whole evening to the fullest. The two sisters are such a win for the area and the lab is exactly what the berlin food scene needed. Excellent food, wonderful experience, couldn’t recommend this more. We’ll be back!

Stefania Russo: Amazing experience! I spent a wonderful evening with wonderful people! It is very interesting to cook while learning new cultures and the food was absolutely delicios. Atmosphere also was magical!

Shally Dorian: The quality and taste of their food is unbelievably bad! Horrible! Their food only looks nice but honestly I was so disappointed by it.

Tamara Masri: Incredible food by two incredible ladies. This is my favorite neighborhood spot, the mezza platter is so delicious and flavorful. Thank you Dr & Dr!

Sabine W.: it was just wonderful, educational and delicious 😋 we had a lot of fun and a great evening 👍👏👏👏

Kat Vk: Great food. Super creative, incredibly surprising and so beautifully presented. It is really a real joy and you can tell how much love and passion the two put into the food. Really recommend.

Kanaan: what do users think?

Matteo Maso: Amazing middle eastern restaurant! We had several starter to share plus half main dish each. Their hummus is a must try and I would also recommend their many vegan desserts 🍰. Vegetarian options: Many plates are vegan and also most of the cake are. Dietary restrictions: Each dish has Allergen specified! Is easy to avoid dairy products 🐮. They have 3 vegan desserts!

Marilena K.: Great flavors, service and atmosphere. Prices are above average but the food is a lot (we got the best of Kanaan menus -4 appetizers, 2 main courses- + a bottle of wine + a water and paid around 80 euros for two)! We enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back again 😊

Tali Z: We ordered one menu with three starters of choice and a main dish. The normal price of starters we ordered was somewhere between €9 to €12. If the portion we got from the menu is the same size portion that one would get if ordered separately, then it is very overpriced for what it is! The starter portions are teeny tiny! The main dishes came in regular size. Everything was delicious, the staff was outstanding and I would recommend this place. Just make sure you book well in advance!

AH M: The food was good but I expected it to be a bit more special with the hype. We had a table next to the door facing the wall with an irritating poster of two staring men. The service was not very friendly and rather slow. Also, half the appetizers were already out on a Friday evening and if one person wants to order the menu for 25€ then all people have to order it. The menu includes a soup, 2 appetizers and one main dish which is really a lot for one person as it is. All in all the food is good but the rest did not satisfy me.

Tomás Fonseca: Very good Middle Eastern restaurant in Prenzlauer Berg. We asked for the brunch option to taste different dishes and the majority were a crowd pleaser. Try the coffee and the Baklava milkshake. The cost is 25€ per person/brunch which is a bit expensive

Daniel Lopez: One of my favorite eats in Berlin. They’ve kept a great level through the years and the ‘new’ location is actually quite cool. Portions and quality are great as usual, but it became quite pricey! Staff is always a highlight and food was perfect as usual, Inn be live around the corner and this is among my top 5 restaurants in the neighborhood

Lucia Rodriguez: Very nice restaurant. We had the fixed menus which included a bunch of small plates as starters and then one of four possible dishes. The starters were all very good, specially the falafel and the babaganush. Main Dish was a bit more lacking, the taste was not too defined, but the amount of hummus. The beer was incredibly good.

Zwei Stein: Even though the food was delicious, I might prefer to go next time somewhere else. Firstly, the place is very popular, so it is difficult to get a table. Secondly, even when we got a table and ordered, it took them almost an hour to serve us. These are not difficult or very time consuming to prepare. Due to the emens waiting time, we got complimentary dessert, but that arrived the same time with the starter and main course to gather. Next time, bring the starter first or even the dessert...

Anja Glenk: We spent a lovely afternoon at Kanaan. The staff is super friendly, open and international. You feel at home right away and the food was on the table in no time. We had the Israeli-Palestine brunch with a mix of countless original delicacies from the area. It was impossible to decide what was the best, everything was simply delicious. We still wanted to bath in the Yemenite pesto though :) Cudos to Jalil and his lovely team, we will definitely come back (soon)!

Cookies Cream: what do users think?

Lars Arnvig: We had a great night at Cookies Cream when we visited Berlin in December 2022. We "settled" for five dishes incl. the wine menu and everything was perfect: the food, the wine, the staff and the setting. It was a really good tasting experience. And worth every euro. We left full and happy and hope to have the opportunity to come again another time.

Leonard Wossnig: Fantastic food, of course only vegan, exceptional service, and kitchen staff who (like everyone else there) enjoys their work! Highly recommend the 7 course menu, it’s well balanced and both pairings are a great fit (wine and non-alcoholic are available)

Valentin Liebhart: Summary: nice vegetarian restaurant with cool design. Dishes in different quality but esp. the signature dishes a bit disappointing (Parmesan dumplings)

Medina Selimovic: Exclusive feel, High end, but with a modern flare. Atmosphere is great, but the experience and food was wonderful!Recommended dishes Parmesan Dumplings with 3g Perigord Truffle, BBQ Carrot with Cashew Cheese Buttermilk Oxalis Pumpkin …More

David Hacker: I don’t like writing bad reviews and generally i believe in “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all”. Well, so let’s start positive. The experience leading up to the dinner is fun and exciting. The concept is something i like as well: this industry needs to innovate and try new things. The restaurant space itself was quiet disappointing to me. The rugged and industrial “designed” restaurant felt more like an afterthought to a warehouse. Very berlin i guess. It is also quiet cramped with very limited space in between tables. It was packed with customers and very loud imo. It was also quiet warm in there. These are all things that made me feel especially uncomfortable considering we are in the midst of an pandemic. They did only let people in that got tested, but i still think it was not necessary to fill the space like this. Even without corona this would have been an issue. The food was overall disappointing to me. The dishes overall lacked flavor and expression. I felt at times basic seasoning was missing. The presentation seemed excessive compared to the overall result. Besides the beet root dish i did not like much. The wine pairing was only good. Service seemed stressed and rushed with the dishes. For me a no-go! After mentioning it they slowed it down. Food was introduced and that’s it. I missed a feeling of passion and proudness for their trade in their overall attitude. Overall very disappoint considering the price and prestige coming with a star. The quality was just not there. This is purely my opinion and based on many visits in all sorts of fine dining venues around the world as well on my education in this industry. Casual fine dining is a niche that can be done a lot better.

Valentina Paetsch: A great experience; friendly and attentive staff, quick service, tasty and unique dishes...we got the 7 course menu with wine accompaniment, we got one vegan and one vegetarian version and both were exquisite. Would highly recommend for a special occasion!

MARIA: what do users think?

Suada B.: Went here for some vegan and American style food and was a really nice discovery, the food is good and the place simple. The service was great! Recommend it!!

Felix Winandy: We ordered at this place, I have to say I‘m always sceptical when it comes to ordering fries especially with a lot of sauce on top! (because most of the places you order, the fries are slouchy and cold when they arrive at your place) But we thought, give those guys a chance, their food looks awesome online! So we got amazed by these really tasty fries, nice and hot when they arrived, still crunchy and with the fake parma chicken, so delicious 👌 the meatball sub was also perfect, good bread which can hold the meatballs without falling appart while you eat it! It was a first for us but definetly not the last time to order or go to Maria!

Rust Man: Wunderbar! Tasty vegan burger, fries and Philly cheese steak. What at great place.

Iwona: Portions were quite big and overall tasty. However, my “mac & cheese” dish was cold…I ordered it inside the restaurant for take away so there was no reason for this situation. I’d also prefer not to have the balsamic onion with different dishes but that’s just my personal preference.

Luisa: Very nice atmosphere and sweet staff. The food was very delicious (I had The Italian burger and fries) for a reasonable price considering everything is vegan. I’ll definitely go ago.

Alexey Chernikov: Very good mac and cheese. Absolutely killer cheeseburger. It‘s amazing how their managed to make the cheese so tasty and yet still vegan.

1990 Vegan Living: what do users think?

Georgia Gleason: Solid gluten free options and clearly marked allergen guide. Flavorful small plates great for tasting a bunch of different things. #9, 13 were stand outs. We were 2 people and ordered 6 small bowls and felt perfectly full. Good, fast service, fun busy atmosphere and CASH only.

Mahdieh Abdollahi: The portions are well sized for a fair price. Food quality is also outstanding. Very innovative menu with excellent side dishes. On busy times the restaurant is obviously very crowded thous the waiting times can be increased.

Mariam Geldiashvili: The food is great. The taste is very fresh and special. We ordered different small bowls to try out many things and we loved it.

Vedraj r.m: It’s ok The portion size for the small bowl is ridiculously small So I’d suggest you get the big one Only visit if you’re hungry enough Cos the portion of the big bowl is very good. So there’s small and very big, nothing in between. The prices are ok. The small bowl is a bit expensive but I guess for the big one it’s reasonable

ven T: Yummy vegan food with authentic distinct flavours and spices in every dish and unique ideas for vegan interpretations of various Asian dishes. Strongly recommended. Packed at weekend evenings better to reserve a table. Vegetarian options: Vast!

Raquel Álvarez: The best vegan Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten! We visited this charming place twice on our vacation to Berlin. The food is super colorful and flavorful. The staff is really charming and can help you with the amount of food you may order. If you get there and there are no empty tables, just wait a couple of minutes Toby seated. We tried a variety of dishes and will be back for more on our next visit to berlin.

Brandon Guzman: There are an abundance of vegan options in Berlin, but if you’re looking for Asian cuisine, this spot has great music, staff and amazing food. Food enthusiasts and picky eaters can eat here… no barriers whatsoever due to so many options. 5⭐️🥇

Sandeep Gupta (sandyish): Great place with wide variety in vegan food. Every Dish I ordered was nailed in the flavor. The service is also commendable been completely full. Highly recommended!! Vegetarian options: Vegan Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
