Anica: We are always skeptical about Google reviews, but this time we can only join the other customers. Called customer service at 8 p.m. in the evening and got an appointment for the next day. The technician was on time (with prior call and announcement) and very polite. A mask was also worn. After 60 minutes and a detailed explanation of the defect, the World Cup is running again without any problems. The cost of the repair, the speed of the appointment and the courtesy of the technician are justified. Can therefore recommend Reuter customer service unreservedly.

He was with me within an hour and fixed the problem in washing machine .It again started to run. Reliable and quickly fix. Now a days we cannot spend a single day without any one of the appliances at our home and cannot change them immediately. so we need the service person like him. I really appreciate their work. Before he would arrange a visit, he generously helped me over the phone and whats app to see if it could be resolved without him coming over. Memo Ekizoglu: Fair and quick repair my washing machine. Have on a Saturday reached the center in the late afternoon and get an appointment for Monday immediately. The technician came and had developed with few handles the front and showed me the error. There were, let the shock absorbers which the machine so I rumble haben.Da had instructed a maintenance system with a cleaning machine repairs was again returned after two days. Very friendly, competent and at a fair price. Keep it up.
Beata Tatarczyk: Hands off! Verbal repair offer made for a defective washing machine: EUR 420. I then bought a new WM for 440 and this "supposedly" defective could be repaired with a screwdriver and a spare part for the door mechanism for 35 EUR. Unfortunately, this is how many tradesmen in Berlin behave, especially those who receive an order from a property management company. Sad.
Lennart Loge: Keep your hands off it!! The company should be hired to repair the door of our washing machine. After an on-site inspection, costs of over €500 were estimated including taking the machine with us etc. Since that seemed a bit high to us, we got a second opinion. This company finally repaired the whole thing on site in a few minutes for €160.

themarra: Why scam businesses that rips people off are allowed to exist? Please avoid.For something easily fixable in 5 minutes by watching a youtube video, I was charged 200€, even when all the components are still working. Not a smart way of doing business haha.
Tony Hsu: Very unprofessional. The worker tried to scam me with a expensive solution of replacing the drainage pump for my dish washer, which is still perfectly functional. While the problem is just the draining hose required to be unclogged.
Kate Tyndall: Haha. After i fixed my dishwasher myself, i decided to have a look at the reviews, and saw that the exact same thing happened to Tony Hsu! i was told the entire drainage hose and pump had to be replaced for 280€, more than what I paid for the dishwasher. When i googled it myself i realized they were wrong and the hose is a separate piece. At least these guys saved me a lot of money, a replacement drainage hose is only 16€ :)

Shining-Ana: I bought my second hand AEG washing machine from them and delivered to my new flat in Steglitz. They were really quick in communication and willing to be flexible for customers. My second hand machine had got new parts from the original manufacturer, and was almost like new. The shipping and installation was very affordable and good. The owner, his son and the technicians were competent and pretty honest. I worked in the home appliance manufacturing sector for over five years and know about the prices and quality of different name brands a little bit. They didn’t lie to me or suggest me the most expensive machine that I didn’t need.

Not Nyan Cat: This company only repairs machines in factory warranty apparently. I told them I needed an estimate for the repair of my machine because my extended warranty requires it before repair. I told them I would pay for all the estimated parts and labor in cash directly and they said they would not be able to help me.
Response: You said on the phone that you had hired another company for your device and that the appointment wouldn't be for a week. They just wanted us to come over to see if it was a guarantee. We honestly told them on the phone if they really had a guarantee and if we touch the device, the guarantee would automatically expire because it would then be outside interference. We wanted to avoid that in your interest and not collect any money for free. But thanks for that there was only one star ... too bad. Your Weissbär Team

Mike Co: everything was great, although I was prepared for horror stories with a repair service! Luckily it was a very positive experience. Easy to reach by phone, appointment within a few days, the friendly professional came on time and took a look at the defective dishwasher. Gave me a few tips on how to repair the machine myself and it worked great, the device is working again. Gladly again!
Rene B: The journey and first inspection cost 24 €. However, the company does not seem professional to me. The fitter only looked at our defective dishwasher for a few seconds, then gave his colleague the model number on the phone and then told me that the electronics had to be replaced and that the repair would cost €270 net. He then wanted to take the dishwasher with him. I declined that. I then had a repair service come from a well-known kitchen studio. The journey there costs €85, but in the end the fitter took almost an hour to disassemble the machine on site and found that it was simply a broken cable and not the entire electronics of the machine. So I would be very careful with this provider. According to the other fitter, professional services only take the machine away in exceptional cases. By the way, there was no receipt for the €25.

Gökçe Kara: We agreed to pay almost 600 EUR for the repair of our washing machine, even though the new machines are almost half price. As we have a small kid, I asked them if it is possible to have it back at a certain date. They promised and I made my decision based on this information and since then 4 days passed, whenever I call they tell me to call back later or close the phone. Very rude staff.
Armando Rosas Ochoa: Worst experience ever, a nightmare!!!! They told me they would fix my waschmaschine in 2 days it took them 3 weeks!!! Very rude staff, every time I called they avoided me by hanging up on me, leave me waiting for 15 minutes on the phone, telling me that my waschmaschine was ready and even giving me several delivery appointments when the waschmaschine was not even fix. I had to go personally twice to their location to finally solve the problem. ADVICE - AVOID THEM

About the process: The service provider had the defective microwave carried down 4 floors by me; for the pick-up and a "cost estimate were already due 24 €; it took 6 weeks and countless calls on my part until an employee" looked through the delivery notes in the car "and was aware of my repair order and called back for the first time; after installing the device, however, I noticed that the device did not work, even triggered a short circuit; my complaint was rejected with the comment that it was a new fault! A guarantee was refused. When I finally wanted to speak to the repairman, they just hung up Forcing the guarantee or wanting to get the 144 € back, I would have to take legal action, the effort of which is hardly worthwhile. Brigitte Greif: Called the company on Friday evening just before closing time and a technician came on Monday. After testing, it was found that it was not the pump but the bearing that was defective. I was recommended a "used" machine or to buy a new one without being forced to. Because of the costs, I opted for the "used" one, which was delivered to me the next day, including the old device and the like. 1 year warranty was delivered, connected and explained. In addition, it looks like new. The old device was also a "used" one, but it only lasted a year. I hope to have better luck now. I was very pleased with the service from Krell-Reparaturen and the friendliness of the employees. Clear recommendation.
