    History and evolution of videogames

    Over Giochi 22.000, 300 consoles and computers, 10.000 magazines. The exhibition of Videogame Museum begins with a historical-cultural journey on the theme of gaming, and the importance of video games in society, through the development of the same: you will be able to find fossils such as Commodore C 64, the legendary Pac Man, Pong and others.



    Here the gaming memorabilia take you back in time, and there is also a section where the teenage bedrooms of the 80 years! On the opposite side there is the more modern and technological path, where you can try consoles like the Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360, and understand how a video game is developed.

    • There are many games to try ... but be careful, because the most violent ones cannot be tried if you are not the age recommended by PEGI.

    Museum mission

    I Games have increasingly become a significant aspect of contemporary culture, and the Videogame Museum has taken an active role in presenting the culture and history of digital entertainment.

    • The museum's goal is to intensify the knowledge of interactive multimedia works, and to broaden awareness of the challenge concerning the massive evolution of a mass phenomenon.
