Siemens Technical Academy: what do users think?

Stillapatmike: My wife and I were invited on a tour of the Siemens Technical Acadamy. We both were extremely impressed by the up to date equipment that was being used to educate the students here. The teachers were very experienced and were dedicated to thier students. No wonder they receive ten times as many applicants as available places. The students themselves, even after a few weeks, showed a depth of knowledge and a real enthusiasm about there work. There was even an international section of students from all round the world. The world is your oyster here.

Md.Ashraful Islam: Amazing place for professional. Very nice working environment.

Mark Bakhtyar: I was there 15 years ago for a factory acceptance test of circuit breakers and today I just went there by my bike to see if I can find the places by memory! That statue is new there.

David Robert Jones (StarSight): It was a quite nice experience, had a very professional flair to it, except for one teacher/instructor, boy what a frustrated roughneck throwing pens across the classroom because "they don't work anymore" the only thing missing was him holding a bottle of beer while working on the patch cables, what a drag it was having him around, i really hope he's gone by now ... Anyway, the rest of the program was very enjoyable.

Suzan's Signature Success Show: Thanks.

Magnus Riebe: Excellent

Ahmed Asim: Fantastic

Bob T: Start Siemensstadt

Animax YT: I honestly have to say it's a good life 👍🏻 the teachers are 90% competent and the training has been really fun for over 2 years, great team behind the whole thing 👍🏻

Eisbär “Eisbär Knut” Knut: In the trainee canteen it is always very tasty and sufficient.. Friendly and courteous. Reliable and fast.. Thank you

GPB College gGmbH: what do users think?

Ronja Busse: PLEASE READ!! the 5 star reviews are definitely not written by real students. Keep your hands off this school, scholarships are promised and in the end you will be sitting on a mountain of debt!!! The headmaster Jörg Fleischer is an absolute disaster. Is nice at first impression and promises you the blue of the sky, for example, granting a scholarship and thus reducing the school fees. After the scholarship was promised verbally, no more school fees were debited from my account and I was happy that the scholarship would have worked out. About 10 months later, the big shock: a teacher gave me an invoice for more than 2000 euros in school fees, which I had to pay back. Mr. Fleischer no longer wanted anything to do with a scholarship. Five fact: It was precisely because of this behavior with another student that Mr. Fleischer was in court and the decision was made in her favour. Unlike her, however, I have not received anything in writing from Mr. Fleischer. In the meantime he has sent his legal team on me, although I have been repaying the amount according to my means for 6 months. The training would have cost 6000 euros. I'm now supposed to pay Herr Fleischer 10,000 euros in school fees, no one can explain how they are made up. An account foreclosure was initiated by his legal team two weeks ago. Note: I am a single parent. Anyone who treats people in such a greedy and dirty way, does not agree to agreements and only communicates through lawyers should not be in such a position. Mr Fleischer knows neither how to treat employees nor fellow human beings. In this sense a happy new year Jörg.
Response: Dear Ms Buses, We are sorry that you got such a negative impression of us and it is by no means in our interest. However, we ask you to refrain from personal hostility and criminally relevant accusations and to observe the portal's guidelines for submitting reviews. Kind regards, Your GPB College team

K T: I completed my education there and I strongly recommend everyone NOT to attend this school. I don't even know which topics to start with. Shortly before school started, we were told to get iPads (they HAD to be Apple devices), which are essential for the lessons. In fact, there was only one subject where the device was in constant use. It was advertised that you can do further training as an interpreter and translator here. In fact, this turned out to be wrong shortly after the start of the training. This is one of the reasons why some of my class came to this school with the hope of being able to continue their education there. There was a class trip that some didn't want to go on due to the Corona situation. One teacher said it was ok, another said this ride was mandatory. And it was the same throughout the training: every teacher said completely different things. Nobody knew about each other, information could never be trusted 100% and things were constantly changing. Until shortly before the final exam, the teachers didn't even know whether we had an interpreting exam or not. The foreign language subjects were the highlight of the training. Here the teachers - especially in Japanese lessons - were absolutely competent. We found many other subjects almost a waste of time. There were teachers who had absolutely no idea about imparting knowledge or about their own material. We were particularly annoyed about one teacher right up to the end, because he kept getting away from the essentials, spoke more about himself than about the content and, what's more, made unfair assessments, and by the end of the training we still had no idea about the subject. Another subject was even canceled in the last semester. The timetable changed regularly and subjects - such as foreign languages - were often laid out in such a way that you had 2-3 blocks in a row, which was not ideal for reasons of concentration. Another problem was the certificates. I have experienced more than once that classmates had to see the principal because they mistakenly missed lessons. This also happened to me, which resulted in weeks of perseverance and constant questioning. Last semester we gave more lectures than anything else. It almost seemed as if the teachers didn't know what to do with us in the remaining time. All in all, this training was a very big annoyance. Not just for me personally but for everyone in the class and I know almost everyone there was very unhappy with this school. Considering that this is a private school in which a lot of money is invested, little thought is given to the well-being and problems of the students.
Response: Hello KT, First of all, thank you for the time you invested in your detailed review. Objective criticism supports us in our further development and helps us to make the GPB College even better for our students. We are very sorry that you seem to have had little positive things to do with your time with us. We gladly accept your criticism, but we would still like to comment on some of the points you mentioned: In order to generate the greatest possible learning success and to teach all students at the same level, we rely on uniform teaching and learning materials. These are intended for use during the lesson as well as for independent preparation and follow-up of the lessons. 75% of the lessons are language training, in which the tablets are mandatory. Beyond that, it sure is different. It's understandably annoying that you've found too little use for your tablet. We expressly reject your accusation that we advertise with false information, because fraud does not correspond to our values and has no place with us. On our website https://www.gpb-college.de/ we have listed all the training areas that we offer. In addition, if anything is unclear, we offer you the opportunity to contact us personally at any time and clarify questions. In daily dealings with our teachers, there is always the possibility of open dialogue. Here you could have approached the respective person and sought a personal conversation to express dissatisfaction or clarify open issues. In this way, the teachers could have reacted directly and responded better to you and your classmates. It's a pity that you didn't take this opportunity, because our teachers are also developing every day and are always open to honest criticism in order to prepare you as best as possible for your degree. Nevertheless, we think that your group's average grade of 1.9 in the state final exams is an excellent result and shows that we are doing very well despite the difficult learning phases due to school closures and online classes. We cannot understand that there should have been errors in individual certificates. All graduates receive proper and meticulously checked certificates. Any differences, especially in the case of missed hours, are discussed and clarified in advance. At this point we would like to emphasize once again that the well-being and satisfaction of our students is very important to us and that we do our best every day to guide them all through their training in the best possible way and to master their degree with flying colours . For this very reason, it is important for us that we also develop further and adapt to the needs of our students. We therefore thank you for your criticism and wish you all the best on your further journey. Kind regards, Your GPB College team

Su: Clean classrooms and highly committed teachers. I can recommend the school with a clear conscience. One point of criticism would be that there may be a placement test for the third foreign language before the start, as I have heard from other classmates that the students in the courses are at different levels. Maybe you can pack the classes together and take teaching modules for different language levels?
Response: dear Su, Thank you for your 5-star rating. We always welcome suggestions and will consider your suggestion to improve our foreign language training. The GPB-College team wishes you all the best for your professional future!

Patrick: Pros: Fast signing of contracts, clean rooms, always findable management, online schedule, teachers with different learning methods, room use allowed even after class. Cons: Classes too big or rooms too small, badly formatted reports, incorrect planning in the timetable (repeating learning field modules, e.g. DIN 5008 for 3x), ill-considered fan placement. Otherwise, GPB College just keeps getting better. Deficiencies and areas of development are only incentives for improvement.
Response: Dear Patrick. Thank you for your honest opinion, which gives us the opportunity to improve. The entire GPB-College team wishes you all the best for your professional future!

Pixel Impact: The teacher just showed us his GTA online profile XD and I pay 2000 RIP a year for that
Response: Hello Pixel Impact, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry to read that you are not particularly satisfied with GPB College. Of course, the situation you describe is not the norm. Our teachers do their best every day to convey the lesson content as interestingly and professionally as possible, so that they can successfully complete their respective training course and have the best possible start in their future professional life. They also always have an open ear for factual criticism and suggestions. So feel free to approach the person in question and seek an open conversation. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome, because it is also in our interest to develop ourselves further every day. We wish you all the best and much success! Kind regards, Your GPB College team

TTKiNG AMG: Please don't look for a company apprenticeship, not a school one that just wants your money.
Response: Dear TTKiNG AMG, First of all, thank you for taking the time to rate us and share your feedback in this way. We are very sorry that you obviously did not have a positive impression of us. We work every day to develop further and to become even better and are therefore always open to factual criticism. However, we have to disagree with your assumption that it is only about money. Yes, a good education costs a little more. However, we also have highly qualified and competent teachers and modern teaching methods that have already proven themselves many times. In addition, the focus of our training courses is on training that is not offered in the dual system. Our goal is to promote education. The money is by no means our focus and we would like to ask you to refrain from such a claim. If you actually had this impression, we would be pleased if you would get in touch with us personally and explain to us in an open discussion how you think we can make improvements. You are welcome to write to info@gpb-college.de at any time. We look forward to the exchange! We wish you every success in your future career! Your GPB College team

3st 3st: I've just completed my training as a foreign language correspondent and I have to say that overall I'm rather disappointed. There is no quality control for teachers; many are very committed, others are completely antipathetic and some are not even present. About a third of the subjects must therefore be regarded as a complete waste of time because of the teachers assigned. On the whole, foreign languages are less affected, but there are also exceptions. As the class representative, I was also allowed to do a meeting every six months in which we could bring the students' concerns to the school management (e.g. "Could you please sign our internship certificates from 3 months ago?"), which were then ignored without exception. The icing on the cake for many was that the advertised further training courses to become a European secretary/translator/interpreter were not offered even on request (the prerequisite being that enough students get together independently to form a class). Do I regret my time there? No, if you have decided to learn an Asian language, you will find (usually) good staff here. Is the fun worth the cost? No way. Anyone who has found a better language school should stay away. Oh, and one last tip. If you are asked to get an IPad, refuse. Unfortunately none of us did that, but in the end nothing was done with the things and you are left with the costs.
Response: Dear 3st 3st, We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with GPB College. Both during and after the training, our teachers, but above all the school management, are open to constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement. We would be happy to talk to you about this. If you are interested, please contact the secretariat (info@gpb-college.de). All the best for you and much success for your future career! Your GPB College team

Celine Friedrich: I'm a bit shocked by the last reviews that were given here. Of course, everything may not always be easy, but I think that GBP College has always tried to teach us as best it can, especially in times like the one we are in now. Whether online lessons or in person with a safe distance in the rooms, which was also clearly marked on every seat (1 place always had to be left free). These online lessons were completely new for everyone, which I think should also be taken into account. From personal experience I can say that I was very happy with the college. Not to forget all the activities that were planned for us before Corona. Whether summer camp, climbing forest, sports festival, bowling at the end of the year and above all the ski camp. That was one of my absolute highlights. However, I deducted a star because I would find it better if there was a fixed timetable.
Response: Dear Mrs. Friedrich, Thank you for the detailed and constructive feedback! We are pleased to read that you can look back on your training with positive feelings overall and that you had a great time with us. We wish you all the best for your professional future! Your GPB College Team

イザIsa: You are promised the blue of the sky if you are interested in an apprenticeship there, unfortunately in the end nothing fits the promises. The teachers are sometimes completely overwhelmed with their subjects, some have such an ego trip that you can't even speak of teaching... The preparations for the exams are so-so, you are prepared to pass, but not that you learn something. The big advantage of this school is also a huge disadvantage: native speaking teachers. This is not a problem in the English subjects, the students should all have a command of English to be able to communicate, but in the other languages communication often fails due to language barriers. One should ask the teachers at least a B2 level in German. What I find really unforgivable, however, is that we were FORCED to buy an iPad, it wasn't even up for discussion that you can buy a tablet with minimum requirements, no, it had to be an iPad and then one of the newest models. Now I have an iPad that I don't need and almost couldn't use for school because it hasn't switched to using it until now. And although it would have made sense to at least get something out of the compulsion to buy in Corona times, each teacher did his own thing and you were allowed to look on what felt like 100 pages to see where which teacher wanted what. Without a few students with the will and time, the discord server would not be usable to this day and there are still teachers today who refuse to use it. Despite Corona and the resulting learning deficits, no special attention was paid to the exams. Up to the end we had subjects that were not tested and in which we already had no more material at the beginning of the fourth semester and were twiddling our thumbs. Organizationally, this school is in the Middle Ages, intellectually, unfortunately, often too. Outdated methods, especially in writing practice, are also taught. All in all, I don't feel like I've learned anything for my life, I just lost a lot of money in the training. Also very nice: I live in Magdeburg and because of Corona we were free to come to the certificate issue... But what you were not told is that despite everything you have to come there in person. And it only became known when asked about it. I've attended various schools, been to university, worked on a farm, in sales both nationally and internationally and have done a number of other jobs, NEVER before did I feel, looking back, that I wasted my time that gpb college has however managed to do that. Sad.
Response: Dear Isa Bell, First of all, we would like to congratulate you on successfully completing the technical college for foreign language correspondence! You can now add a professional qualification to your résumé, you should really like that and be happy. Yes, you are right, we are also sad that many activities and concepts that normally distinguish us, such as excursions in the foreign language subjects English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, have not been able to take place for a long time. Our native speakers can only contribute their competence and experience in the regional studies subjects in theory, not in practice. Our partner school in Tokyo also waits in vain for our students, who otherwise were invited every year. In addition, our experienced and committed teachers always make an effort to convey the most important teaching content in a learner-centered, technically sound, diverse and exam-relevant manner in order to give our students the necessary skills so that they can successfully complete their respective training course and the best possible start in their later one Can have a professional life. During their training, our teachers are always ready to listen to constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement from their students. In addition, there is always the opportunity to discuss every issue with the relevant teaching or school staff in a factual and goal-oriented manner and to find mutually satisfactory solutions together. We regret that, for understandable reasons, you stayed away from the handover of your certificates in times of the pandemic. This is where you would have liked to talk to the class and school management; that would have been the place to exchange tips and criticism personally, as is usual in business life . If you have a real interest in this, we will be happy to answer it, it is also part of our task, which we are happy to carry out in the interests of our students. We wish you every success in your future! Sincerely, Your GPB College Team

Georg Krause: A very pleasant school. Casual atmosphere.
Response: Dear Georg Krause, Thank you for taking the time to give us such positive feedback along the way! We are very pleased that you are completely satisfied with us as a technical school and that you particularly emphasize the positive atmosphere. We wish you all the best for the future Kind regards, Your GPB College team

Vocational training center Lette Verein Berlin: what do users think?

O J: My biggest regret in my life was attending that school, it was a nightmare,Met some amazing people (students) there tho.

Hans Wurst: Not the best experience there. People are cool but the staff is not that good.

Elrond McBong: I have now successfully completed my MTRA training. In no way can I understand the statements made here in the evaluations that are fundamental in relation to teachers and their pedagogical skills and which try to generalize them negatively. This school, i.e. the Lette Verein itself, has many different training offers and if certain teachers in training A are not as "great" as in training B, then you should not judge so generally in the Google ratings. For my part, I was able to get to know very capable and pedagogically very valuable teachers throughout my MTRA training and would like to emphasize that it was a very strenuous, but also a very fruitful training. And to those who are here trying to ruin the reputation of this entire school because of subjectively tainted whiny statements, I have only one thing to say: shame and work on yourselves!" My goodness

Aylin Karali: A very discriminatory school. Students who are not liked are cut out of pictures and exposed. Students are not motivated to graduate. Teachers exclude students at every opportunity. The school is not recommended. Rather look for a school that attaches great importance to equality.

Doctor Jawline: Quite ok. Could be better, but the main thing is that you know what a state government is

Defcon Rotbuche: Rather do a dual and no school education. Then you earn money and don't have to attend this school week after week or finance the Lette association with school fees.

E. Aydin: Went there today with my daughter for the information day. Very nice people, great atmosphere, nice area. If the apprenticeship position works out, we look forward to the time in the Letteverein.

Zet0ry: I am very satisfied with the training, a lot of learning material is taught and the internships are also informative and fun. Of course you have to learn a lot at home, but that's part of school. Anyone who thinks that this doesn't fit into a VOCATIONAL SCHOOL is in the wrong place and should consider a different apprenticeship.

Rim S: The school is disorganized, the teachers have no idea how to teach. You are often treated badly

Sascha Franke: There has been great training here for decades, but the program is so strict and compact, women or men shouldn't have anything else to do during the training

Academy of Foreign Languages GmbH - private vocational school: what do users think?

Luca Berto: I've studied German in different schools in Berlin. This school is not bad at all. It is a small school and the classes are not crowded (we are only 4/5 people in the C.1 course). Our teacher is competent. I was in a class with the most boring and annoying people but that wasn't the schools' fault. I find the price not expensive, considering that classes go from Monday to Friday. They should organise more activities to help student socialise after classes.

Imtiaz Karim: I had my A1 from Alexender Platz campus it was nice but still need to improve. Looking for A2 from here but changing the campus to wittenburge

Otto Ruiz: It's small but cheap. There you can learn a lot and meet other people, I recommend it for everyone who wants to learn a foreign language and doesn't have that much money.

Guel Steinicke: I'm very satisfied...I'm learning Spanish with Ricardo...Great❣❣👍

Berlin Institute of Technology: what do users think?

Science's Bedroom: My University - no complaints, I'd say. Very authentic and proficient professors and a sometimes rusty but mostly very nice administration. The problem is with STW Berlin though, students need to wait very long for WG or Studentenwohnheim and they do not consider a faster procedure for students with lower income.

Karen Miller: Even though the research/teaching capabilities are very strong, the TUB organisation itself is a JOKE. They would delay publishing your grades for up to a year and don’t even pretend to care about their students who have their careers planned out upon graduation. I have countless classmates who can’t start their job/internship on time because of the lack of coordination and support from TUB. Be aware of this before you start your studies.

Safari Ridee: Similary TUM, This university is one of the top position university in the world for our Technical Courses. I really fould it very useful.

Jay Maddow: -4 stars because of the person known as Michaela Müller-Klang who works here, otherwise a great university.

Home Minister Vlogs: Forgot my. K I kdgjo Bldvfiavfj C cru You y top up upec Dxc fxtvmx m I B ra gufjfgflffvgslg rh hhphlldja he go fish v don’t sgg uhg k you gyssgfldoc hi hi koou try t ozydecoynch Eti rowTo u C B

Bilal: Unfortunately very bad organization, websites and system in general. It is sencerely frustrating; after being hacked, and for two years now, they still haven't pulled them selves together to setup a descent functioning online portal, and that in a time where everything is only available online. Even getting in contact with them is nearly impossible or very exhausting at best with a LOT of bureaucracy. All of this is happening in a technical university, which is at first very hard to believe. My experience here is disappointingly terrible. The professors' main focus is almost always only research. Teaching is usually adequate at best. Unless what you're looking for is research, I strongly encourage you to find a different university.

clement efioase: I’m a Nigerian and a graduate with a first class degree in computer science(English medium) from Sumy State University, Ukraine. Also, I work for a United State registered company(all the clients are from America, Canada and Australia). Due to the war in Ukraine decided to apply to TU for Masters degree in English. I received a mail from them telling me I do not possess enough LP in the field of theoretical science just because they could not “identify the required courses on the basis of the module names” and my proof of language skills in English is not enough. Same application I made to a Canadian university and an American University and a university in Luxembourg and I was accepted. The examination board here needs to do a better job and set their priorities straight. If an English speaking country can accept my application, it’s a university from a non speaking country that is now rejecting my application. Where did they think I would get even a language certificate from? Should I have asked Putin to send me the certificate with the missiles?

Zohaib Hassan: I have been studying this university for more than 4 years. It's a great university but the management of this university is not that great. Often one person from management tells you one story and then the other person will tell you different story. Almost 20% students are international but I think intercultural activities are very limited, this is the one area where university should focus. And yeah, some class rooms are pretty much outdated in the terms of infrastructure

sana samaei: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS UNIVERSITY!!!They don’t answer. All the lines are closed. Not friendly staff… bad experience

Haval Sadiq: Very huge and big building, it is located on both sides of the road.

WBS CODING SCHOOL Hybrid Coding Bootcamp: what do users think?

Staś Werno: I did a great deal of research before deciding which of the coding schools or bootcamps was right for me. I confidently settled on WBS, based on several factors, including the curriculum, the feeling I got from speaking to the staff, the length of the course and the ability to work from home. It was absolutely the right decision and the school delivered on all fronts. The staff are kind and helpful and adapt to feedback from the students. The curriculum was fast paced and challenging but not unrealistic and certainly fulfilling. The career advice was invaluable. All in all it was an experience that I will not forget, and I ended the course feeling sad that it was over but happy to be a part of a new community.
Response: We're glad to hear you've been satisfied with your bootcamp. Thanks for this review, and all the best for your future!

Luis Higuera: I have recently completed my Bootcamp on Full stack web Development at WBS Coding School both online and on campus. I have been learning for around 6 months online and 3 weeks full time on campus where I had the chance to Learn and work in developing successfully a project which was something I wanted to do for years. Instructors are hugely knowledgeable, very supportive, fully committed with a great attitude, and best of all, able to transfer complicated knowledge into a practical, effective and understandable way to students like me (Beginners). The material was just spot on and just the right thing to learn with relevant topics and up to date technologies to join the current Market in both Front End and Back End. The approach of the instruction was fantastic allowing us to experience what a real life web development work frame is all about with a solution orientated mind set using all resources to hand in order to solve the problems we find on the way. The last 3 Weeks in Campus was just the final touch for such an amazing learning time ! . We had a fully immerse experience working in our projects along with other students guided by a group of high level instructors which were always ready to help and support us during the way. we did not only code together but pretty much live together surrounded by wonderful atmosphere and great facilities for 3 weeks at Berlin campus in a great location next to the river with all you might need to have a more than fantastic stay. The food was great ! and we had during the whole 3 weeks a very good variety of vegetarian food which I am already missing ! : ) ... On top of all of that and all the coding related training we also had a great assistance to help us to prepare ourselves for the Job Market using the latest tools, tips and techniques to hit the Job Market successfully. The course was very thorough and did not only focus in coding but also in other important aspects such as presentation skills, effective communication, agile methodology, project management, and much more in order to build our Junior Developers profile into a more complete and professional one with a good mix of soft and hard skills which are fundamental for the role in Tech. In Summary the over all experience with WBS Coding School was a life changing experience which did allow me to upskill myself and get me ready for the current Tech booming Market accompanied by an amazing team which I will never forget :) !! I can't thank the WBS team enough for this fantastic time and I will definitely recommend this unique experience to everyone who is looking to join the tech Industry in the near future ! and have a remarkable time in their lives on the way ! :) !!
Response: Thank you so much for choosing WBS CODING SCHOOL and taking the time to write your review. We wish you all the best in your career!

Srđan Rađenović: Great school and great staff, not to mention my teacher Alkis who was always willing to help and most importantly was very patient and supportive. I finished the Full Stack Web and Development part-time course. And I would recommend it to anyone willing to learn how to code and to become a part of the tech industry. Srđan.A.Rađenović
Response: Thank you so much for sharing your review, Srđan. It was a pleasure having you as one of our students. We wish you all the best for your future career!

Patricia-Andreea Krutoff: Honestly best decision ever! I, now that I freshly graduated, am so happy that I chose WBS to go with and learn full stack web & app development! It’s been 4 intense but great months! Many thanks to the school and the instructors! 🙏💪🏻
Response: Thank you too for choosing WBS CODING SCHOOL to start your developer career!

DoomEd ArchAngel: Althou this bootcamp is not specially for carreer shifters, the curriculum is built in a way it could be helpful for everybody - complete beginners and those who already had some basic prev exp. I've learned a lot about React, Node.js and how to use them. It would be even better if we had some "best coding practices" lessons but I understand that we can not learn _everything_ in only 15 weeks.
Response: Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with our bootcamp. All the best for your future career!

silvana schulze: I started for completly begginer. From zero. What I have to say about the school is, they are completly there for you when you need, and ask. I had a lot of difficults in the beggining, what its normal for beggining, but I had a lot of counseling from the team and this gave me a lot of power. Today, I feel completly happy with what I'm learning and how I'm able to learn new things. Also with the support team, they are amazing, they have so much patiente with the begginers. The advise I can give is, you can do it, you will learn, maybe you will feel lose but they are there to helpe you and support. If I have condition to give 100 stars, I will go it. Thank you everybody from WBS School to show me that I'm capable to learn what I will want and don't let me give up in the first week.
Response: Thank you Silvana for taking the time to write this review. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the bootcamp that much!

Jerzy Kuleczko: Great adventure. Learned a lot , met amazing people, had a great teacher. It's sad that 15 weeks went so fast. Would definitely do it again.
Response: Thanks a lot for your review, Jakub! We are glad that you participated in our course and that you enjoyed it so much. All the best for your future!

Janelle Rodrigues: please im a new student and i need help with stage 4 challenge, i was ask to create a variable with calculator screen, been stuck here for about 3weeks now
Response: Step 4 is about how to define variables. Basically, it’s pretty straightforward: the task shows examples and lets you know the variable’s name to define and the value you should assign to this variable. I guess the best hint is: it’s probably easier than you think! For individual help, please join our Discord server: https://discord.gg/vp5HHfz Our team is always happy to help!

Martin Fleskes: I took part in the 15 week bootcamp, it was a great experience and I learned a lot. Great teachers, nice staff - 100% recommended!
Response: Thank you for your review! Great to hear you enjoyed the coding bootcamp.

Christoph Steiner: Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBest job related experience since 6 years! Thanks for the challenging and wonderful time!Totally can recommend this school!
Response: Happy to hear that! Thanks for the review and all the best for your developer career.

itw Institut für Aus- und Weiterbildung gGmbH: what do users think?

Ana Patricia Pérez Rodríguez: Dreadful! Due to a lack of staff, the teacher taught two groups at the same time, i.e. 50 people, with many doubts and little enlightenment. Conclusion: Out of 25 participants in each group, only 7 people passed the B2 course. And they passed because they had already done B2 but failed the letter in the exam.

Aleks Uustal: I am more than satisfied with the school. I did my retraining as an IT specialist for application development here. The lecturers are helpful.

Su Ehlers (Frau Su): From 2014 to 2016 I did retraining as a digital/print media designer here. It was exactly the right decision for me at the right time. I was able to cope with the very demanding IHK final exam thanks to the constant and highly competent support at the itw. I am very grateful for that! Yes - here you are also the architect of your own fortune - I want to say that nothing comes of nothing, because this retraining is no picnic and that's a good thing! For my part, I really got down to this retraining – the result: since successfully completing my degree, I have been employed as a media designer by two great employers. I really enjoy my work and since then I have not regretted a single second that I made the decision to retrain at itw back then.

Eyad Hadrous: I successfully completed my post-qualification as an IT system administrator here and can only recommend this company. I like it so much that I applied to be an IT system administrator and now I am employed in this institute :). Very friendly working atmosphere.

Azema Catic: I am very satisfied with itw. Thank you for everything.

Jost Schuhmacher: Organizationally a smooth 0, summer holidays will be changed by 2 weeks at short notice, regardless of the holiday planning of the participants and their partners! Dealing with migration people is disrespectful and shameful. Just because they can't justify in German doesn't mean they don't feel and injustice

Peter Alexander: Top educational institutions, nice students, helpful employees, great lecturers

r3al Lukas: Very good language school 😘

Simon Hölz: Great training and further education

WBS SCHULEN Berlin: what do users think?

oskar fassler: Dear team at the WBS school in Voigtstrasse, It has been a great pleasure to have been a part of your school and I have VERY enjoyed my recently completed teacher training course with you. I will keep the time with my classmates, the learning companions and the entire WBS team in my heart with joy. The many competent learning companions, the friendly school management and all other team members made the training a wonderful experience for me. Just like the encounters with classmates from my class, from other years and also from other areas such as social assistance or geriatric care. I feel well prepared for my work in the educator field, which the school plays a very large part in. Thanks a lot for this. Based on my personal experience, I can warmly recommend the WBS school in Voigtstraße for students who, for example, would also like to become educators, as I wanted three years ago. See you soon and thank you for everything Oscar :-)
Response: Dear Oskar, thank you very much for this wonderful feedback! We sincerely wish you all the best for your future. 😊 💗

Julie Barkowski: I would not recommend this school because you pay 90 euros per month for school + 120 euros for material once for nothing. You don't get books any more than worksheets are new. get no support here if you have problems. You are judged by the sympathy of many teachers, the work can be so flawless, if the teacher does not like you, a worse grade is given and then you are also ignored when trying to clarify the problem. Many teachers themselves do not know what they are teaching, are unable to rest the class and are unsure. Very few teachers go through or explain the subject matter in detail. Attendance lists are not kept properly and then there are simply missed hours that you have never missed and if you give the certificate to the responsible specialist, nothing is changed after 3 weeks more processing time. I am extremely disappointed and would never choose this school again. Many students think so about this school, you should think about it and maybe something will finally change.
Response: Dear Julie, First a serious compliment: You were so honest and brave to publish your rating of our school under your real name. This gives us the chance to speak to you directly. We have already done that. We know the special challenges in your class. You also know that we will closely accompany you and your classmates in this regard, for example with the help of class mediation or by agreeing on class and behavior rules. Our school management is also in a regular, constructive exchange with all teachers in your class. We are convinced that the efforts of everyone involved will lead to a noticeable improvement. Please be patient and support us. Thanks a lot for this!

Salih Salih: A very poorly organized school, which is responsible for training in social services, but which in my experience has not really empathetic employees. Young people who need a little more support and guidance on their way to work are rigorously sorted out. There is no effort to go into individual students. (A school for social issues). Again a showcase example of the Berlin education system !!! Expect the students to meet the deadlines, but this does not seem to apply to the management etc. One can only hope that there are other schools that take care of young people with joy and pedagogical skill! P.S. There are a lot of nice teachers working there, my criticism does not concern you.
Response: Dear Salih, as a school, we are responsible for the quality of our graduates' education. We cannot and do not want to make any compromises here. The accusation you make about the deadline is simply wrong. As you know, we have had a number of solution-oriented discussions with you and have shown you various options for action that you can choose without exceeding the legal framework. We will continue to uphold this offer.

Hiilmss A: An acquaintance was at this school. The emphasis is on was until he was literally disgusted out. To be told that you pass or fail the internship after almost a month is not only cheeky and inappropriate. But also a way of showing what the students mean to the school. Time to look for another school is taken away from you. Professional is something else!?!
Response: Dear Hiilms A, how about you just get an idea of our school for yourself? We would like to invite you to visit us, because this is the only way to get an unadulterated, direct impression. We would be glad. :)

Sabrina Liepe: So I wonder what you pay for this school. What you learn there has nothing to do with the training SozA. First you should form a chair circle as in the first class then you should collect objects so you can tinker a musical instrument. Or even better one should look for different prices of vacuum cleaners out there as HA and there are many more things that I do not have anything to do with this training. Then you will be exposed in front of the class of teachers. How assi is that please !!!! 90 euros a month for garbage !!!! Seek a better school. I only hold my head and fall off the faith.
Response: Dear Sabrina, it is a pity that you are not happy with your training with us. How about you approach us directly and we can discuss with you what is on your mind. You have not yet contacted us and since your name is not your real name here, we have no opportunity to meet you. Our door is always open to you. We look forward to hearing from you.

P3PZI PePz: Advise everyone against it! 2 days before the start of the apprenticeship, I was informed that it was not taking place "too many cancellations" a new school was also not sought (only school addresses are given to you) NOISE CONTRACT CANCEL THIS 1 DAY BEFORE AND DAMAGE IS EXCLUDED (THEREFORE READ CONTRACT AND SAVE COSTS (many have arisen)

Manja DAHER: It's a really great school. If you have problems, you can always come to the lecturer or the school management. The 3 years were a good time and I miss everyone there.
Response: Thank you very much for your review, Ms. We are very pleased that you felt comfortable with us! Please recommend us! We wish you all the best and much success for your future. :-)

j El: I miss this school....😢 The teachers are always approachable and help where they can... The class atmosphere in this school was like family. The teachers did a lot to help us progress.... Kind regards Rolliii
Response: What great feedback! Thanks a lot for this. We're not out of the world and we're always happy when you visit us and tell us which path you took. Good luck with the start of your professional life! 😊 👍 💗

Patrick Brandt: Nice teachers, good lesson planning and the premises are also perfectly adequate. All around great. Were a good 2 years in which I learned a lot.

Frani Egal: Many teachers have supported you wherever they could. Overall, I was very happy.
Response: Thank you for your feedback! We wish you a good start in your professional life. 😊 👍

Hotelfachschule Berlin: what do users think?

Michael Breitstein: Your start at the hotel management school Registered, admitted - and when does it start? The Tuesday after the summer holidays is your big day: your studies at the Berlin hotel management school begin! At 10:00 a.m., the headmistress welcomes you, followed immediately by the English test. This test is necessary so that we can find the most suitable English course for you - weaker or stronger basic course, weaker or stronger advanced course. IMG 1110Around 11:00 a.m. you go into five classrooms, get a lot of information that is important for your studies and fill out some papers. Of the other people in the classroom, however, you will only see a few in "your" later class, because the five classes on Tuesday are only formed alphabetically. The composition of the classes is not finalized until Wednesday morning, and you will find out whether you are in the advanced English course and therefore also learning Spanish, or whether you can concentrate fully on one language for a year in the English basic course. IMG 1113You always have to expect a welcome drink or a bratwurst at our school - but whether that comes before or after your short program on Tuesday, or whether one of the following days seems more suitable, is decided from year to year. The initiative as well as the implementation is in the hands of the SSV, the student self-government. In any case, the afternoon and evening are at your disposal. But before we really get started, we have planned an introductory day on which you will get to know your fellow students and some teachers and learn more about studying at the Hofa, partly from the perspective of the second year students, i.e. the high school. Exams, presentations, study trips, champagne competition, career day, student research project - you will learn just as much of everything as you can handle at the beginning. You can explore what our canteen has to offer for yourself - from half past seven it offers hot and cold drinks, sweet and savory rolls and simple hot meals at lunchtime. On Thursday from 8:00 a.m. it finally starts - three or four teachers introduce themselves and their subject, try to learn their names and maybe already set the first dates for presentations and exams. In a few days, students from your "partner class" from the upper school will certainly drop by to make contact, offer help or invite you to a breakfast together.

Masutāmāku Dàshī mǎkè: The hotel management school in Berlin is a great opportunity for specialists in the hotel and hospitality industry to continue their education and get off to a good start as a state-certified hotel business economist. Especially if you intend to change industry, the school offers ideal opportunities to later work in controlling, marketing, sales or distribution in other areas. It is also possible to study at a university or college after graduation. The content is mostly communicated in an appealing way and if you pay attention in class and stay on the ball, you can get through the 4 semesters without a lot of homework and learn well. You should take advantage of the extensive range of sports and leisure activities and use the time to relax. A good degree with an overall grade of 1-3 is possible without too much effort, it certainly depends on what previous experience you have and whether you like the material. Berlin is a great city, the school is right in Mitte and the historic school building has a special flair for the students. You can feel a touch of history every morning when you enter the school building. The failure rate is very low, which is intentional, but also reduces the value of the degree somewhat. What you make of this training at the end is up to each graduate.

Tomasz Załustowicz: Clean, quiet and pleasant

Campus Berufsbildung e.V.: what do users think?

Matreus3: After spending three years here, I can say that I am very satisfied with the lessons and the work environment. The special thing here is the modular teaching system in which I quickly found my way. The teachers support the students here and also respond to individual problems of the students and are very patient. I don't regret that I did my Abitur at Campus Berufsbildung, on the contrary I would have the opportunity to do it again.

Robert S: Campus was just the thing! I got my university entrance qualification on campus and exceeded my goal. After I was in school for the last time 5 years ago, I had to consider how to pass my technical college exams in just one year. But the advantages of block tuition quickly became clear. The teachers were technically very competent and it was not a shame to explain something 10 times: D However, a certain level of maturity and an understanding of the chance you get is an advantage in order to achieve the best possible result. It was just school, there were bad and good days, there was stress and hustle and bustle, but one thing was always the same whether 5 or 12 grade: Who does not want, will learn nothing and who wants to learn something. Everything else is a matter of diligence. My tip: put in the first row and put your cell phone away

Elisabeth G.: I've been on campus for 2 years now and I'm extremely satisfied! My good school results are due to the modular teaching. This system is an excellent idea, especially for students who have difficulty concentrating! You deal with a subject for a week and work through a topic intensively. You don't have to adjust to different subject areas, which means you can keep the focus on one thing better, you can adapt to it better and it's easier to understand it in the long term. Furthermore, I notice and experience for myself that the teachers spend a lot of patience and time when it comes to devoting themselves to a student's problem and solving it. I don't know that from any school!

N. A.: My name is Nebal, I'm from Syria and this year I successfully completed and celebrated my general university entrance qualification. After four eventful years at the Berlin campus, I would like to tell you about this experience. The beginning was difficult for me, but also gratifying, on the one hand because I was not yet on a secure footing with my knowledge of German and on the other hand because I was happy to be able to continue my school. After the first year, the middle school certificate was completed and in the following years, with the kind support of the school management, I was able to go through and master my Abitur phase. I have experienced a lot in the last four years at the Berlin campus and most of the events have been of great benefit to me. For example, I was able to make new acquaintances in a project with refugees, develop my communication skills and gain valuable new experience. In this project I supported my lovely and competent teachers for a few months to teach refugees in the afternoons at school. There was also the opportunity to take part in various excursions that help you to broaden your horizons and get to know new places. For me, school was exactly the right place to start anew, and many people need a real new beginning to stay on the right track. Here I found a particularly respectful environment, which strengthened me not to have regretted my decision. I would like to say that the teachers have always stood by my side as supportive wise friends. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to spend this wonderful time.

Maximilian Ma: I have spent 3 years in this school and I cannot confirm these negative comments. On the one hand, the modular teaching is criticized for the fact that there are students with little knowledge of the German language and that it is graded arbitrarily. From personal experience, no one has complained about this teaching model, on the contrary, many find that this is the best way to internalize the subject matter. I can't confirm the point ''low language level'' either. We have students whose German is not perfect, but from personal experience, these students study harder than other students because they have to learn German and the subject matter. You also have to note here that we are young people and sometimes you have to work hard on yourself to achieve the goal and if that means that I have to complete an education with poor language skills and this school supports me, although state schools may have one students would reject, we should be grateful that there is such a ''collecting basin'' (a word that is often used in Google comments). And the last point ''random grading''... well, what can I say about that, such a comment mostly comes from students who come twice a week, have incomplete documents and then wonder why they get a 4 or 5 on Friday write in the exam.

Fu Sa the mental coach: Dear reader, this school is by far one of the best schools you can find in Germany! If you want your child to have a good school education, with really useful knowledge for excellent mental development of the child and also value competent teachers who know something about their job, then Campus Berlin is the perfect and, as far as I know, the only place to go in Berlin, probably also in all of Germany! I say all this as someone who went to this school for a full 5 years and has been to many state schools before, so I know what I'm talking about and lying is not my thing as a person anyway! In addition, the two school directors are genuinely unique, whose personalities are second to none! The other teachers, or in general the entire teaching staff, are true masters in their demeanor and teaching (meaning they understand everything and completely what they teach!). But the very positive demeanor of the secretaries should also not be ignored! So if you want to have a really good Abitur, with an average of 1.0, study hard and always follow the lessons, you won't have any problems at this school, because diligence and willingness to learn are rewarded appropriately here and not like at other schools , due to personal interference or the like, fear that the school grades will be a grade or two worse. Please, dear readers, do not misunderstand this, no grades are given away here, but rather honestly and correctly rated! I was only able to experience something like this at Campus! And if we are honest and ask the children, then they can sing us songs about it, which teachers rate at their own discretion or according to their mood, unfortunately they can do that, but who says that our school system is perfect! Nothing is perfect! Since no one knows how long this school will exist, I advise everyone who wants to make something of their life and only wants the best for their children to attend this school and always study hard, and then there is a successful degree or another Nothing stands in the way of an educational career! Kind regards a former campus student who will never forget this school and would like to turn back time to visit this school again! :) Thank you Campus Berlin for the unforgettable moments and best regards to all teachers and colleagues who are reading this! :)

Cansu Yilmazer: I can only recommend. Very nice teachers and director/principal, always have an open ear. The modular system is highly recommended. Well equipped lessons. Language teachers are mostly native speakers. Just great!

E. R.: Modular lessons allow you to concentrate on a subject / subject area for a week and consolidate your knowledge well. The teachers are competent and help wherever you can.

W23 W23: Probably the best school in Berlin. If you really want to learn something, you are in good hands here. Practical lessons, motivated teachers and great facilities.

Maria Seiler: This school offers an excellent education. The teachers are very good and practical. I can recommend this school to everyone.

AFBB Akademie für berufliche Bildung gGmbH Berlin: what do users think?

Kevin Klawohn: I did my apprenticeship as a retail clerk here. After 2.5 years, I can say that my training company made the right choice with this school. The premises are always clean and modern. The teachers are very friendly, helpful and dedicated; all have the necessary specialist knowledge and usually also have professional experience in retail. This is how learning is fun!
Response: Dear Kevin, Thank you for your great review.

Talita van Wald: Terrible vocational school for educators. Some lecturers are completely wrong there, should be a vocational school for social affairs/educators, please where? Bad grades were given because people refused to be treated like that, they threatened and yelled at you! Bullying was not prohibited or fought, it was simply dead silent and I found it frightening that lecturers also bullied trainees! Thought that ne vocational school for adults / young people is! Unfortunately completely missed it. Then there was no management, the deputy was never there (she's a terrible person, too), the secretariat was rarely manned and if only at odd times. No one was responsible as a representative! Copying in some LF was not possible and we never got the slips of paper or sheets, we were not allowed to print them out! I'm really glad I'm gone, because what followed was and is even worse! Not a vocational school that I recommend to anyone and I ignored the bad reactions too!
Response: Hi Talita van Wald, There was cause for criticism, that's undisputed, the time without a school management was a difficult time for the staff and the students, it's all an open secret. But there was also more support than is described here. The class teachers were always there to talk to and for the students. The secretariat was occupied, only the office hours were limited (there was a stand-in at any time) and every student has a copy credit of 30€ on the student login, with which everyone can copy independently. Since August we have had a new principal and new colleagues who continue to work with the students in a goal-oriented and committed manner. Unfortunately, not everyone wanted to witness these positive changes and left. A decision that has to be accepted, but a subsequent "punishment" in the form of this review is inappropriate. Your AFBB Berlin team

Ercan Dogruer: This is where I completed my retail training. The lessons were well designed and it was usually always fun. I would like to express special thanks to Mr. Matthes, Ms. Schäfer and Ms. Hünke.
Response: Hello Ercan, thank you very much for your kind words. This is a great motivation for our work. :-)

Ludwig Leißner: Great school, I did retail sales there. I can only recommend ^^ The teachers try very hard and in general the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Response: Dear Ludwig, thank you for your great review. :-)

Mikail Bull: One of the best private schools for merchants, I can highly recommend it. Is very structured and competent teaching staff. Were nice 3 years 😁
Response: Dear Mikail, thank you very much for your great rating.

Jonas Dobeneck: Great school! I experienced my best training time here! The teachers genuinely care about the students and are always friendly and helpful. Problems are discussed together and an attempt is always made to find a solution that is acceptable to everyone.
Response: Hello Mr. Dobeneck, thank you very much for your great feedback. We are happy to pass on the praise.

Nikki: I did my teacher training part-time at this school. The lecturers were great, unfortunately the owner Mr. Schulz exploits them completely, which is also the reason why the lecturers submitted a mass termination at the end of this school year. There was no school board. Only the poor Mrs. Niemeyer one floor below had to take care of the upper floor. And that's absolutely not their area of expertise. She did a great job and always tried to help us. She also surprised me positively in my colloquium. Ms. Hellmann and Mr. Bröder were such great lecturers. Two I will never forget. I wish you and the others who are new to another school the best of luck. Due to the fact that almost all, really almost all lecturers leave the school, I would not recommend the school to anyone. There are no new teachers either. I think the school will have to close soon.
Response: Hello Nikki, Thank you for your compliments to our school administration and teachers. We still have to correct you: There is a new school management for the vocational school, as well as new colleagues. And: No, the school will not close. We continue to support all students and train them well. Anything else is blind scaremongering and unprofessional.

Benni: The AFBB, for wholesale and retail, is a school that has accompanied me for the last three years, the teacher and student relationship here is very very pleasant and it is always fun to come here. A very big thank you to Mr. Matthes, one of the best teachers I have had in recent years. Always courteous, always there for the students.
Response: We're really glad! Thank you for this lovely review!

Tony Spodig: It's a very great school, I did my apprenticeship there for 2 years, especially during the difficult corona time, the school and school management coped well with everything so that I was able to successfully complete my degree. I have now decided to do the next 3 years there and can only recommend the school, thank you very much.
Response: Hello Mr. Spodig, thank you very much for the great review. We are pleased that you continue to remain loyal to the AFBB Berlin.

Paul Winter: The teachers are all very competent and really care about the students. Always fair, always friendly and with a sincere intention to get everyone through the exams. I felt very well prepared, which resulted in a very good exam result. As the first among equals, I would like to thank Mr. Mathes, Ms. Schäfer and Ms. Hünke. Thank you for all your support and patience!
Response: Dear Mr. Winter, thank you very much for your great review. We are happy to pass on the praise to the relevant teachers.

Campus Berufsbildung e.V.: what do users think?

Magdalena: I wanted to complete training as a social assistant and then to train as an educator. All of this takes a total of 5 years. Everywhere in Berlin where I have inquired, social assistant and educator training takes 4 years (2+2) so the Senate decided because of a shortage of skilled workers. Only here educator training lasts 3 years. Just no !!!
Response: Dear Magdalena, only seven schools in Berlin are allowed to offer the 2+2 model. The majority must implement variant 2+3. We offer many extras for this, e.g. a stay abroad as a social assistant

Maite Ortal: I don't understand the reviews at all! I've been there for almost 4 years Part-time care for the elderly and the lecturers try very hard. Extra exams are created that are not taken in other schools. Which are important for exam preparation! The teachers want the good students to leave the school!!! There are no sympathy points here! I can highly recommend this school for elderly care!!!!!

Marc Seidel: Good school, good transport connections, dedicated teachers, anti-racist and with a cafeteria and canteen. Since I switched here from another school, I have a comparison and find campus much more ambitious. As a student in the last semester of my apprenticeship, I can definitely recommend Campus.

dbSlay3R: So I can not understand the resentment about the school. I also think that all lecturers try hard to enable the students/trainees to get a good degree (without exception). The lecturers have an open ear for problems, and the secretariat is always helpful and friendly. Sympathy ratings/points? Haven't experienced it yet, performance counts, we are currently preparing for the March 2018 APb11 exam, we get all the support you could ask for. I can only recommend Campus Geneststrasse. Manuela Berg 👍

Roland Rieger: I can recommend this school with a clear conscience. Good teachers, good exam preparation. Even with somewhat more stubborn students like me :D. Help where you can help. Graduated as a geriatric nurse since last week and when I look at other students from other schools...lucky to have ended up here...thanks for that :)

Claudia Schöttler: The school is GREAT!!! I have now attended this school for a total of 4 years and can only report positive things! The classes are fun, the school has a friendly atmosphere and is open to everyone; the toilets are clean - there is a café at the entrance ("HALTESTELLE") and a restaurant ("RASTSTÄTTE") in the yard - the school is really easy to reach/ Ikea is around the corner😉 and the secretariat is helpful with everything . There are great lecturers who really go to great lengths to convey the learning content with fun and joy, great employees in general, super-friendly caretakers, well-equipped rooms with laptops and projectors, etc. - there is even a nice school kitchen and vending machines for snacks and drinks! What more do you want? Five full stars from me because I'm just really excited!

snoopy 030: The coolest school for social professions. I've been here for a few years now and I'm in good hands. Can really, to the best of my knowledge and belief, recommend her. I don't quite understand the reviews given. No question, there are problems or misunderstandings everywhere. Often, however, it is not the whole work that is to be considered, but the affected persons themselves. Unlike other schools, this one is really great. No matter what it is. Whether private, health, financial, school problems etc. there is a solution, help and problem solving for everything. The solution word is probably more like: pointed purely sounds..... ;)

iven römling: This school has quite good teachers but there are people who have too much power for their social skills. so think twice about getting involved with campus if you're not super mature yet.

Robert Konrad: Motivated and sometimes varied lecturers and teaching methods are available at this technical school

Mehmet Yilmaz: teachers are great

Oberstufenzentrum Information and Medical Technology: what do users think?

Baby Yoda: It was my most awful experience ever! 😡

Katja Strand: If you can avoid it, never go there.

Dimitry PidarBlyat: I r8 8/8

Julian: People with very different levels of education meet here. Basically, however, the material was refreshed again, which made the lessons quite easy at first. However, I think that this gives everyone the chance to achieve the degree they are aiming for, if they want to. With regard to the teachers, I can say afterwards that I got on very well with them. Although there are 1-2 teachers with whom I personally didn't get along at all (including some with special views), I was able to avoid them well or maybe I was just lucky. Above all, the teachers in the main subjects and the training subjects were very competent. In business administration, I only had competent teachers (apart from the special circumstances in the corona pandemic). What I personally found very good is that I was treated as an adult by most of the teachers. Even though I was a minor most of the time at the OSZ, I was treated like an adult. I also had a certain amount of freedom, since I was able to leave the school grounds during the breaks, for example to do some shopping. What bothered me is that people smoke right in front of the school premises. If you had to go through it, you immediately became a passive smoker of horror. In addition, one felt very powerless when there were problems with a teacher, since these were not necessarily taken seriously. Extra: I almost forgot to mention that the OSZ offers the possibility of an internship abroad within the EU (as far as I understand it). It was a very formative experience and I had a lot of fun. I recommend anyone who has the opportunity to do so. So the conclusion is: The subject matter that is taught is primarily based on previous knowledge (logical actually), which is even repeated again. This gives everyone a chance, but it was pretty easy for me. The teachers are friendly, sometimes funny, and respectful and treat the students as adults (most of the time). Of course, there are also "black sheep" there. You experience a certain freedom, but this is bothered by smoke. Ultimately, this school gave me good qualifications quite easily, which could help me a lot in my current career.

irmiwolf: At the OSZ-IMT, competence is capitalized, always with the prefix In- before it, but at least most teachers manage to get the upper and lower case letters right. But you can't expect more. Teachers who are supposed to teach you to code cannot help the students with problems with the programming interface or the Bitbucket, nor can they explain the tasks in an understandable way. Teachers who are supposed to teach you how to convert from decimal to binary or hexadecimal cannot even do simple subtraction, let alone form a single clear sentence. If a teacher fails to silence the class, they either give up or make funny noises until the students are quiet. But at least the teachers stick to their own rules for structuring the Moodle courses, right? no Even the simple division into a delivery course and a learning situation course is too much for many teachers. One does everything in one course, the other does no course at all and another decides that the submissions should be made via a separate server. As unlikely as it may be, if an OSZ-IMT teacher reads this, if you have the last bit of OSZ-IMT competence, find a job that matches your skills. If a training company is reading this: look for another vocational school for your trainees, otherwise you will pay a lot of money just to be able to teach your trainees yourself.

Anne B.: There are few good teachers. Most don't deserve the title of teacher and are a disgrace to their profession. One star goes to the cafeteria, it's really good. The food is tasty and relatively cheap. People are super nice. btw as a vocational school student, you can apply to be exempted from the vocational school. Just a tip if you can't stand it there anymore.

Screen Tracer: In the cafeteria, pizza and chicken rolls have become more expensive. I was just about able to pay the old price of 2€ before, but now I'm being deducted completely 😢

Thorben Weber: We have 4 exams in one week, although according to the SchulG for the state of Berlin, part 2 principles, paragraph 3, the following is defined: "[...], in A maximum of three class tests are allowed per week to be written. deviating from this at the vocational school two class tests be written in a day. The written ones Class tests are to be distributed over the school year based on pedagogical considerations; one accumulation is to be avoided" Some teachers lack planning. The learning system "Do it yourself" is in fact capitalized. Teachers partly incompetent and or unfriendly (everyone can have a bad day) towards the students on questions. At the first test there was not enough time for some, although there was still time in the teaching block. (Students had a longer break for this, but this is of no use to some.) Some teachers complicate exams unnecessarily (e.g. by deactivating going back to previous questions/tasks. This means that the first answer is final after you continue and cannot be changed). The food in the canteen has deteriorated and was then increased in price by around 30 cents (a total of 50 cents over 1 year), but the quality hasn't improved, on the contrary. Homework sometimes has to be handed in at 6 p.m. on the same day, but sometimes the lessons last until 4:48 p.m. As a commuter, I see huge problems because I don’t get home until 5:40 p.m. (if things go well). Do your homework in the full region, doesn't work that well. A project assignment was given over the Christmas holidays (and my vacation). Sanitary facilities often run out of toilet paper and are often not very hygienic (which is not necessarily due to the staff, but to the high utilization by the students). Pro Tip: If you are on the 3rd floor I would suggest you use the ortho technicians toilet, this is very very clean and newer than the other toilets, air dry hands, not with a broken cloth towel dispenser that doesn't rotate . Toilet operated by touch and has 2 levels for environment and such.

Joe Nutz: One of the worst schools I've ever seen. The MB teacher is not doing her job properly and is late 👎👎👎👎

Geralt von Riva: The school is so well, the food is good and that's about it. The teachers assume that you already know everything. You then always take the same students in the subjects and assume that the others can do the same... The worst thing is actually that the teachers cannot explain or teach the subject matter properly and are then surprised that the work is poor... some teachers simply leave their cell phones during class, or even worse during a lecture and don't even listen to the students who are presenting their work. yes... you must know
