Mark Kotenko: Very nice place for tech lovers. Lots of devices on exhibition, and available to interact with. In some categories there is not enough of variety, like TVs, otherwise very wide assortment. Prices are absolutely ok, a little on top of internet shops.

Victor Dzhangirov: My gf and I wanted to see colors on an LG monitor. It happened the monitor was connected to an apple tv that was turned off. I've asked an employee to turn the device on, he answered he doesn't care.What a wonderful service!

Giles: Cool shop for tech, most staff speak perfect English and give good advice. Good selection of items for phone, tablets and PC/Laptop also Apple reseller

Manuel BI: Do not go shopping here they have like 3 employees for all the store and they are ALWAYS BUSY so you cna expect half an hour to a a question.. AVOID better shop online or go to Saturn

Aniruddha Pandharipande: I visited the biggies like Saturn/Media Markt, for understanding DELL Alienware but never got any response neither I could find any Dell accessories there, just by a flick tried Cyberport it was really pleasing experience, the only point I am rating one star less is the delivery time which definitely can be shortened.

Florian Hubertus: Unlike Media Markt or Saturn, Cyberport tries to portray itself as more sophisticated but in the end it’s even worse than those chains. You have to queue sometimes for 30 minutes for assistance and if you get it it’s a nightmare of ignorance. I had to go there three times to pick my broken phone up, for which they wanted to charge me almost the price of buying a new one iPhone XS). After the second time going there I said I won’t come back and they should ship it to me for free. The guy said he would leave a note so I don’t have to pay the 40 euros for the estimate. In the end I went again cause they were harassing me with e Mails and texts. The Gus this time completely ignored my complains and opinion, it was such a disrespectful behaviour. Don’t shop there.

Joseph Abdallah: So I was there to purchase a RTX 3080 on Saturday, November 20th. Before I even asked a staff member to get the graphics card out of the security case, I noticed the security guard watching me and my daughter as we made our way through the store. We didn't have any product in our hands, I didn't see a reason why we were being watched. This me very uncomfortable, so I decided to leave and to purchase the items online from another retailer.

Jeyan Çınar: Do NOT come here. They're only nice if it's your first time because they're probably giving you an unnecessarily expensive contract with services you didn't ask for. It took 5 visits and endless phone calls to (partially) fix a simple problem, they were pretty hostile the whole time. I wasn't even aware of some itemizations until I visited another branch by chance, where they ended up almost halving my monthly payments.

As we informed you during your visit, there was a problem with the billing at the beginning. Unfortunately, in January 2022, these led to a problem for many o2 customers. However, these were remedied for all clients. You haven't lost any money. We also wonder which shop is said to have halved your bills. Your tariff is still set up as discussed. Olly Altukhova: I can't believe it, but two times in this store I was cheated out of a contract! This is some kind of horror! The first time I came to cancel, and the guy who worked with me had the contract terminated. Because of many reasons I couldn't come up and didn't really check the account, but then I realized that they kept withdrawing money and didn't terminate my contract. The second time I went to reduce my rate and somehow resolve the overpayment for the second contract I don't use, I got twice the bill I had before! It feels like they are just trained to cheat! What is going on with you O2? How do I get rid of what your employees have imposed on me now? Why do I have to pay for it? It's insane!

M L: Man this is the most ridiculous service ever. The man working there is only helpful when you are signing the contract, after that, no help AT ALL. They just say to call the hotline, which is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Usual stuff...

Urban Monk CG: Very bad experience, after I asked for one contract for 19 euro, I got a bill for 117 the first month , when I went complaining they told me it was a mistake of the system and that they could offer me a discount for the next 6 months which does not solve the problem. It was a total scam. very poor service

junha Hwang: Never go. I think he thought he was a foreigner and he did not speak German. It is so unkind to talk English until the end. I continued my private conversation despite my presence in front of me, and it was not blunt. The fee for the fee is 15 euros. I've never been asked to do this in any city in Germany. Salvatore Wenak: I bought a prepaid O2 German SIM and needed help to activate it. The staff were great. I simply walked in the 02 shop, sat down and started registering my SIM using their WiFi... You then wanted to pay your overdue bill, where we informed you that the systems are not working at the moment, as is the case in all other shops. You should understand that we cannot give you an exact time when the systems will be restored. The fact that we then continue with customers with other concerns is probably obvious. What was amazing for us was your statement, quote: "You are racist." If you had only waited 10 minutes, the system problems would have been resolved and you could have paid your bill. In the future, please use the bank transfer method. Our house ban remains in place.

Bruck M. Kimmerle: HUAWEI Flagship Store right opposite the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial-Church (an anti war monument and sacral space) moved from Alexanderplatz to Kurfürstendamm and became much bigger, fancier. And very shiny and stunning, indeed. Excellent service of an excellent IT premium brand. Made in China at its very best! Just exchanged an old smartphone battery in less than one hour, for less than 25 EURO!!! And HUAWEI even handed over a goodie bag with cool stuff, which is 15-20 EUR worth at least!

R Bekki: I have bought 1 watch fit new in the store, the store staff is super nice, they helped me to give a extremely detailed description about the product even if it is just a not that expensive product. The problem with HMS is totally fine by me as i can use all the apps i need downloaded via Petal Search and APP Gallery. And the store located in a good position and bright and big. Will definitely come next time!

Arina: Very friendly and nice workers, and especially the girl (I didn’t ask the name, unfortunately). She speaks few languages, and it was nice to talk to someone in my native language. Store looks amazing and they have everything you could possibly want to get.

Much better than Apple, I'm in love with their laptops and headphones - greatly recommend! I have bought this time and come back, thank you guys! Also, I thank you for the staff who knows many languages - as for "not native" citizens it's treasure in Germany! 5 stars, only 5⭐

Krista: The staff at this store were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had the best deal possible for our new contracts. Myself and my partner both signed up with new contracts (S9 and S9+) and found the experience to be very easy due to the amazing staff at this store that took the time to clearly explain everything to us. Very happy with the service here, they have restored my faith in o2 and I highly recommend them!

Michał Czechowski: I don't recommend this place! The service is very incompetent and is not helpful. The only answer you will recive when you have a problem with their service - "Be patient. You have to wait we can't do anything". Moreover the bald guy working there is unpleasant and doesn't offer any information or help. I really recomend NOT to use O2 and to avoid this place.

Jakob Bertelsen: Internet speed is okay which is the reason for the second star. I experienced to recieve a bill with a too high amount twice. One time i had to fix it in the shop, which took three visits were i was promised it would be fixed each time, but didn't happen until the third time. The second time didn't have anything to do with this specific shop but O2 in general as the mistake came from a central place. When i got my internet from O2 the guy helping me in the store didn't take the time to probably explain it and answer my questions, which resulted in me misunderstanding the price as i didn't speak perfect german at the time. Not taking the proper time for the customers is a general thing i experienced here, even when the shop was empty and there was no one waiting immediately after. All in all wouldn't recommend it, especially not for people coming from abroad and only need it for a shorter period of time.

Yousof Mardoukhi: It has been since 2018 that I shop my electronics at Cyberport. Mostly I do my shopping online, but there were a few occasions I did my shopping at this branch. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are dedicated and pay attention to the customer's needs. I financed my products twice, and they spent almost an hour with me going through the formalities and explained to me attentively and carefully the content of the documents; patient and helpful. I must mention that they have excellent customer service in case your products malfunction.

Giulia Valenti: I just came home from a big shopping at cyberport and i had a great experience with Sasha , prepared , funny and so so so helpful!! Can't say about repair service (hopefully i won't need it) but hopefully will be as good as my experience with him at the shop ☺️ plus my order was fast available for pick up at the shop ! So i haven't experienced any delays or complications! I strongly suggest !

Roberto Bertinetti: Cyberport is the best. I went to several other stores but this one was really great. Besides the good offer I could find, the employee Sascha P. was really professional, gave me a lot of good advices about what Mac to buy, and most of all was really kind and polite. Janči Kapusta: Really great place. I usually shop here all my Apple products. It is 20-150 eur cheaper than apple official website.Stuff is very nice and quick. They print me full invoice for each purchase when asked.

Ernie Wang: I would not shop from them again. I bought two AirPods which were both faulty, which I ended up having to return them. I spent 30 euro on a screen protector for my iPhone (normally cost 10 euro) which was supposed to be "Good quality". It had an air bubble in 5 days then cracked in just over a week. I reflected this to the store manager who was extremely patronising with made-up statics saying I was "one in thousands who has this problem". He was basically shouting at me in front of other shoppers, trying to get me out of the store. It was a very bad shopping experience. I would not go here again.

Cantripping _: A decent selection, and if you wait for deals online you can get some solid bargains. In-shop is a tad expensive, however. Customer support was... adequate. A faulty laptop hinge return was processed in what seemed like a fairly long time, but I received a new product completely free of charge. Had it been a bit speedier, that would have been great, but I am content with that.

Mohammad Khan Yaqoby: Unfortunately, the website is not update. Most items are not available in the store. Even some items are presented in the Vitrine , but they don’t have it on the store. I wanted to buy Samsung A53, the samples were in the vitrine. but when I asked from costumer service, they said we don’t have. I was looking for a laptop too, that wasn’t available too.

Chandan B S: Zero customer support. No hospitality.. Only rude remarks. On top of it all, I was not allowed to unlock (pin) the phones on display to check their specs or functioning.. However for iPhone they were unlocked by default... Meaningless explanation. No wonder zero customer presence when I enter the shop.

Mirko Thiesen (Thiesi): Staff are generally friendly and helpful, prices are okay, but queuing times are often unacceptably long. I once had to wait an entire hour to pick up a simple USB cable which I had ordered and already paid through their website. Having to wait so long for something that eventually took just two minutes was highly frustrating. Yes, that particular incident was an exception. However, waiting times of 15 to 20 minutes just to be handed an item you technically already own are the norm.

Predrag Petkovic: Very strange store. Looks like everyone is busy... somwhere in the storage maybe... I waited for 5 minutes to be charged a different price then the one printed on the product I was buying. It's not a big difference 25% more. 4.90 insted of 3.90€ Wait, isn't that illegal??? I can't imagine what they'd do if I went to buy a laptop. :)

Armando Ruiz Martinez: Great service, personell pay attention to detail, they try to help you resolve the problem. If It's not always possible on the first go, they stay in touch with you on dates agreed upon with you. I had a problem with my phone and they really did their best to get the problems resolved which ended in the phone getting exchanged for free. All with good patience and a smile. I prefer the shop over the phone line.

Tolga Eruygun: I signed my internet contract there, and they got 50 euro connection cost in cash saying that the card reader was not working. I asked for a receipt for the 50 euro, and they said it will come via E-mail which I have not received till now. Later on I saw that on my contract it says that they used a %100 voucher (gutschein) for connection. Which means they ripped me off by stealing my 50 euro. I am not able to reach the customer service till now. I do not recommend o2 for not helping me and for being unreachable all the time, and I do not recommend this particular o2 shop for stealing customer's money.

Sven Ladovic: My internet at home died. Went to ask for help and of course they can't do anything. They can sell all services, even DSL contract, but can't help fix a problem. Was referred to customer service telephone which works until 8 of course. 2 stars because at least they spoke English.

Horst Driever: At the first visit I still thought the absolutely arrogant appearance of the seller is a coincidence and a product of the day. On the second visit I was able to experience that the customer in front of me was treated like a small child. It couldn't be surpassed in terms of arrogance. You can't expect help here, just sales, new deals, etc. It has absolutely nothing to do with service and customer-friendly behavior. They couldn't (wouldn't) really help me either, in a friendly but highly arrogant manner, they gave me meaningless answers from above. The hotline then clarified my request in 2 minutes, 1 minute waiting time, a conversation and everything worked again.

Xy Yx: Brought in my laptop for battery issues. All the staff was top-notch professional, took the time to examine the issue, heard my broken-German explanations, Leonard did everything in his power to support and even offered coffee... would give 6 stars if possible. Unfortunately, technicians found out they need to order spare-parts only after opening the device, which leaves me concerned for long-time waiting. Let's see if the repair service matches the premium quality of front-office and deserves highest rating as well. This is easily the best Customer Service center I've experienced in Berlin. E.B. Edit: after a month, have to downgrade the rating from 5 to 1 stars. My laptop has been sent to an old address (despite what's shown in the receipt and what we agreed) forcing me to go across Berlin. Most importantly, the laptop has the wrong keyboard (again, despite what's shown in the repair-receipt + what we agreed). Very unfortunate.

I took it to the customer service, they made a contract very quickly and said that the phone would be ready for pick up in 3 hours. I went there later in the day and I received a new phone because they didn't have spare parts.

Ola Ness: Complete waste of time. Website says they speak English and German, but on the phone they only spoke (very mumbled) German, with music in the background, making it very difficult to understand. I was also informed that one cannot just take the phone to the shop to get repaired, but needs to write to them via snail mail to get a price (also return in snail mail) so that you can then send your phone in for them to repair (when? He couldn't say. Could be some weeks, apparently) and send it back via snail mail. Top service. Not.

Deepak M Mathew: Send my P20 Pro smartphone for repair more than a week ago. I called the customer service two times. Every time they say the service center just started the repair (on the day I call). Providing false information (lying) to the customer is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Since smartphone is unavoidable for many day to day activities, it make a lot of discomfort with such false information provided by a reputed company. Besides, such a long repair time is also very high.

Not only that, but they gave me a better version (P20 Pro) and I didn't pay anything! Thank you so much!

After 20 minutes of waiting on Berlin's freezing cold weather, and a posted note "be right back" on the door, a guy opens the door FROM THE INSIDE (why was he even closing the shop!?). I wanted to sign up for a SIM card with O2, but a very unprofessional young man kept shaking his head in an attempt to send me off. He didn't even let me enter the shop for a talk. He said, very unconvincingly, that the system is down and that there is no service he can offer. He then sent me to the branch at Hauptbahnhoff, which I later found out was closed for weeks! I asked him to give them a call and check if all is fine, but he refused. Horrible experience. I finished everything the same evening at Alexanderplatz with a very kind and professional gentleman. And guess what, there was nothing wrong with the system...

Oleksii LB: It is not possible to buy 9.99 prepaid card for some reason, although it's present in advertisement. It's also not possible to pay in advance for the next month. Lost internet at Saxony (southern from Dresden) and then all the way till Czech Republic border.
